These guys do an amazing job and are so accommodating. I frequently have last minute projects I need printed on a really fast turnaround, and they have come through every single time - often earlier than my requested pickup time. Always willing to work with you to get your project just right.

Love this place much more than its corporate competitors. Their service is great, they support the community and they have really quick turnaround times on print jobs. I use them all the time! I've turned to them when I'm under a deadline and they don't bat an eye. I did attempt to have something offset printed here once and it didn't work out. But for anything digital, large or small, I choose Copy dot com.

Worst experience this morning with Gabrielle. She was too busy to greet me as a came in. It appears she was working a project and didn't want to be bothered. Poor customer service! Lack of full disclosure of pricing! Gave a partial price of $5 to scan to pdf. Then later she said it would cost additional $5 to send it via email. All pricing should be told up front. When challenged about pricing she asked me to leave. UNREAL!

Came here to print 500 employee applications for a small business. Printing was quick, and everything looked pristine

This place is awesome, family owned and run with lots of friendly faces. They know me by name now and always treat me so nicely! Prices are very reasonable and their services are extraordinary. Not sure why you would go and get your printing needs done anywhere else. Ask for Jordan specifically he's the best!

I had a photo stretched onto matted canvas. The staff was helpful and nice. They worked with me until I was completely satisfied and turn around time was quick. The quality was great. I would definitely recommend them!

Ariadne and the rest of the team helped me enlarge an old damaged picture wallet to a 16 x 20. The enlarged photo came out perfect, they even fixed the imperfections!! Thanks Guys!

They were so slow. For printing 5 black and white pages, I was there for an hour. They were doing everything except our jobs. There were two ladies working in center counters, who were so slow and unhelpful.

I am always surprised by how quick they get stuff done. They often do it right away while you wait! Has been a big help to me on a couple of last minute errands.

I've been a customer of Copydotcom since 2017, and I will probably never switch up. The staff is fantastic and always gets all of my projects printed promptly. I am Designer who always needs things printed on a regular basis. If I ever have any issues with my prints, they always fix them to my liking. HILARY WILLIAMS is my go-to lady! She is the absolute BEST! She knows her stuff and knows how I like my products printed and presented. Due to Covid-19, the storefront is closed off to the public, and I miss them being open on Saturdays. Regardless, they have been doing a great job getting my orders completed during the week. Look no further; this is the best printing place in town.

They do good work but the customer service is appalling. 3 or 4 employees will be chatting and just can't be bothered to wait on you. I go elsewhere now.

After I made the mistake of going to Kinko's I came here and Jeff got me in and out with 250 cut flyers in less than 45 minutes. Personable, knowledgeable, helpful. And their equipment is top notch. What else could you ask for? Very cool place.

Very rude staff and horrible customer service. We were trying to ask a simple question about the sign in process when we arrived and in turn received a lot of attitude from the lady behind the counter for no apparent reason. I won't be back!

Had an awkward size 300+ page copy job that could have easily been over $200, but staff gave me less expensive option and although it was a self service option they used their machine to use the automatic feeder. A nightmare job of manual copying was a 30 minute and less than $40. Definitely recommend! And open until 9pm!

I have printed 2 sets of invitations here and they are awesome to work with! They send me a quick quote, I forward the artwork, then they print it as soon as I can make it in to proof. The printing quality is top notch, the invitations look fantastic. Also, the price totally beats other invitation printing companies. Would highly recommend this place to someone looking to print from etsy.

Had an incredible experience with Copy.com. We had commissioned a piece of digital art and needed the product professionally printed. These guys were super responsive and did an incredible job at a of third of some the prices being quoted elsewhere.

Great place; it's something I always wished for. I had to print some documents for my 10:30AM appointment at the Houston Passport Agency. I came in and got what I needed, paid for it, and done. The staff are great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it if you need to print anything. They do it all, and will even help you make it look better or if you just don't know how to do it.

The only place I've been able to find where you can use high-end machines to do high-volume copying, printing, AND scanning at whatever quality level you need. Staff seems highly competent at graphic design and typesetting too. If you need access to big-company level paper handling, forget the others and come here first!

