It's not a prison for the animals, it's a home! And I like that
It is the best Biopark I have ever seen with many attractions for adults and children
Beautiful day :) it was a fantastic experience to be redone surely :)
Great zoological park especially for the pool area that you can swim next to penguins and hippos
Beautiful "the island of the lemurs" where you can walk among the lemurs in freedom
It's spectacular! I hope to be back soon, even if it would be the 10th time, it never gets boring!
A really nice park. In the morning a nice ride to see the animals and in the afternoon swimming pool nothing more fun for the kids .. the only bad thing is that there is more than the beautiful playground for children that was inside the Zoom.
One of the most cared for bioparks I know. Experience the animals from very close. Ideal place for both children and adults. Just a little expensive but thinking about all the work "behind the scenes" maybe it is also normal. In my opinion the swimming pool is the only flaw. Both the animal aspect and the pool aspect were taken care of.
Beautiful park, deserves to come and go back ... nice and well managed! Qualified and helpful staff.
Congratulations!
I was with my boyfriend and my sisters and we had a really nice day. The park is beautiful and it is possible to admire many animals, even walk with them. What makes the visit special are also the explanations made in the different areas of the park which are brief but comprehensive and interesting.
Beautiful zoo almost in contact with most animals. Highly recommended to spend a day with the family. Surrounded by nature.
Very nice biopark, I did not find it excessively large but with a pleasant feeling of being able to visit it all and return to look at the animals at different times of the day. Very pleasant animal knowledge activities, in particular I liked the island of the lemurs who are free to walk around a few steps away from you. I would also have liked to watch the meeting with the birds of prey but we have not succeeded. The park also has swimming pools that open in the summer and can be traveled completely with prams or strollers
Fantastic place to visit. When the pool is open it will probably be even more beautiful. Beautiful lemurs, giraffes, zebras, pelican, penguins and birds of prey. Really very suggestive habitats created especially for animals! Excellent food. Absolutely to try the black focaccia and the green lasagna
To be a zoo there are few animals. What differentiates it from other zoos is that the animal habitat is rebuilt and, at set times, there are interesting meetings with biologists who give information about animals and tell some curiosity. There is the possibility to do extra paid activities ( 8 online and 10 on the spot), in small groups, usually very appreciated by children. Snorkeling is from 5 years old but the children leave them at the edge of the pool to watch the fish from a sort of bucket with a glass bottom and feed the fish. Maybe a little disappointing compared to snorkeling. The presence of the pools, from which you can see penguins, fish and hippos, makes the difference on hot summer days: taking a bath between visits and the other makes a difference, but beware the water is a bit 'cold. In the middle of summer the park is open from 10 am to 10 pm. Dining inside you can then make visits with the evening biologists having the opportunity to see in action animals that during the day normally sleep like tigers or nocturnal birds. Close to the pools there are comfortable changing rooms and hot and cold showers. Standing on the lawn you can use a deckchair for adults for free. The lawn is almost better than the umbrellas if it were not close to the pools you can not leave towels and small backpacks. The prices of internal bars and restaurants are not excessive. Parking 3.
We visited Zoom on a Friday and Saturday at the end of August and it was not too crowded perhaps because in 2018 they did not advertise. I highly recommend it.
Love it! My children have a great time every time we got on zoom.
Very nice for adults but above all the price of admission is expensive but at least the animals are treated well
An unexpected place, large, well-recreated settings. Animals visible up close, clean.
Definitely the ideal place for families.
The swimming pools are well equipped immersed in authentic and faithful reproductions of the various geographic themed places.
Beautiful park with truly trained staff an experience to try for both adults and children
Well-kept, beautiful pools, many animals and entertainment attractions but lots, lots, lots of people.
Well detailed place .... beautiful the sight of birds of prey, hippos ... reptiles and tigers seem to be asleep and value for money raises a star, beautiful photos I remember ... anke those dear ... but seen the road made. .. should be taken as a souvenir.
Unfortunately, the park did not impress me, as it is too dispersed and not well cared for for the price you pay it is not worth it.
The sand pool is very nice.
Beautiful natural park with fantastic animals on the outskirts of Turin suitable for families with children
A nice place to spend the day with the kids. If the day is nice, bring a blanket and a hat. There are meadows where you can lie down and take a rest. If you want to see animals it is better not to go on very hot days. They often take refuge to sleep.
