really nice, I have not given 5 stars only for the parking issue that is paid, according to me it had to be included in the ticket price, for the rest place and fantastic animals and possibility to eat them on the spot at reasonable prices, recommended!

It must be a beautiful place ... The animals are beautifully kept and it's nice to be able to interact with them. There are also three swimming pools where you can cool off during the summer (the swimming pool entrance must be added to the ticket price). Experience absolutely to try and unique in its kind ... Spectacular bio park for animals, many species are at risk of extinction, some can be readmitted in their original habitats. Bring your children will see live what they studied in school.

Nice, but after a day spent well paid for water, I cannot fail to report that there is not even a fountain to drink ..
I understand selling ice cream and slushes, but selling water for 1.30 is exaggerated.
With all the water out there, you could have a couple of fountains.

Beautiful and fun. The problem is that it's all very expensive. From the entrance to the drinks / sandwiches of the refreshment points.

it is a magnificent place, habitats created with great art and respect for the animals housed. A place to spend a day with the family, but not necessarily only pleasant for children.

Perfect place for families and animal lovers, it is true that they are sacrificed inside enclosures, but the habitats are well reproduced and we see that the animals are healthy and not mistreated. Moreover they are studied here and in some cases they are reproduced to reintroduce them in nature.

The zoos for me are synonymous with unhappy animals because locked up but I have to admit that at the zoom I saw animals and staff attentive to their needs and very competent. Several areas where you can interact with animals freely and then meetings with biologists in the various habitats is a definite added value! The beautiful and particular pools are the mega windows where you can see penguins, Malawi fish and hippos! My girls are enthusiastic and we are relaxed. Recommended

It is a zoo of modern conception with animals immersed in an environment similar to the natural one, even if still artificial. The experience is still interesting, sometimes exciting for close contact with beautiful animals. In this period of the year you can appreciate it better given the pleasant temperature and a not particularly high turnout.

A nice place to spend a nice day with the whole family, between nature, well-kept animals and for those who prefer a nice swim in the pool. Maybe a little 'expensive entry ticket but if you buy tickets online 5 days before, you save a little' money. I recommend it especially to those who love animals and nature.

Helpful and friendly staff, really well-kept park, healthy animals. Large outdoor parking (many disabled places). The pools are spotless and very very beautiful. Maybe they could keep the glass that allows you to see the penguins from the pool cleaner. Many dining options. We will definitely be back. There are also many picnic and children's play areas.

Wonderful place and well cared for. Interesting interventions of park guards, scheduled throughout the day. It is the ideal place to spend a whole day outdoors.

Overall, the park is a nice place to spend happy moments with the family. Total price with the sun beds on the beaches, high. You are also comfortable on the deck chairs in the lawns next to the pools. Provided you arrive early to settle in the shade. Remember that the animals will see well from 5pm onwards when it is less hot and they begin their activities. See: tigers, gibbons etc ...

"16 admission + 4 swimming pool" ... Final: pay 21 + 3 euro for parking, the pools and restaurants are ALL closed

Excellent day. The park is very well kept and well organized with initiatives for both children and adults. The two exceptional pools, a rescue with the sun and the heat of these days! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great judgment!

The enclosures are well maintained but the zoo is very small for the price paid!

A beautiful experience, really close to nature, an extremely well-kept biopark, with so many animals that I had not seen and with close encounters that neither I nor my family will forget.
The animals are in excellent condition and at ease and this shows the love made by the Zoom operators.
I recommend it to everyone, but especially to those who have children, because it is very safe and the many observation points are just for children.
Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!

Some useful info:
- car parks are many and free (no time is wasted)
- if you buy a ticket online, you can enter in 1 minute and save money
- there is plenty of space to eat for a picnic
- there are different activities to see or to participate even without additional costs
- the park is very clean, it turns easily following the signs or the map
- the park explores with tranquility in 3 or 4 hours and the services are many and well distributed

The structure is large and the animal species several. You can visit the park on your own seeing the animals at a safe distance. The only approachable animals are the lemurs, goats and sheep for children. The park is well maintained. I witnessed the flight of birds of prey but there are several activities to do during the day, even free. These are insights made by the structure's staff. There are several refreshment points on the route but only 1 open on the day I went.
The ticket has a variable cost, from 12 euros upwards. I recommend buying online weeks in advance to save money. On Monday 1st April the ticket price was 20.
Even eating has a considerable cost. A family of 4 would spend at least 200 for a day at Zoom.
I therefore recommend bringing a packed lunch to save money! There are many picnic areas. Unfortunately there are no fountains and the water must be purchased.
Place suitable for children with different play and leisure areas. The pools were still empty so I can't express myself.
All in all it's worth, it's an interesting place!

Beautiful park, suitable for many things to see and is relaxing, you can buy the entrance with swimming pool for those who want to cool off. Absurd pay parking, because those who want to use the 2 entry + hotel package pay more than everything else. Very high prices for eating there, go absolutely packed.

Nice place to visit. However, too many rules and regulations with regards to eating, or eating ices around the pool area. Place is a bit experience and too restrictive in many ways.

Very bad experience, 2 animals on the cross, to eat 2 adults and a child for lunch 40 EURo, inedible barbecue to be sick, they warm you the meat of two three days before, from denunciation. At the end of the day from 200 EUR shameful. Never again. PLEASE ORGANIZE, IT IS SHAMEFUL YOU SAY THEM YOU HAVE MEMBERS OF THIS SITTING SCHOOL.

It only seems excessive that you are charged for everything once you pay entrance + pool, the occupation of an umbrella is a separate price, and do not let you access the shadows near the pool with backpack, bag or belongings.

Prices too high, 4 animals on the cross suffering in the heat, seeking shade. In two adults and two children seventy euros ... Excessive price for what they offer ...

Nice family outing. Access to the pools was too crowded and perhaps could be handled differently. The zoo part is very beautiful.

First time to a "biopark". I found myself well. Very nice swimming pools and activities with animals. The best area is certainly the one with lemurs. The park is well organized, not very extensive and has many dining options, while I found only one picnic area. There are many "talks" about animals specifically available at several hours in various places in the park. Excellent experience also for families and possibility to take a bath in the swimming pools integrated in the park.

The opening night for halloween is a disappointment. Paid 24 euros plus parking. We saw only 4 giraffes and 2 hippos, the other animals all slept.

Beautiful park of modest dimensions, good maintenance, clean and healthy and cared for animals, great diversity of species. It is the ideal place for a trip with children, accessible and in a few hours you can easily visit based on the turnout. Overall I think it is too expensive, 70 euros with parking two adults and a three-year-old girl I find exaggerated, beyond to internal kiosks with scarce half frozen and naturally expensive food.

Nice place for a relaxing day with the family ... the swimming pools are mandatory to withstand the summer heat ... recommended!

Amazing place! Ideal for families and children. Qualified and very trained staff, there is a lot of care towards animals. Inside the zoo there are various areas with different species from all over the world. Highly recommended for an educational day and, associated with the entrance to the pool, also relaxing!

A park for everyone big and small !!! Giraffes are the most beautiful spectacle of the park and the area to stay in close contact with the goats and the sheep really a little extra touch. A little expensive entrance, for a family whole becomes challenging !! Well equipped picnic areas and clean toilets and also for the little ones !!!!