PHIL IS THE BOMB. Helped my frantic, pre-wedding self print off everything we needed (signs, tags, programs etc) and was so sweet and calm. Everything looked gorgeous and came quick! We will never go to another print shop. Go here!

The most terrible possible experience. I wasted my time. They want to do everything expensive because set up fees. Later offer you expensive paper and finally extra charge because they are short of staff saturdays.

tried printing wallets for my classroom and have them cut. the super helpful and kind folks here got it done in 15 minutes for $15 AND cut them for me! I'm never entering another walgreens again in my life after they charged $60 and would NOT cut them for me.

I have used them a few times to print party invitations and business cards and have been very pleased each time. Everyone there was very helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciated their efficiency, and they were especially accommodating when I told them of my deadline. Will definitely use for future projects.

Im kind of disappointed on how much it cost to print 9 pgs but I would probably go back. It was a little confusing trying to figure out what station to go to but the staff were extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly.

I sent a quote to CopyDotCom on Friday morning and quickly received a response from Steve (President) in regards to my request. He price matched a competitor in the area and was able to provide a turnaround time on a job of 8,000 color and cut copies in less than a couple hours. The staff was friendly and I was in and out with what I needed in 5 minutes. I will definitely be using their services in the future. You won't be disappointed.

The services here are great... The staff is the WORST! I have come here for a good 3 years and each time is a different experience. I'm usually printing a portfolio and it's usually 50 pages long or so. I've paid $25 once and other times they tried to charge me $75 for the SAME portfolio. I assumed if I print in bulk they would help you out on price... I was wrong. They wanted to charge me $500 for the same exact portfolio to be printed 10 times. These prices are stupid high and not worth it! If they all learned a few tips on customer service and not try to screw over college students, it'd be worth it! But as of right now, I'd avoid this place!

I've never written a review before but this by far has been the worst customer service experience ever. I arrived at the copy center at around 9 am, the store was very empty with only two customers who were using the internet bar. Once they saw what I was printing the man behind the desk said, "I've done four portfolios send him somewhere else!" Sir, it is your job to print and if you didn't want to help with my print a polite "do you mind asking another staff member for help" would have been a better response instead of responding with a very nasty negative attitude. So, I ask another staff member who directed me to a computer, she didn t even ask what type of print I was doing and I realized the printer settings were for a black and white prints. I go over to their desk center and ask if the printer was the right one to print in color. The woman says no but another woman next to her mentions that the printer settings are correct. This was a very confusing experience and I'm so glad I took my business elsewhere.

I have used this place several times in the past and have referred them to clients. Today I am not sure what happened. I have had the same document printed there several times no issues. Today you thought I was asking for the world. The manager made so many excuses as to why they couldn't do it, it seemed like he really didnt want to do any work. One bad experience has just ruined 2 years of good. I have 3 more potential projects to print this week and may be looking for some place new.

First time, great service. Second time, I may as well have sat in the parking lot with a box of crayons and done it all by hand. In the end I paid way too much and went to Office Depot to get it finished. What a waste of time!

Needed to get in the internet quickly to print some stuff for a Chinese visa. They were super helpful and it was really cheap. Saved me from having to come back the next day!

The Houston store on Westheimer near Montrose is not being honest! when they post online that they are open. They even have open signs visible from the street. But when you go up to the store, they are physically "closed due to Covid". I wasted a trip and I am sure many others have as well. They should be honest and say "only open online".

Update, got help in doing large amount on the self serve machine. Now selling 16 gig on flash drive $10 with logo on package. Great service. Been here many times and always in a hurry and will get the job done. Very reasonable priced and work with me to be sure it's done right. You can even buy reems of paper and they handle large and small jobs. Best if you are rushed as customers are so impatient but employees always more polite than I would be. Be sure on self serve machines don't leave your thumb drive they have a whole box full of them (mine wasn't one of them). Will go back.

Sloppy. Don't recommend. Had a simple job. First, they didn't print the pages at the right size. Then, after they reprinted, they messed up the hole punches so they didn't align. Didn't realize until I got home, and now it's too late.
