Gino's Pizza Rockville Centre Review

They're the best. Great for a quick slice, and great for a sit down dinner. I've been going there for over a decade.

It's a small place with a couple of tables inside and outside grade for a slice of pizza or more simply priced

I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I have takeout at least once a week. I just called Boris to give the highest compliments to the Chef. Gino's doesn't need anot ounce if improvement but who knew it could be any better. I had the Chicken Francaise dinner with garlic bread and mozzarella cheese, I was to die for! The pasta arrived exactly as ordered - soft and the cheese on the bread made a 6 inch string when I separated it with my hands. The chicken was coated perfectly in a light batter and smothered in lemon and butter and mushrooms (to order). I love the food and the service. Thank you Gino's, keep it up. Loved this place growing up and still has great pizza. Order from here a lot when we visit my mom In RVC, just had it lastnight and was not disappointed.

Really disappointed took 3 slices of buffalo chicken and it was ready in 2 minutes but now i know why. They keep reheating their pizzas all day long . I felt i was eating a piece of burned carton

Love Gino's. Our stop every Tuesday and Thursday after football practice. Pizza is great and the staff is awesome.

This place is awesome. I mean they got pizza and pizza that really great. They're rice balls are legitimate, for real. They're parking stinks but, ya know... What are you gonna do? Get the pizza. All for Gino. And or an for pizza. Pizza rules. I love pizza and pizza. Get theirs. Yeah pizza!

My husband had shimp parmigiana dinner it was not verygood.

Two slices of pizza and a soda, 9 dollars?...... Come on! You wouldn't mind paying the rip off price if the food was good, but to add insult to injury, the food stunk........ Gino's pizza was Cold, Tasteless and the crust was hard as a brick........ The put all of that money into modernization of that dump of a store, but they didn't spend one penny on improving the quality of there food. The place is bad, it always was bad, and it will continue to be bad up until the day they close the doors permanently.

One Star is too good for this place...

Went to Gino's for best pizza in the area they did not disappoint the flavors are there and the pizza was crunchy which is how I love my pizza.

I have been a customer here since I was too small to see over the glass counter. This pizza place is one of my favorite authentic pizza parlors in New York. Going to college in Michigan shows how there is a real difference in the pizza between the two. Great service with some employees I ve known for a long time. My favorite goes between regular, Sicilian or grandma. Would recommend to anyone looking for some really authentic delicious pizza slices.

I order delivery all the time, food is great. There side grilled chicken w/ balsamic is the Best. Not many places make really good grilled chicken, but they certainly do!

Not to point the finger at Gino's in RVC all alone. .... To be quite honest, all of the Gino's have gone way down in quality. You pay good money for a product, you expect a decent product. Sorry to say, but Gino's RVC is not it. To sum it up, Gino's food is just plain awful.

Not sure if my slices were over cooked or if they were made last year. I can only describe it as Tomato water painted on a Chalkboard sprinkled with melted white blotches of foreign matter. As for calling it Pizza, I personally wouldn't go that far. As for calling it Bad, that's a bona fide confirmation.....

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Visitor from MA. Enjoyed my visit to Gino s quite a bit. Eggplant and Meatball parmagiana was excellent. I d go back again.

My wife fancies herself a pizza aficionado (albeit from Boston - go figure). She has declared Gino's RVC the best pizza she has ever had, anywhere. Yes, She's been to Grimaldi's (Brroklyn AND Garden City). She's even looking forward to traveling back to RVC to visit my parents (gasp!) so she can go to Gino's again!

By the way - the pizza was wonderful - thin crust, well done, with great sauce and cheese. Service was excellent, too. I think the Gino's folks may read the reviews, because we had none of the issues noted in earlier posts.

Walked in sat night zero wait service was impeccable fast courteous from the water and bread to the main course we never had to look for the waiter. Delicious food hot and fresh I highly recommend this place. Well done Ginos.

My friends and my wife and I enjoyed a socially distanced visit in my yard around an order from Gino's. I've had their food for decades from various outlets and have never been disappointed.
The pizzas we enjoyed this time reminded me of pizza from Brooklyn, where I spent my early adult years. It features a thin but not wood burned crust, a thick layer of cheese, and a sauce nicely balanced between savory and sweet.

Been going here for their buffalo chicken slice for years definitely my favorite slice

Gino's, what can't I say about this place! After 10 years of eating dinner or lunch at Gino's it is just WONDERFUL! It's exactly what you expect a Pizzeria to be plus much more. Dinner specials absolutely Special, Delicious, & enough to take some home and enjoy all over again. The Sauce Master in the kitchen is a genius as every sauce coming out of that kitchen to die for! Ceaser Salad so, so good but don't forget to ask for anchovies..... Spaghetti & Meatballs so good. Oh and the Mussels on spaghetti appetizer, you won't want to Share a single mussel with anyone.... Just keep them to yourself. The Meat sauce with pasta! The Pizza...! YES..! Least I forget the floor staff, buss persons, waiters, counter peeps, every last one of 'em just like family...! If you haven't been to THIS particular Gino's, then you're missing some of the best (Italian) food on Long Island. Ummm going back on Thursday...! Every Thursday.