From Turin-Pinerolo, take the Piscina towards Cumiana exit.
After about 4 km you will arrive at ZOOM.
Zoom is an immersive biopark, ideal for trips out of town and mini holidays to do especially with children. 160,000 square meters for over 84 animal species, 9 terrestrial and 2 aquatic habitats.
There are also two beaches: bolder beach and malawi beach, as well as several relaxation, refreshment and amusement areas with "Petra" amphitheater, swimming pools, and beach umbrellas that can also be booked online.
Entirely designed and designed to faithfully reproduce natural sites of Africa and Asia.
Inside you will find many animals, all from European zoological structures belonging to the EAZA, who live without nets or cages ensuring a truly adventurous and barrier-free experience.
You can watch a bird of prey very close, feed the giraffes, caress a centenarian turtle, meet Lisa and her boyfriend Ze Maria, attend talks and training with biologists, snorkel among the piranhas (... herbivores) and races or become a keeper for a day.
Not just a safari, but an unforgettable trip to discover the lemurs of Madagascar, pelicans and flamingos, gibbons, cranes and majestic tigers.
A new way of knowing nature, face to face with animals.
Only one recommendation: eye to Godzilla!

As a zoo it is not very big, combined with the pool it makes sense if it is at prices on offer. Inside you can have picnics (otherwise be prepared to spend money on every little thing). Not many animals
Great zoo with lots of very well kept animals, clean place and kind and knowledgeable staff.
Plus there are some great swimming pools
Beautiful and well organized, the animals are seen from very close, to visit.
I would like to emphasize that the review refers to the month of October, with poor weather even if without rain.
The structure is well maintained. They sometimes confuse the indications a little. Very nice location. Staff very helpful and prepared. Great parking.
Clean, well kept animals, to spend a nice day for adults and children
Beautiful place both for a visit to the zoo park and for a day at the pool. We took tickets online and we didn't queue at the entrance. After a complete tour of the zoo we went to the pool, the water was a bit chilly but then you get used to it. If you are lucky you can see the penguins at the glass pass by while you are in the water with them. Highly recommended. My girls have had a great time and so have we.
I have visited Zoom twice already and it is always a pleasure to return.
The park is quite large and well structured. You have the possibility to choose whether to visit only the park or also enter the swimming pool. On hot days it is nice to cool off in this swimming pool located inside the park. There are structured areas where you can buy food and drink, but also areas where you can eat a sandwich from home.
The most important thing to underline is that the animals are well placed, have the space they need and the environment they would have in nature is recreated. During the day there are various presentations of the animals, in which curiosities are revealed and you have the opportunity to learn more about their habitat (don't miss the exhibition of birds of prey!).
I have read reviews that the prices are too high; in my opinion it is worth spending 22 euros for a whole day (there are also reductions for children, etc.).
Park with a variety of beautiful animals very well kept in an almost natural environment. It really deserves a visit
Amazing experience! We had a wonderful day at this park, I loved it !!!
Excellent experience especially for the little ones. It's not a classic zoo, but sometimes the impression is vaguely similar. Well organised. Not catering excellent.
Well-managed park with many animals of different species
Wonderful place to go there with both the family and even as a couple
absolutely recommended! both for adults and for small guests
If you want contact with nature is the right place kept very well
From swimming pools to animal areas you must always put your shirt on. Costumes are not allowed outside the pools. There are security lockers at the swimming pool entrance. The reserved sunbeds and umbrellas are only in a swimming pool. To move from one swimming pool to another you must always use slippers .. and you are far from sunbeds. Overall, well organized meetings with biologists close to the animals included in the price.
I visited him twice, and caring for the animals seems very good to me. It is a park renowned also abroad, and not only in Italy. The only flaw, the excessive costs!
The park is beautiful with two pools only flaw for swimming among the animals (penguins / phiranhia which then are cichlids)
I was at Zoom on April 8th and it wasn't crowded or chaotic. The place is gorgeous, especially the part where the lemurs are present.
There are several dining options with a wide choice also for vegans (for example first courses with tofu) and 100% fruit popsicles.
I plan to go back in the summer because there is a swimming pool near the penguin pool!
