excellent travel agency, friendly and comprehensive staff

I always recommend the holiday packages with them ... They have the lowest prices for the same package compared to other online agencies .. They are friendly, helpful and quick to recall especially since they are Gold members. The site is well made and intuitive even if sometimes it stops.

Excellent pre-sales assistance, immediate responses and collaborative in finding a solution suited to our needs. We also got a price review. We have not yet left so we will see how the after-sales and any assistance during the journey proceeds.

Good experience an excellent call center with great professionalism

More than positive experience, great professionalism and speed, the service was excellent.

Good morning, returned Saturday from a trip to Sharm and not being the first time that I set holidays with Borsaviaggi I can only confirm the seriousness and professionalism of this Agency. 100% recommended.

They are very very competent, they know how to do their job very well, I bought 2 trips from them. They gave me a great discount, they found me the place in the structure that I wanted, even when others said it is out of stock. Convenient because there is a chatt and therefore you don't waste hours on the phone. They are quick in replies and quotes. I recommend it to everybody

The whole booking phase managed by Daniele, I would say perfect. I'll make myself heard after the vacation. Hi

Professional, kind and fast, for now all very positive!

I have been booking for several years with BorsaViaggi ..... very professional, friendly, efficient and fast staff! Congratulations to Daniele Ludovica and Alessio

Impeccable service .. Cost-effective proposals .. I will definitely book again through them ..

I already knew BORSAVIAGGI for other trips made with them in Egypt and Cuba. I booked for Cutro this Summer with the family and as always they gave me great assistance, availability and above all the advice that you cannot get from the guides and reviews. I hope it will be a good vacation as always. I will update the review on the way back. Anyway congratulations regardless of the excellent organization and courtesy

Professionalism, kindness, solicitude, congratulations Borsa Viaggi! Special thanks to Ms Ludovica for assistance. I highly recommend this agency also for the advantageous prices compared to many others.

Availability and professionalism we received heartfelt thanks in booking this holiday

Speed, skill and preparation, these are the characteristics of travel consultants Borsaviaggi

Thanks to this agency I can pempermette to travel at modest prices! And the operators are always close to me for any advice or need!

Congratulations on professionalism, competence and availability

Great service, competence and kindness of the staff.Thank you

Outstanding service !!! Compliments !! Very good staff !! Certainly recommended to everyone !!!

At the time of booking excellent assistance. A single small mishap in relation to the Prime services offered, which are not very clear during the booking phase, a problem however immediately resolved thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Kris and Daniele. I will of course be more comprehensive after the trip

It is the second time that I book with Borsaviaggi. The staff is very trained and professional. Kind and available to detailed explanations, they advise the client to direct it towards the most appropriate choice. At the moment I can only confirm the satisfaction!

To be a travel bag agency I expected more competitive prices, in the end I paid the trip cheaper than other online agencies. Bad payment method and travel contract, still use fax and e-mail, do not make immediate payment with a charge, a great waste of time. I still have not left, I'll see the assistance on site.

Excellent, precise in everything. I am very satisfied for hourly availability and kindness and precision. After my return I will evaluate the living room.

Tips, professional and very kind. Personally, I was followed by Daniele who guided us in planning a fantastic honeymoon so we can not wait to leave! Among other things, all this after having had many problems with the previous travel agency and therefore having some airline tickets (unfortunately) already booked. I highly recommend it!

Staff very kind and very helpful. They advised me by offering me the most appropriate service on my terms. Now nothing remains but to leave. Thank you!

Excellent offers, immediate response to my request for information, sending travel contract and booking. And courtesy of those who answer the phone. Good good!

Great professionalism and very fast times. I did not know this agency and after many researches and attempts to book an ok line holiday, borsaviaggi was the fastest and most professional.
