9/2/2020 around 9:45AM one of your drivers with the license plate ZORAN007 cutting cars off and driving aggressively. They should be charged with dangerous driving, cutting off an 18 wheeler almost causing a collision and then speeding away in a 60 zone on airport road going 100 KM/h. I have never seen someone drive like this.

The management has been great and extremely helpful. We had some issues with some of our units and they were quick to respond and fix it. In addition, they are super friendly and always reply to any concerns we have.

Fantastic experience, used for years and felt appreciated. Thankful for helping us in our growing years of our business.

Not recommended to rent or owned any property through it . Property manager is not friendly and rude he comes many times and knock my door direct before any calling. You will smell Garbage when you come from main door . Threating letter from first day you are come.no ac condition and no security Exit of cars carage like mountain and so dangerous --A tenancy . looking to rent other property.

Not even worth 0 star. Very bad services. I was having a issue in my basement called property management. Talked to a person named chris he said he would drop by to see the problem but never showed up. Called next day left him a message it's almost 2 months didn't return my call still waiting. Only thing they are good at is how to withdraw maintenance fee on time.

The building management is terrible at 75 international blvd. Do not rent a place in this building! The heat is rarely on, and you will be left freezing. If you try and plug in any space heaters, the outlet will cut out and this will cause a shortage in the power. There is also a problem with the washrooms. The water in the washrooms is rarely hot or even lukewarm, mostly freezing cold. There is also no security in this building to manage any break ins. The lights in the parking lot are not working so the parking lots are pitch black in the nights, which can pose as a problem for individuals going to their cars at night. The windows on the upper floors are crumbling at times and this can pose a hazard for people walking below. The building management is doing very little to assess the problems in this building. Very poorly managed