Easily accessible place, park kept fairly well, fairly clean. Many dining and picnic areas, clean toilets, convenient parking.
My wife and I visited it in August 2017.
They gave us the Hotel + Park formula and we therefore had the opportunity to visit it 2 days in a row.
I thought it was bigger sincerely. For the Bioparco only, one day is enough!
The swimming pools are beautiful, although the new "African" swimming pool is a bit small.
Opportunity to approach some animals, such as Lemurs which we are the animals we liked the most. Curious and funny they approach and photograph with pleasure (however, forbidden to caress them and give them food, remember!).
Very large parking even if paid (3 euros), food at reasonable and abundant prices (we ate excellent Nudles in the Asia section) and biologists who at fixed hours give explanations on the various animals.
I do not give 5 stars because from so much advertising and videos I expected it to be bigger but it is definitely worth a visit!
Beautiful and fun park. Well organized, even the shuttle that takes you from the station to the Zoom. Thanks to the many activities with biologists and suitable for everyone. Five stars +
Zoom is really beautiful, because the close contact with these animals gives a great emotion, walking in the paths and finding you in front of a few centimeters lemurs, peacocks etc ...
All this because they feel at home, they have succeeded in recreating all that they would find in nature. Well done really well managed. If you pass in these parts the opportunity is worth it !!
Nice park very clean and cared for. A little 'on top
Ticket price
A beautiful park for adults and children. The animals are kept clean and with lots of space and above all in freedom
Nice park to walk around. I expected it to be bigger. Beautiful show of birds of prey. The picnic areas are useful and well equipped. There are also areas with slides and games for children. Bathrooms not too clean but given the large turnout you could not expect more. Well kept animals, not the classic zoo. Positive experience.
It has improved a lot compared to a few years ago, perfect place to spend a day with the family, there are many shows to last the day, recommended that with birds of prey make them fly over your head, everything takes place in a small arena, there many animals, well organized you follow a path, so there is no risk of losing the sight of any animal. There is also a swimming pool but in the summer it is always very crowded, but during the week it is worth going there.
Very nice pools! The park looks well-kept and the animals too. Animals more active in the afternoon rather than in the morning .. many activities to do and see. Not too big, I expected it bigger but overall positive experience. There are picnic areas and restaurants / fast food
Sorry but I read some conflicting reviews, those who say many animals in large spaces instead others said few animals in narrow spaces others still said that it has improved a lot compared to years ago others instead totally the opposite or it has worsened a lot compared to a few years do you make me understand something since I'm going to go there one day? Thanks.
Fantastic biopark, well maintained and with lots of animals. The idea of creating two swimming pools that recall natural bays and that have windows from which you can see penguins and hippos swimming. The bird of prey show is also very beautiful. Highly recommended
negative experience also pay the air we breathe as well as how not exactly polite operators
This place is wonderful !!! The animals are well kept and the landscape is very well kept !!!
Very nice structure. Too bad not to have arrived in the summer months in fact already very beautiful summer spaces were closed. Very courteous staff.
Beautiful bio park with many attractions organized by time and with detailed explanations on the animals. Beautiful experience. The only flaw in my opinion some habitats were not well cared for, you can do more.
Perfect for a day with children even in the company of beautiful animals and competent and available professional biologists. Every extra paid activity helps animalist associations and makes very pleasant experiences live. Park very clean and staff very cordial! Highly recommended!
A park is not huge but very well run for families. The animals are well taken care of and it is possible to see some of them up close to the delight of the children. The pool is very nice and lets you see the penguins on the other side of the glass while they swim. As in all parks, eating and drinking in these places is a drain, but there are room for picnic at home.
Always nice is to come back to a well kept place with nice and helpful staff
Too bad for the grill which was closed and we could not eat the grilled meat .... patience
Beautiful nature park, very nice and well organized, it really seems to be on other continents; the animals have ample space and are well cared for. A splendid trip for adults and children!
I'm recently in Turin, but thanks to the wonderful people I know, I'm having the opportunity to visit all the wonderful places that are there. Here, the zoom as well as being wonderful as a place, was excellent for everything inside, as well as having a swimming pool, animals etc., you can also eat very well. We celebrated the baptism, everything was set up well, even the waiters were really kind and patient :). I recommend it with flying colors.
