It is a good agency that help you find houses you need!

Great people with great service. They helped me when I needed the most. Had a problem with my previous roommate and needed to find something quick. Zuma Housing offered me the unit at Barrington Plaza. I booked a double room with a french girl on the 17th floor. We even have a ocean view. My roommate is awesome and I am thankfull to Zuma Housing.

I stayed with zuma housing in Westwood for 8 months and they are the worst agency ever. They used to come to my apartment 3/4 times a week, so there is no privacy at all. Sometime also when I was sleeping they got inside my room! Savas Sirikci that is the manager and president of the company thinks that ripping off international students is the way to make money. They remodeled the apartment where I was living and they didn't give me back my money and that's happened to all the people that lived with me. The agency looks nice in Westwood but it's just a way to attract clients they are really bad once you signed the contract. Someone has to stop them, so guys don't go to zuma anymore they will find excuses to take your money. Be careful!!!!

I would highly suggest Zuma Housing for helping me find a place to say that would also fit's my taste. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and quite knowledgeable. I also love the place I'm staying, it's very peaceful, it's quite huge and the price was quite affordable. Overall had a great experience with Zuma Housing!

"We have used Zuma Housing twice for housing for my son near Santa Monica College - a semester in 2013, and another in 2016. Both times move-in and move-out went very smoothly, even with short notice. If he returns to SMC for another semester, Zuma will likely be our first choice. Holden and Dorian were very helpful and when possible they are very flexible. Well worth the cost."

I have lived in Zuma Housing for a year, and honestly it is a pretty good service, especially for international students who would like live near UCLA. Zuma Housing has great locations where you can get to the Bruin bus stops in around 6 minutes, and the apartments are all pretty well maintained. It is also quite easy to deal with stuff like maintenance because they have a pretty developed team. It is expensive but hey that is just how it is everywhere else in Westwood! The Zuma Housing team is always helpful, and always get back to you as soon as they can. It does save you a lot of trouble.

Filthy and gross! We submitted work orders to repair things like mold infestation and they write that it's been taken care of and they've done nothing. The parking garage gate has been broken for months, they come and say they fixed it and it then it keeps breaking, my car was LOCKED inside the gate and I could not get out on the way to an important interview. Needless to say they never reimbursed me for the Uber or the parking costs. The website is so deceiving, they show photos of maybe what the units looked like years ago, however nothing is updated and the buildings are filthy, completely disgusting and unsafe. We had to clean extensively before moving in. There is a termite problem and instead of fixing it, they put blue painters tape on the outside of the windows. The building looks like it should be condemned and we have looked at other units of theirs and they are the same. Stressful place to live.

Worst experience during my stay at LA. As an international student I came trusting them for a house. They keep saying they are helping out. But no help whatsoever.

Problems faced:
** Had to call the office a multiple times and visit them even more times for the key.
** The rates are almost 2.5 times that of any rent in this area. If you are Student at UCLA, I would suggest getting a place from one of the housing facebook groups.
** The agreed to transfer me from one property to another. The idea of transfer is you have a zuma house on every day. But the new property was assigned to me on the 3rd(5pm) and had to vacate the old one on 2nd(11am). Homeless for day. wow.
** The send out notices to enter your house almost every single day! Never really feels the place is yours.

As a student attending Santa Monica College, it can be pretty difficult to find housing close to campus that won't destroy my bank account. I recently rented an apartment from Zuma Housing as they offered the most affordable prices and closest locations to campus. The apartment was very clean, organized and visually appealing when I arrived. I love how my utility charges are included in my rent and that they also offer free laundry services at my location which is very convenient for me.

All in all, it was great living in Zuma Housing. I worked from home most of the time, and loved to be there since I can have the comfort and convenience to keep my self physically and socially fit. Love inviting all of my friends or some of my colleagues over, since I had a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. I'm now living in Oklahoma, and I only wished apartments here were half as good as Zuma Housing were.

Zuma housing has many apartment at Barrington Plaza. Me and 3 other friends applied for a 2 bedroom at barrington and got rejected due to lack of credit history by Barrington Plaza leasing office. I saw a guy with Zuma Tshirt and he advised me that zuma has units at barrington. Finding the unit and finishing the paperwork took less than 2 hours at the Zuma office. It was a good start. The rent price was about $4000, so 1000 each person. Barrington was renting the same unit for $3200, however having furniture and paying no utilities was compensating the difference with a shorter term lease. So I am happy to rent from them.

Stayed here briefly, I have high regard for this wonderful and professional company. Fast and prompt responses to questions and issues. They have the tenants interest at heart, no system or communication problems so far. A class act squad!

My roommate and I signed a contract with Zuma housing for 3 months. We were satisfied with the location of the apartment, the price, the furniture as well as the helpful staff.
