Their customer service is the absolute worst. If you have a problem with their game then they will find ways to blame you instead of resolving it. If you complain enough they may give you an answer stating they are working on the problem but will quickly retract and go back to blaming the player when they can't resolve it. They take zero responsibility for all of the bugs in their game and do not compensate their players for their losses. If you want to be frustrated with a shity game and shity customer service then this is the game for you!

Avant-garde company in the production of video games for Facebook and mobile phones. And it's a fantastic workplace: it offers a lot of benefits. I was able to visit them because my son is doing an intership there, and the attention for the employees, compared to Italy, is nothing short of exceptional. Everyone can bring their dog to work, there is a free canteen with international cuisine (you can have breakfast, lunch and bring your package for dinner), there is a bar, brewery, gym, basketball room, on Thursdays you find yourself for happy hour (with oysters!) and they pay you well. A dream!

I don't know about the environment inside Zynga but playing through the games, I found, it is now losing its global footprint because of the Support teams, i call them non-supportive teams after 4 to 5 years' of bad experiences. I even emailed to its boss Mark Pincus but never got a reply, thats actually the problem. They don't generally respond, rather hide under the carpets, having no solutions to the issues faced by the players. They developed good games but could not develop as much good support teams to help players globally. Teams are getting their perk/previlleges so why would they be concerned about player issues. The senior officials never oversee their teams to get involved in demanding cases. It may be a huge organisation for perks/previlleges but is ground-zero in effective work force or support to the players who keep crying all over their Forums without even a response, quite shameful!

Now i can't expand due to some glitch that keeps discounting my prizes and i have to start over again. I have all the requirements but they're not counting it. I'm getting frustrated and this is why i rarely buy farm bucks. I'm ready to find something else.

Zynga empires and allies used to be a fantastic game but now there is no more farming to help build for some players . Game is so unbalanced and l actually think zynga don't know where to go with this game anymore . l now don't play which is a wellcome relief cos l have more time on ma hands after 3 years of playing and still no maxed base . players are now starting to leave the game which is a shame but what do you expect if the game got boring overnight .

The game Racing CSR2, neither works well nor give technical support, is a game to spend a lot of money, if you do not spend you synchronize as many times as they want to go back and losing what you've won plus the time played, so it's not worth it start since if you do not spend your money you lose time since it is a game with a trap and that's why they do not respond to you in days or so, or that every time they shine more because they have so many failures ... !!!!
There are free games and the best truth at least do not bother you or cheat this guy, greetings!

This Company is a joke. After being banned from there game months ago I tired the BBB route which also reached a dead end.

With my interaction with this company I was banned from one of there games and only told I violated there terms of service agreement. While I was on vacation and not playing the game for 3 days prior to the ban. I contacted BBB as Zynga representatives refused to reply to me. And Zynga though BBB told me again I violated there terms of service agreement again with no explanation.

After I then told BBB that I want the specific reason I was banned and the exact term i violated as I read over there terms and found no term I violated. BBB then tells me that Zynga will not provide me with said information and what they told me is a sufficient answer.

It's such an awesome place!

Zynga leaves no recourse to contact their administration when things go wrong. They give you tons of links that lead you no where, not even an email. So what this tells me, is they feel because they are wealthy enough from us customers spending our hard earned cash on their games, that they shouldn't have to answer to anyone, and have the right to take your money and not provide any sort of quality. They are now on the stock market, so now they haphazardly treat their customers like they simply just replaceable commodities. They forget that if it wasn't for us, they wouldn't be where they are today. Yes they have good games, but they have bad customer service.They need to understand that if they don't give customers a place to vent, they will get bad reviews like these and eventually it's not going to matter how good their games are, people will soon move on to other things, because they will get tired of being kicked in the teeth. Good customer service means more to me then anything.

I used to be a very big fan of the game Empires and Allies , until Zynga decided it's players were having to much fun and decided to eliminate one of the most important aspects of the game , global farming .

After eliminating global farming , they decided to do a poll and ask their players if this was a good decision or not . The overwhelming response was no , it was a bad decision . So how did Zynga respond ? They simply said they made the decision and that's just how it is . So what was the point of the poll ? Was Zynga hoping for a pat on the back for destroying a once fun game ?

The Empires and allies Facebook page also shows an overwhelming number of players disagree with the decision to eliminate global farming . Does Zynga care ? Absolutely not . I've never seen a company completely disregard its customers in such a fashion . They simply do not care what their cash spending players want .

As a result , people are leaving the game at an astounding pace . It's impossible to grow in the game anymore , and Zynga continues to bury their head in the sand and pretend they made the right decision . Shame on you, Zynga . You completely destroyed a once very fun game .

Time to check out the App Store and find a new game who actually respects what its players want .

my old roommate used to work here which allowed us to get access into this wonderland. free food, free drinks, free gym, free video games? IS I IN HEAVEN? I think we made it a tradition to come here every monday after the work day and watch Monday Night Football on the massive screen in the main dining area while we ate and drank whatever was being offered that night. Then we would go into the play area and play pop-a-shot until exhaustion. Then we would snack and replenish our fluids and repeat the next week. I guess they also make interactive video games too. minus one star because I bought stock in Zynga and it never made me any money

I would say Good idea's Some game would be nice to play but its more like LAGVILLE game play is bugville lagville , There is no customer support... their forums are a waste of time. all you get from them is The team is working on it... (FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS)
Zynga needs to get on thier forums with some real programmer and see what the problem is

I'm a frequent "Words With Friends" user and am sick to death of getting the all to frequent, slow loading instructions on how to use the game. Do the people at Zynga think that we're idiots; that we need to be reminded hundreds of times how to use a few features. They know exactly what we do each game. Certainly they should be able to tell that they've assaulted us with the needless instructions many times before. They are clearly not very good as user experience.

Terrible customer service.. I pay for a monthly VIP membership. They had a glitch which they fully admit rolled some players games back a full week. Its been 2 months of promises that their engineers are working on it but still no reparations or return of losses for what was paid for. A week loss of game play advancements is like taking back many paid for months of VIP. Their customer service only talks through email and much of it is auto. What a joke. If you were a paying customer and had to wait over 2 months for an issue that is still not solved , would you believe they are going to do anything???
