Terrible customer service.. I pay for a monthly VIP membership. They had a glitch which they fully admit rolled some players games back a full week. Its been 2 months of promises that their engineers are working on it but still no reparations or return of losses for what was paid for. A week loss of game play advancements is like taking back many paid for months of VIP. Their customer service only talks through email and much of it is auto. What a joke. If you were a paying customer and had to wait over 2 months for an issue that is still not solved , would you believe they are going to do anything???
