MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas - SKYLOFTS Review

For the high price of this resort, I found the quality lacking. I was not booked for a particularly premium room, but the quality still felt a little more Motel 6 than Ritz-Carlton. The room was partially dirty in addition to being in slight disrepair. The housekeeper was very nice about coming back to take a look and tidy up, but the desk staff was a little demeaning in conversations about these things. Also, everything costs something.

Fun, women, booze, gambling, entertainment and fun galore.

All the comforts of home. I had fun with all the automated services. Room food delivery top notice. Quiet, comfortable and top notch room service! Well be back!

We recently celebrated our engagement with 15 of our closest friends and had a great experience! This is the most expensive and extravagant luxury five star hotel in all of Las Vegas. Situated atop the MGM Grand, this hotel is perched just right to be able to look down upon the spectacle of the Las Vegas Strip. It has been created purely for the pleasures of the elite, for those of discerning artistic and cultural tastes. Considering the ridiculously expensive rates, you would be right in expecting nothing short of perfection, and they definitely deliver on that. We enjoyed every minute of our celebration and fun with our friends! Exceptional!

I'd stay here again. Pool isn't really for families, so if you're looking for a wholesome trip (I wasn't) then don't stay here.

Put some solar panels on the rooftop of the parking garage/lot, SKYLOFTS, MGM Grand Hotel and MGM Grand Convention Center to generate clean and green energy for the building, Convention Center and the MGM Grand Hotel and use efficient LED lighting like how the Mandalay Bay Convention center has done to save a lot of money on their electricity bills and reduce their carbon footprint across their operations

Beyond compare. You will be picked up at the airport in a limited edition Bentley and driven to an unassuming private entrance into the hotel. A group of 3-4 people wait for you to arrive in your private suite to check you in for your stay. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. The complimentary freshly squeezed juice is delicious. Feel like a cocktail? They come to your suite and prepare it for you. One of the finest hotel stays in the world. Do yourself a favor. Make a reservation and surprise a loved one. You will have wonderful memories! 11/10!

The suite we stayed in was very clean. Staff is wonderful, and very helpful. Highly recommended! On the strip and very convenient to walk around.

The skylofts experience is worth every penny. It ruined Vegas for me, I cannot stay anywhere else now.

Best amenities ever! beautiful loft, high tech support for room functionalities, gorgeous space, huge walk in closet, lavish, sleek, classy. Wonderful service from hotel workers. VIP lounge, get private entrance to elevator.

All of the staff was fantastic, food was great. Only complaint was the size of the room the pool table was in, was a little too small for about 30% of shots. But there was a pool table in the room, can't really complain too much!

Felt like a daze!
We came to skyloft last year and it was my first time in Las Vegas, I honestly couldn't' believe how beautiful this place is, it's the epitome of luxury. The service is top notch, concierge service is beyond amazing, actually, every employee we met was beyond astounding. Honestly didn't want to visit another place at all while in Vegas! Right from the beginning, the airport pickup (btw perhaps one of my favorite things about this place), we were in love.

Beyond my wildest expectations. The loft was amazing, but the support staff is what puts it over the top! Literally from the moment I walked out of airport security into the bag/pickup area to my walk back to fly out they had me covered. I mean.. all the staff was so sweet, and professional, but also friendly and engaging to where If I needed something when I was in the middle of something for work or on the phone they d handle it immediately and be gone in a flash, but if I started a conversation with them or asked a question they were fun and super helpful. That s not something, even when staying in other high end hotels, that you just don t Come across often. It s usually either they act as if they are robots where if the service is great then then you already know allllll the support staff you re acknowledged by come with a judgement-arrogant expression as if you re wasting their time, & will not respond to you using any more than 2 word answers If they converse at all. I know you know what I m talking about. Especially anyone reading this planning on loft lodging because, with exception for The Skyloft, the higher the prestige & cost is, the condescension

Room, hotel, people were nice. Temperature of the room was little hotter even with the AC set to 67, Still could not get it down to 72. Twin size mattress were hard so couldn't sleep like the way I did at home but then again I am not at home. $33 per day Resort fee + resort fee tax it's bit much and that does not include $10 a day parking fee. The only good thing with $10 a day parking fee is that it includes parking at all mgm properties. Overall the experience was good but not excellent.

It was great the service was the best the room was incredible the food was incredible anytime we had a problem with the room maintenance was right here on the spot they delivered us coffee everything was on time I had no problems the room service was great the cleanup service was great I have nothing but nice things to say about this MGM Grand skylofts I went gambling and I had even one lots of money so I suggest anybody stay at the MGM Grand

We stayed in one of the two bedroom SkyLofts for three nights, ours was the only one with a private hot tub on the roof. Everything in the room is automated, blinds, lights, TVs, music, etc. Music is in every room and you have direct access to a butler that takes care of everything for you. The staff is amazing and the room is fantastic!

The conceirge and butler were willing to go down and pick up food from the restaurants in the MGM and bring it up to our room as well, this was a really nice feature. If the SkyLoft kitchen didn't have something that we wanted on the menu, they would make it for us anyways!!

The place was amazing. Definitely not a good place for a large group to gather in one spot but lots of room for a cocktail party

Skylofts is one of the best luxury hotels in Las Vegas that I have been to. I checked in here together with my office mates and we had a great experience. I like everything in this hotel. From the staff, amenities, views, foods to the hotel itself. Upon entering the hotel, we're treated like VIPs. The hotel's lobby is huge and clean. The view from our room was breathtaking.

The staffs were very neat with their uniforms and they were attentive and professional. We truly enjoyed spending our free time in the game room and fitness room and of course in the bar. I could say this hotel has everything you're looking for. And if you want to eat some of the best foods in Las Vegas, skylofts can serve you that.

This is a huge and luxury hotel so don't expect the price to be affordable. But let me tell you this, this is an extraordinary hotel. It is worth spending money and time here.

TOTALLY AMAZING...staff is very professional and friendly

The room was fine. The view awesome. But the whole reason we booked this hotel was the lazy river. Only to find out it's not open during the week. Super disappointing.
Also, the staff weren't really warm or welcoming.

My wife and I stayed in the sky lofts and got married in the chapel downstairs. Sky lofts are incredible! Definitely worth the money. The best service I've had in my life. Felt very VIP. The lofts have there own floor that you need a room key to access. The lofts are huge and very modern. We got the indulgence package and they did a great job of making the room very romantic after our ceremony. I could go on for hours about how amazing the room was. I would recommend sky lofts to anyone! Outstanding!

It is very beautiful place, very artfully designed rooms. But it dosen't have all the standard amenities of a resort.

This hotel is HUGE. The rooms are very nice, but pricey on the weekends. The elevators only go up to certain floors and the layout of the hotel can be confusing. It took us two nights to figure it out. The front desk staff tried to put us in a worse room and went to check with management multiple times before giving us the room we paid for. There was a large convention in the hotel the weekend we were there, but that kind of service is uncalled for. The tables, bars, sportsbook, and Hakkasan are all top notch. We will probably stay here again when we go back. Make sure to download the MyVegas App month before your trip and use a rewards card when gambling.

Stunning. In room content and staff. The rooms are starting to wear a little bit but the staff more than makes up for this inevitable happening. Butlers and concierge don't know the meaning of the word no.

Stayed several times before and will do so again. Professional staff that ensures your stay is well worth it.

Typical Vegas hotel. Nice enough room, but just somewhere to sleep. Casino is standard fare. restaurants are pretty good though.

I will most definitely be coming back soon! Our host, Keith was amazing and they have top notch accommodations. I have absolutely no complaints.
