I was having a rush meeting at the time, and just 10 minutes Before the restaurant opens. But the restaurant staff try to help us to get the bar sitting for us can have the short meeting also the same time we can order what we wanted. After all, all the dishes are so fresh and tasty. Very happy for everything. Will recommend to all of my friends.

Too hyped a place. N for the price they charge the food ain't so much to talk off. Taste wise mediocre. The ambience is good. Staff is helpful. But not worth going second time . For first timers...go only if u eat raw fish (sushi etc..)n meats done rare.
The sorbets were good n cream n chocolate pie served as desserts.

Every time we visit Zuma the experience is better and better. This last time we were really hungry so we order a great variety of dishes. The black cod, the tenderloin, the kataif, the sushi are out of theirs world. Service is alway extremely professional and the entire operation works perfectly. Definitely it s a place that you have to reserve a table. The only negative comment is about the quality of the people that some times are at the tables next to you or near you at the bar. But we all know that...

Behind this massive wooden door and dark curtains, I found this place that had an amazing aura where japenese food was cooked impeccably and made my plalate go gaga. The cocktails were lovely and the service was great. Well, it did put a hole in my pocket but it was well worth it indeed. Stay classy and stay fabulous. . Go ZUMA. .

If you have just run a marathon, come to Zuma to replenish your salt levels. Seriously the food here is so salty I am baffled by the good reviews. Japanese food is all about premium ingredients and subtle flavours, Zuma uses average ingredients and drowns them in heavy soy sauce so you can't taste the difference. The food here is as delicate as a bull in a China shop, and I had to drink so much water to combat the salt levels. Service was not too bad, we sent back serval over seasoned dishes and they replaced them hastily without any objections. The price here is also a joke. At 500 each, I could easily have an amazing sushi counter meal for much better quality and ambience. Please avoid.

Great place to eat, expensive but the quality of food is worth it. The service is quite quick and most of the staff are very friendly. 4 stars because sometimes they are just a bit too friendly and try to influence you to change your order decisions.

The food is by far one of the best in the Middle East! No doubt about it. Amazing service and timing of when the food was delivered. Great varieties of seafood, meat and vegetables. Only thing, is that it's very expensive but quality of food is worth it

Keep up the door policy! Saw some people not allowed in, which I was quite frankly relieved. Inside it's a good crowd and very good food. Maybe avoid Thursday night, which is too crowded and difficult to enjoy.

One of the best dining experiences to be had in Dubai. Zuma never disappoints, the quality is always high, in food and in service. The atmosphere is brilliant, vibrant and lively. The chilled out beats only help to make it a great spot for a night out to dine. The food is delicious, all thriller and no filler. Constantly amazed by the consistency of the cuisine here. A culinary highlight and a must when in Dubai.

Visited the pub floor - good music vibes, place was packed but ventilation was great so it doesn t feel stuffy. Drinks are really good. Bartenders are friendly.
Only thing that the layout would ve been better if they worked out the seating arrangement.

I come to this place because there is a person called Bibek, who makes it as if we are travelling instantly to Japan and travelling through Asia flavors, bringing the experience to outstanding heights...Thank you Bibek & thank you Zuma...

I've been a champion of Zuma for a while and decided to take my boyfriend who was visiting for the first time in Dubai for the best culinary experience. The food no doubt was good and I was aware of the portion size, but what was appalling this time was the kind of service metted out leading to an unpleasant experience overall.
We entered at 8.30pm on time for our 2 hour reservation window. By 9.15pm we were presented with the desert menu. The speed of the service to get things in and out felt like we were in the middle of a piranha attack. The constant interference to either ask for the next course or take away our glasses made our dinner quite daunting. I had not even got to the bottom of my wine glass and the waiter came asking again for our desert order even after asking them to give us some time to digest and enjoy the appetisers and mains we were made to eat in 45 mins. The constant buzzing of the waiters to our table did not even allow for a conversation. The food was good, but for the cost and time of the meal spent, can't say I will champion the place anymore. Definitely a downer.

Been going here for years and used to be the top restaurant in GCC!! Lately though the quality of food and staff has reduced and not up to expectation. Will always recommend this restaurant, but competition is catching up big time

Always a good meal to be had in Zuma, be it lunch, dinner or brunch. Perennial favourites are the prawn gyozas, beef tataki, corn, miso cod, spicy tenderloin. Definitely one of the top restaurants in my list!

Zuma is constantly good. The food is of great quality and they have a diverse Japanese menu. The sushi itself is superb. Try out the different cocktails, they have a spicy passion fruit one which is delish! I personally like sitting in the lounge upstairs closer to the windows because it feels more cozy and personal. The service is also solid.

Terrific quality of ingredients and flavours - the salmon was exquisite. Astonishing speed of service with keen attention paid to details and presentation.

TIP: The business lunch @ 137 Dhs. is a great way to affordably experience Zuma's 2-course set menu.

Went there for the business lunch. Food was pretty good but surprised to see they are charging for chilli flakes these days. Would expect that to be free when paying 900 dirhams for a bottle of wine

Have always loved this place but finally tried the lunch menu and was blown away. By the food and the price. Now I can eat here and not have to eat spaghetti with ketchup for the rest of the week. Fantastic

I visited Zuma tens of times for various occasions, for business lunch, dinners, and casuals; and it is apparent that there is no dispute here in dubai that Zuma is a number one Resturant in quality of service, quality of food, ingredients, menu and atmosphere ...

Worst experience ever. We came me and my mom and my sister a Thursday night, which is the weekend in Dubai and supposed to be the best night of the week, we got there at 10:30 pm which is quite late, and we see huge tables of families with kids aged 4-9 years old crying and playing around tables? LIKE WOW! Were we so shocked that kids were allowed specially that Zuma London forbids kids after 9 pm. The prices are just ridiculous and the vibe is so off and upsetting. There is NO culinary experience whatsoever and service was slow.
We were 3 and paid roughly 709$ for WHAT? For nothing, we came back to our hotel and ordered room service. Such a disappointment and a stain to the Zuma restaurant.

Go to other asian restaurants and don t waste your time and money.

It doesn't get better than this I never been disappointed at Zuma ever by the food and drinks selection only by how busy it is and sometimes difficult to get a table for dinner or drinks . But every single food item on the menu is insanely delicious and my fav if I really had to choose the corn fed chicken , the lettuce salad , and the corn amaaaaazzzzziiiinnggg @Ahmedzakiahmed

We went as a family because we like Japanese food. We knew that it was in DIFC (financial area) but the conclusion is that it is a restaurant for working people. By the way: Do not ask for Ramen (all resemblance to the classic recipe is purely coincidental), avoid eating raw fish who suffer from anisakis (my husband was in WC for a while)

Best

This is used to be a solid option for a fancy night out with regard to Japanese and east asian food. The food and drink options are great, but its not the culinary experience that many people told me that it would be.

Having gone multiple times, my most recent visit was the worst. Not due to the food or staff, they were fine. But the place is so much louder than it used to be music is being blasted in the restaurant for no reason. This isn't a club and it shouldn't position itself that way.

One of the best restaurants in Dubai, and hands down the best Friday brunch in Dubai. Very high quality foods on the Friday brunch buffet, even if it seems expensive, it is a bargain for what you eat.
