I met Kelly Parsons through a mutual friend when I was considering a job change a few years ago. Kelly has a very calm and laid-back demeanor. She insists on getting to know you on a personal level so that she will have a better understanding of what jobs may be the best fit for you and your situation. Kelly was very honest, upfront, and assured me that she would not inundate me with just any job in her pipeline. She never rushed the process and kept in touch just to let me know she was still there searching for the perfect job. Sure enough in about 3 weeks she called to inform me of a job that was closer to home, offered telecommuting twice a week and was a higher salary than my then current position. What's more, is I still hear from Kelly every 6 months or so just to check in and see how I'm doing. Trust in Kelly to do the legwork and find what's right. Also take assurance in the fact that she doesn't just forget about you after a position is filled but stays in touch like a colleague you value and trust!

Very poor management, and if you should ever say something critical, you're burnt toast. Developers are leaving one of their largest Nashville clients in droves. They have a serious morale problem at NES and have yet to do anything about it. That's why there are about 7 job postings on the bulletin board. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if Zycron loses the NES contract.
