The building management is terrible at 75 international blvd. Do not rent a place in this building! The heat is rarely on, and you will be left freezing. If you try and plug in any space heaters, the outlet will cut out and this will cause a shortage in the power. There is also a problem with the washrooms. The water in the washrooms is rarely hot or even lukewarm, mostly freezing cold. There is also no security in this building to manage any break ins. The lights in the parking lot are not working so the parking lots are pitch black in the nights, which can pose as a problem for individuals going to their cars at night. The windows on the upper floors are crumbling at times and this can pose a hazard for people walking below. The building management is doing very little to assess the problems in this building. Very poorly managed
