Excellent service. Nothing too much trouble. Kept in the loop all the way. Sorted within a few hours. Auto dealer very good too.

Hidden fees and interest rates should be double checked. I was told I would have fees refunded due to staff error...never payed up. I will never use auto again.

First they recommended an insurance company that is a rip off quick to take your money but cant give you what you actually need,
Zuto takes no responsibility for their part in messing you about telling you everything is fine with your claim you have been accepted the funds will be paid out to then be told oh wait it's to late to send the funds over it will be done first thing in the morning to then be told there is an issue and funds will not be paid out in sorry how was it fine yesterday but today it's not then you make amendments send everything off to be told we will give u a call back in a couple of minutes with the decision then 45mins to an hour later no call so you have to chase them then after they come back with their nonsense after hours of having to deal with them to get a simple response they decline your claim then have the cheek to ask if you would like to continue, you request to cancel due to their incompetence they put you on hold for a further 15mins just to have some sarcastic moron tell you ok thanks all done bye what the hell is that I advise for people to stay clear they will waste your time and you will loose money

Got approved etc so thats not an issue here

The amount of time it takes these incompitent people to process is insaine
takes them days to get the paperwork in order, they cant tell the difference between a lloyds statement and a tsb statement, incompotent morons to put it blunty

would reccoment you avoid these people at all costs, seriously its insaine how incompotent they truly are

Lazily scrolling Autotrader and saw a car vaguely interested on the get a quote button, won't affect score etc. Get instant reply 'you have been pre approved', ok so where is the amount, the finance example, the rate? Oh well you have to contact them for that, in fact it says they are going to call me! Not interested, take your dodgy fix and bait tactics elsewhere thanks.

Thoroughly knowledgeable, courteous, approachable, patient and friendly staff. Initial application made on Saturday evening, finance sorted and funds with dealer on wednesday, collected car on thursday. Completely haasle free experience. Thank you Zuto.

Customer of 1.5 years of a 4 year term. Ongoing customer service issues for about a year on and off. Sent an email on 13/07 and no response. Just sums it up really. Won t be using again or recommending, the exact opposite to be honest.

Recently brought a mini from a dealership that unbeknownst to me was going bust. A week after taking my car home the clutch starts slipping badly. Zuto seem to think that it isn t their problem that the clutch is broken, and that I should have to deal with it myself. They d quickly take the car back if i missed a payment but won t give me the money for a clutch or refund!!! I can not emphasise enough DO NOT BUY FROM A SECOND HAND SMALL DEALERSHIP!!! pay slightly more and get the peace of mind, or you could end up like all of us on here rating 1* and hundreds out of pocket!!

Very effective and efficient team of customer services.

Dealt with Zuto two or three times, they are helpful but the rates they found for me were a lot higher than the dealership finance i used in the end for my purchase, I also experienced that they don't always call back when they say they will.

The worst company in the hole of the Uk. My mam search for weeks for the right car. First car found payed a holding fee but the garage sold it because zuto took to long no help getting the fee back took 9 days. Second car zoto advertised it More

I was looking for a car. I found the one I was looking for but Zuto did not deal with the garages. It was suggested that I looked at a car in Southampton but that was too far away. I was about to give up when I had a call to say there was the same model at the right price about 40 miles away. I went there, test drove it an put a deposit and bought it.

AVOID!!!!!! USE CAR MONEY INSTEAD!

It all went quite well. Just one GDPR hiccup, which was quickly resolved. Once that was sorted, it all went through very smoothly and I am now enjoying my new Audi A6.

I was really surprised how fast and efficient Zuto is. They found me a perfect car financial service in something like an hour. Somple procedures, website with all the makes and models to choose. I've get my test drive, 15 minutes later I was driving my new car home.

I would highly recommend Zuto to anyone looking to buy a car on finance. The staff were extremely helpful and everything was taken care of for me so it was a very easy, stress free experience.

I had a mixed experience overall. The beginning phases were great, super engaged and helpful in getting finance sorted and finding a car. Special thanks to Matthew and Louis for all their help!

However, once things moved to the payments team it all changed. I found myself constantly having to chase up and call and ended up as the go between between Zuto and the car dealership covering everything from making sure the car was on hold for us to advising what the payout process was. Sadly not quite the seamless experience I had expected but I m glad for the help during those beginning stages that helped get things in place.

