Worst Compnany in NYC. Worked there full time for over a year as a suppervisor. Was paid 12 dollars an hour to do an extensive amount of work. Got denied a raise after a year. Way to many office politics. Its modern day slavery. Gaurds masterbait and sleep on post and dont get fierd. Its just designed to make money. They hier unprofesional workers do to there low pay rate. I can keep going on and on.
The company is so bad it doesnt even have policies. You can be a crack head and work there. No drug testing.
It s ok but the staff is Abit absent minded it s sometimes hard to get to talk to people at the office and take a lot out of your check for uniform but the hours are good

I've been working at the same site for 8 years+ with diff security companies, 2 years ago management decide to change to Excel. It's the nightmare start, They will pick on anything to sound like they are professional. But if there's a chance for them to not pay you, they will find any excuse to pay or delay your check. Like one time I was working for my co-worker and I need to call them 5-6 times to get my that day pay in a month.
They pretty cool the only thing is that they can be disorganized.
Excel will send you to a place and have you doing a whole lot of work for 13.00 an hour. I worked at Toro college my duties was making sure the students show their ID and giving them their mail. Plus If the alarm goes off I have to reset it. These student and tenants live in the same building.
I thought that I was going to 85th street. My hours from 3:30 to 11:30
They don't do Drug Testing False advertisement. They hire anybody to work. Thank God I am still with my other company. They take 30.00 for the uniform. If you have a Fireguard they should pay 14.00 an hour.
After I give Tenant and student their mail I have to sign for it and make sure they sign for it and plus I had to count the mail towards the end of the night . I cant go out for break. I never heard of a company that take
30.00 out for uniform.
Terrible company. Very hard to communicate with them. Alarm never works. No one is there for nighttime calls -- only a person who answers phones. Literally only 2 people there that I can talk to and responds in a timely manner. Terrible attitude. Do not hire!
This place is garbage they pick and choose who they want and leave you in the waiting room waiting for hours no courtesy unprofessional And they pay horrible Look at all their Yelp review.
I believe the young lady who said she was fired for being too friendly. These moronic idiots accused me of using foul language towards a client, and fired me for this bogus reason. No confirming anything (which would have proved me innocent.) They just took the client's word for it.
One of the worst companies ever. They don't respect their employees what so ever and willing to lie to get themselves out of hot water. Most of theor turo sites are dirty with odors!

This is the only review is that you should pay any attention to I gave this company one star because it is the only way for me to leave a review this company actually deserves no stars negative stars to be exact I've been with this company less than 2 months I was hired the same time as another female who they paid $14 + she was a fo2 fireguard I am a fo1 fireguard with lots of experience they told me that they was putting me in a site that's $16 plus and when I got my check it was $13 I asked him about the other $3 for every hour that I was supposed to get instead of them giving me the $48 that they owe me they took another $52 out and told me that I didn't work for four hours they have no intentions on paying me the $48 they owe me they don't have any intentions on giving me back the $52 that they open I further went on and got in touch with the school that I worked at on November 19th 2018 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and they confirmed that I did work that day not to mention I clocked in and out so since I've been there I've begged and pleaded for hours I was only given two days 16 hours they tried to give me extra hours but they wanted to stretch it out to 34 hours a week me doing 16 over the weekend and then another 18 hours from Monday through Friday which would have me working 7 days a week 365 days a year and that's not even a full pay every week in equals out to 34 hours if I'm not mistaken so we have a company that doesn't work with dispatch and dispatch doesn't work with the company because nobody ever knows what's going on in that office they also finding contracts through a middleman the stealing money out of the employees paychecks there underpaying the employees so you have Richard Wills and you have Sandy Cohen now Richard Wills is the one who hired me for the $16 an hour I also spoke to him no changes Sandy Cohen on the other hand has no plans on giving me my $52 that was wrongfully taken from my check as well as my $48 that I was underpaid I went up to the office on December 20th approximately between 11 a.m. in 12 p.m. Richard Wills would not come out to speak to me nor would Sandy Cohen I would not suggest this company to anyone I am more than happy not to work for them anymore worst experience with a company ever like I said previously this company works with a middleman for their contracts so if there's anyone that's looking for a job please do not go here you don't need to read any other review this is the only one this is the newest one this is definitely a fact that company is shity they will rob you and they don't want to give hours8
Worked for Excel many years ago . Under the circumstances, with no experience or educational background ownership treated me fair with respect . Not sure if Neil is still the owner? Never got the opportunity to thank him . I moved on to pursue a different career and prospered.
This place is unprofessional. I waited over an hour to be seen and this was for an interview. This company really showed me their true colors.
When I applied online for this job, so far everything was going well. Two days later I received a call saying I had to go for an interview for their company on 505 8th avenue in Manhattan. My interview was today So I go to this interview site to the 17 floor and talk to the person in the front desk. He ask me who sent you to this place, did you apply on indeed, but he told me all this screaming at me and telling me I can't get a job with out an security id I told him I don't have it , even though I have my UDI NUMBER. He didn't ask me for no identification at all . This company really sucks I don't recommend this to no one they have really rude employees, crappy customer service and overall no manners or sense of proffesionalism!! I didn't even bother to continue the interview, the place is not well put together and unorganized and I walked out. Their were also people in the interview looking unprofessional, not well dressed doing the application. They make you do a long application online and also one in the site makes no sense
