I called Newman Construction to bid a water and sewer installation last month. They never call me back, I always have to call them for updates. Disappointing as they looked like a good company. Need to find another contractor.

Good, honest people that do amazing work. They work very quickly but they always get the job done perfectly. I bought a new house at Riverton Peaks, their new development, and got an amazing deal considering how nice the house is and how convenient the location is. I can spend the money I saved at any of the many walking-distance stores and shops!

Reckless driver. Road range isn't professional. Please do a better job of representing your company by being safe and considerate.

Hello Newman. Hello Jerry. Large double trailer diesel trucks constantly speed on 1300 W which is narrow and had no sidewalks with many children and families living on this small 25 mph road. Many residents on 1300 west have asked the trucks to take Redwood Rd as it is safer in every way. All the neighborhoods asks (at the very least is to slow down) but they seemingly send more vehicles in retribution. OSHA can be invited to visit them to insure off site safety is as important if not more because the public cant take special measures to protect our children from fair use of the roads. We can ask our new police department to enforce the 25 mph speed limit and ticket their truck drivers which will cost the company and employees far more than saving fuel by SLOWING DOWN TO BE MORE SAFE FOR OUR CHILDREN WALKING DOWN THE STREET WITH NO SIDEWALKS. I dont understand the resistance even crimimals want to protect children but to ask this large for profit company to it provokes more dangerous behavior. The little guy cant win against the corporate monster in these days but he surely can try to prevent the loss of a childs life in their quest for profit.

I don't care the company at all, they have no respect for the history of Riverton. They just tore down a 50 year old farm building where they are going to build a new office building which is commercial on an area zoned resisential. This is also where they built a new business repair shop for their company also on an area zoned as residential.

If I am being completely honest I am not here to rate the company but to rate the quality of its employees. I was able to witness the compassion and integrity of two of its team members tonight. I was out by the Great Salt Lake when I noticed a vehicle off the road and sitting in an unusual direction. When I walked up to check on the driver I found an elderly gentleman frantically trying to get out of a predicament he was in. He had missed a turn and ended up on 3 wheels, the back passenger tire was way up in the air. I asked the man if he needed me to call a tow truck for him but he advised he had no money to pay for a tow truck. Cue the guys of Newman Construction; they pulled up and jumped into action. Helping get this guys vehicle back on the road and offered some kindness, understanding and humor making a frustrating situation feel lighthearted. If these are the kind of people that work for this company, should I ever see a need for the services they offer, I guarantee I would hire them in an instant. Way to represent not only the company in which you work but all of humanity and the kindness that we so often forget to show to one another. God Bless.
