Lots of Politics in the office. Favouritism concept within the group for allotment of audits. No intra group discussion and no sharing of observation within the different team members in the office. No support of Team Leader at the time of Audit. Monitory compensation some how good. But this is not sufficient if you are mentally stressed during and after the work. Utilisation of personal email id for the purpose of work. No allotment of official email id during my tenure of 2.5 years. Totally Unprofessionalism.

Aneja Associates HR aren't qualified as they dnt know the basic of recruitment, they didnt even go through my resume and worst part they didnt gave me the feedback. Total waste of time in interview with this org, dnt knw who has hire these employees as a HR, Minus 5 from me to the HR