Was told I was pre approved and then approved only later to find out its a personal loan and got declined and not car finance. I have good credit too! I wouldn't waste time

I made my application over a month ago and it s been the worse experience ever, as I m typing this now, I am still waiting for them to make the payment to the car dealership!

I was told to view a car I like 3 days ago, signed all the documents, and was told I could get the car the following day. It s day three and I have had to chase them up, and now I m being told to resign the documents I signed 3 days ago! And it could take even longer for them to make the payment. It s taken over one month already.

I had to call them before finding out I needed to sign a new esign document. Nobody contacts you, or keeps you up to date with the application.

They did a hard search during the application without telling me and mislead me to believe it s a soft search. This has been the worse experience ever. The only reason I m going through with it, is because of the negative impact on my credit file. I might as well get the finance now they ve further messed up my credit.

The process is not simple or quick, it felt as though I was doing a mortgage application with how time consuming and frustrating this has been.

I would never recommend this company, with the amount of interest I m paying, you would at least expect better service!!!!

Very slick application process, finance in place in 3 days. Kept informed every step of the way, cant ask for more. Would give 10 stars if i could :-)

I had never heard of Zuto until I was looking at cars for sale online and an ad appeared at the bottom of the page. I clicked on the ad, never thinking that in less than a fortnight I'd be driving around in my new car. The whole thing from my first phone call to getting the car keys was stress free and Zuto staff were brilliant, friendly, polite and they totally know their stuff. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for car finance.

Sorry to be writing this, but was approved within 24 hours, arrangements were made to collect, then found out 5he vehicle wasn't available but there info wasn't given to me, 5 days on still no sign, I wouldn't use again if I'm honest. Rather go direct to the dealer in future.

Trying to finance a BMW 430 Convertible. Dont think I've experienced a company like this before who just dont care about their customers. Rung 3 times last week, being told each time someone (a guy called James) will get back to me. Never heard back the whole week. Then rung again today and lo behold "James is busy on the phone and will ring you back in the next 5 minutes". 3 hours later and I know I wont get a call back. Sorry you've just lost a customer...

Whilst the over all service in providing car finance was very efficient and helpful at almost every stage, I was little put off at the final hurdle once I had received both the finance and my car by the very aggressive and rude nature of the person pitching ppi insurance to cover the finance deal. This left a slightly sour note after such a good experience up to that point.

Soo easy to get good finance packages for cars and the paper literally takes 5 mins to complete!!

Can't fault them - they do exactly what they say they will do!!

Absolutely appalling service. Will never ever go back here again. Completely disorganised and just outright rude.

This is the second time I have used Zuto. First class service and staff. No problems everything was easy to use and very quick.

The first time I used Zuto they could not do enough for me, however this is a second time and I do feel they lost their standard of service. Lack of information to me and the car sales place no sense of urgency and the fact I was chasing them for details for both parties is poor customer service in my book.

My experience with Zuto was fantastic. They were supportive all the way even after buying my car. Recommend.

Im 19 and never had a need for finance and when i wanted to buy a car they quoted me 49.9% Apr and told me because of my age that was the best i would get. But i got a 24% apr and a lot less interest instead of paying double im paying less than 25% extra. Don't get Scammed by these people. They will take your money and lie to do it.

Took days to finalise car finance, due to myself ringing around sorting it not zuto. Fast forward to the car arriving... it was illegal. Informed zuto and have not heard back, yet more chasing and no call backs. If you get a good representative you'll be fine but sadly that didn't happen for us. May as well of worked for zuto over the 5 days myself!

Very helpful people, Did a great job helping me get a car very prompt nd easy service.

Firstly, I love the car. My low rating is because a few days after the purchase whilst talking to zuto, I was told that concerns like
Missing locking wheelnut key
Radio screen that is effected by heat
Non retracting headlight washer jets
I was told any, problems would be sorted!!!

A week later I contacted zuto re the above problems. I was told these issues were to be passed to the customer service team, a week and a half later, having heard nothing I called and was told Hannah was dealing with the issue.
After another 2 weeks, I again contacted zuto to find out what was happening. I was then told none of the issues I had could be sorted. Despite what was said by the zuto agent originally. I was then told this was a training issue.
