My definition of fine dining. From the ambience to service to the meals, I couldn t find anything to fault. It s pricey no doubt but if you love good food, I don t think you will mind. Now this dessert tray was to die for. Everything on it tasted of heaven and if this was your last meal, I bet you are going straight to heaven

Zuma is simply the best most delicious Japanese restaurant in Dubai. The service is of a consistent high standard and the food is just outstanding mostly with complex tastes. This doesn't come cheap but if you have the means it is so worth it.

Amazing brunch experience! Food was of the highest quality and I liked how the servings were paced out. Personal favorites were the miso cod main course and the beef tataki, sea bass and truffle oil, and chutoro nigiri starters. Highly commend JP and the rest of the staff for their attentiveness!

Good, but not at the level of Zuma London. Internal location in line with the other Zuma, externally instead, questionable. Air conditioning really at maximum power, bring a scarf.

Refined Japanese-inspired cuisine. Service to match the prices charged. But coming back from Japan I can only regret that the chefs behind the bar never visually interact with the customers ... what a frustration. It seems that a symbolic showcase is being established.
And is it really necessary to crank up the sound at 9:30 p.m. to get plugged in? Table interactions not possible even with its neighbor. Regrettable

The nicest staff, as a lone diner, I was well looked after. Setup of the place eases for you to meet others and the quality of the food - to top it off - was very good. Recommended!

I wanted to give more like a 2.5 but I am unsure how to do so. Food was very mixed, being heavy and oily or delicious. But where they did mess up it was horrible. The corn was very very oily and hard to swallow without feeling sick, there was a potato dish that, after mashed with tons of lime, was hard to swallow because that lime along with the butter and oil that s supposed to be there turned the potato soggy and just disgusting. I will say their desserts are pretty good, but for a full meal I would not come here.

Edit: My group did not see how good/bad the service at the bar was.

A fantastic dinner, impeccable service and a large wine cellar. We had a great time and will continue to go there whenever possible.

Went back specifically to observe how precisely the bar team worked. I found myself in front of a bunch of people chitchatting and laughing while working. Their moves where way less precise than before. Not what it used to be.

The restaurant is once crowded, the food is excellent and tasty but different from the other branches such as those in New York, Rome and Miami

Excellent Japanese food. I eat only veg in Japanese and was surprised by both the veg dishes I ordered. Great place to catch a quiet quick lunch between meetings.

It's not authentic Japanese... The food has been modified to be accepted by all the culture.. I liked the food... Since I know the authentic Japanese food can't says it's very good.
However you will enjoy the time.

Really good sushi, sashimi, etc. The food was amazing. The service was attentive and the atmosphere for a crowded place was very calm. Had lunch at the sushi counter and it was really entertaining watching the chefs work in a silent and focused manner.

Wonderful experience... extremely friendly professional staff. Definitely I will be back again .

I would give this place 10 stars, if I could. This uber chic Japanese restaurant impressed the heck out of us. The calamari and the black cod are musts, you guys. If you go here, order those. You will not be disappointed. Tons of gluten free options make this an all-time winner in my book! (The only down side, and it doesn't really count, is that it was a tad confusing to find if you're using Google Maps to hunt it down. It's inside another building, towards the back.)

Zuma needs no introduction, their food speaks for itself.

We went to try their business lunch menu which is served at a reasonable price of AED 137.
The set menu provides you with the Soup, 2 choices from the starters and 1 main course.

We choose the beef and chicken skewers along with prawn Tempura and prawn in starters. In the mains we went for seabass and the wagyu beef.

The overall expereince was amazing and it definitely is one of the best restaurants in Dubai.

A sushi restaurant and bar with a Japanese craftsman who used to hold it in Dubai. It's a little pricey, but good on a sunny day. There are also sake and beer. If you are going by multiple people, reservation is mandatory, punctuality.

This definitely tops the list til now. We were large group of colleagues. Ordered almost everything on the menu- veg n non veg- all were extremely innovative n tasty including deserts. Will try it with kids over lunch as dinner time is more club/ lounge atm.

A great place to hangout with an exceptional service. Food is good but not extra ordinary. The desert which was a pecan icecream sundae was the highlight amd a must try. Would definitely go back to try the other stuffs from the menu. The cost is to the higher side though. But the ambience and the socialising atmosphere along with the food makes up for it.

I came for dinner with a group of friend and we sat at the lounge area. The food and drinks were fantastic and the service was great. The atmosphere is splendid and delightful.

I have visited Zuma several times in Dubai, however the food was better before and the prices went really high recently. We also visited the pub, the drinks prices are really high and the music was not good at all.

Best Japanese restaurant I've been to so far. The food was incredibly good! The service is awesome. They take their time to answer your Questions. Don't worry they've got enough waiters&waitresses to go around & serve other customers. The only downside where the prices.

I visited Zuma, a month ago for the first time, and enjoyed the place a lot. the food was amazing regardless of the small-sized portions, but the quality and taste were amazing. The menu was easy to read and helped me to decide. Music was very good and loud, which gets to party mood. Service was very good. i would recommend to book 2-3 days ahead for week days, as for weekends, you need to plan your visit 1 week before. the only reason i am giving 4 start out of 5 is the prices which were very high.

Wonderful dinner, highly recommend the rack of ribs for meat lovers like me.

Excellent quality. One should eat here at least once a week.

Very disappointing. With one exception of a black code which was great - other dishes are no better then in Sumo. Just more then 5 times more expensive

They have the best business lunch deal in Dubai and have a great restaurant atmosphere as well. This is one my go to spots for a quick, amazing, nice, and high quality lunch.

We came at 7 pm to Zuma and everything was great untii 9pm. When we continue with cocktails after food, one guy came to us asking how did we like cocktails. After our positive feedbacks he proposed to us to leave our table because other guests already wete waiting for it. That sounded dtrange especially given a good reputation of Zuma. Afterwards we undetstood why they rushed with meals and served us fast woth our wines. It is not a place to enjoy, the guys organize a conveyer where you have to come, quickly eat, drink and go away. Ot serms they do not care about their clients.

A pop up restaurant with style & fantastic food. We had the taster menu & it was a real seafood delight. The seafood was tasty & so fresh. The ambience was welcoming & relaxed. The staff were very helpful but not intrusive. The dishes were served timely and with just enough gap between each dish. The fresh fruit dessert was spectacular

Excellent Food , Vibe and drinks - Absolutely in love with this place.
Had ordered Edmame , Miso soup, Icebery lettuce , baby chicken Black cod and Sweet corn. everything I repeat Everything was just mind blowing. Definitely gonna hurt your pocket , but worth it once in a blue moon. Bon Appetit !

Great atmosphere and exquisite Japanese food! A little pricey but totally worth it. The bar is always crowded even on weekdays, and the cocktails are out this world. Get a dinner reservation in advance or come have a drink at the bar while nibbling on some appetizers. Dress code is smart casual. Highly recommended!
