Fantastic ... But we clean a little more baths and pools

Excellent swimming pool experience for adults and children

We went to Halloween in the afternoon and the park was all dark you couldn't figure out where to go, the animals were all I suppose to sleep I think that by day it can be nice but not in the evening I don't understand why keep it open until 10 pm you see nothing more positovo the very good dinner.

The park is tailor-made for children, not too big, it runs quietly in half a day. I ate pizza at noon, none of that and small portions. I recommend a packed lunch.

An annual appointment for me and the family. Great place to spend a day out of the city. The animals are well kept and the staff is very courteous. Absolutely to do: participate in meetings with biologists, go see the birds of prey in the amphitheater and in the summer take a bath in the pool adjacent to the penguins. In the park there are several refreshment points, even for quick snacks.

A great experience to spend a day and an evening with your family at the sign of nature. Full place with swimming pools, itineraries and other entertainment still. Recommended because of the numerous activities offered.

Animals are always beautiful. But Zoom is more of a playground for children than anything else. They try to steal extra money for any minimal activity, even the photos want to take them to sell them. In addition, the penguins had dirty hot and stagnant water, and despite the heat they did not get wet.

In these first ten years of activity in the park I am in my third experience and I must say that today I found a great, well-kept park, clean and respectful of the many animals present. Staff boys everywhere smiling and helpful, patient and collaborative biologists. Five stars for them and their desire to make us understand how nature needs our respect. A star for rude kids around the pools and zero stars for their parents who don't care about teaching education and respect while having to amuse everyone.

Very nice and well cared for place. I recommend buying tickets online so you can skip the line and get in quicker. I disagree about renting beach umbrellas and deck chairs and having to eat on the lawn.

Let's ignore the fact that it is a full-fledged zoo and not even well maintained ... What is scandalous about this place is the total incorrectness on the tickets: they say they cost tot but then you show up at the entrance and you always have to pay some supplement. ..for what then ???? I had 3 tickets on open date in the Covid period and they have not made the slightest gesture of offering refunds or discounts to use it at other times or otherwise ... It lasts much less than a year, because they decide the "season" of validity and they do not write anywhere how long it lasts .... Not to mention that the anti-Covid legislation from them is pure utopia - according to people who still went there despite the risk- ....
Well, one can only think that a place that gives the customer such a careless and respectful treatment, is in rather bad shape and who knows if it will overcome the difficulties of the moment ...

Beautiful place to see animals born and raised there or in similar nature reserves. The animals are left to live as if they were in nature with the only difference that the food does not have to hunt them, but is given to them by the operators. Here there are also several swimming pools, where thanks to the windows it is possible to see penguins or hippos swimming close by. Besides all this it is also possible to make several guided tours and there is a great variety in terms of catering.
