I have used this place several times in the past and have referred them to clients. Today I am not sure what happened. I have had the same document printed there several times no issues. Today you thought I was asking for the world. The manager made so many excuses as to why they couldn't do it, it seemed like he really didnt want to do any work.

One bad experience has just ruined 2 years of good. I have 3 more potential projects to print this week and may be looking for some place new.
