We went there for halloween. The kids had a great time and it was a beautiful day
Truly a beautiful park and the animals are kept in excellent environments
Beautiful, but my friend was sad because you could not see the red pandino (which was hidden in the branches).
Zoological park very nice and well cared for, the staff is serious and helpful and the educational events distributed during the day are interesting and fun.
Inside the park you can have lunch or snacks, but there are also several picnic areas equipped for those with a packed lunch.
Very accessible for strollers, prams or wheelchairs.
Suitable for families, even with small children.
Cute but I was expecting something more considering the price of the ticket!
A beautiful park, well organized with many animals that live in dignified conditions. Lots of refreshment areas and a nice playground for children. Swimming pool and other attractions, highly recommended! A place to spend a pleasant day ...
Unusual and successful mix of zoological park and relaxation pool. The Experiences keep what they promise.
Amazing place !!!! Animals kept in very good condition ... Staff friendly and kind. In addition to the normal visit you could add the experience of being in direct contact with some animals ... I chose falconer for a day and trip to Madagascar where I could feed the lemurs !!! To come back definitely
Fantastic, many animals and well kept. Also equipped with two well-equipped swimming pools.
Park not very big but well organized, a nice place for children and teenagers
A perfect park to spend a day with exotic animals returned to their dignity by a prepared and sensitive organization and staff. In summer the naturalistic pool is worth the visit.
At least twice a year, since it opened, I come to visit this park. I found, as always, very interesting the daily Talk, but this time I was very disappointed with the hygiene of some places; many chairs in the restaurant located in the middle of the park, between the two pools were dirty with bird feces, some of the pools had pools with stagnant taps.
However I recommend everyone to do this experience because the habitats are very beautiful and you spend a pleasant day out of the chaos of the city. We have bought fixed-date tickets on the official website, saving 25%.
The park is beautiful and well kept, the animals are not caged, they are beautiful and well kept. Wonderful the tigers. The pools are nice especially for children.
Beautiful park perfect for children with 2 beautiful pools and lots of animals.
Beautiful place to visit if you live in Piedmont and neighboring regions. I want to go with my daughter again and take advantage of the pools this time!
Simply exceptional, for adults, children, young people, seniors ... anyone will find fun and pleasure in this large park; beware of restaurant prices ... better packed lunch
Beautiful, well cared for, see the free animals in their habitat. Recommended for families and for those who love animals. Do not miss direct contact with lemurs and raptors' flight shows!
In itself it is a cute zoo, perhaps not immense, but with well-kept animals. What has not convinced me is that it is advertised as interactive and in contact with animals when in reality it is not. There are some extra activities for a fee but even those are not truly immersive. I understand that at the base there are safety and health needs both towards the public and towards animals, however this type of advertising should not be done to the limit of the deceptive with people at 2cm from the animals. Furthermore, even if I went on a weekly day, I was perplexed by the closure of half of the restaurants and that the open ones had closed their doors 2 hours before the zoo closed.
It's always nice to be a kid again! Zoom is a beautiful place and animals are the most beautiful thing in the world. There is so much to turn, to see. So many places to buy food and drinks and then, if you are not tired yet, you can jump into the pool !!! To go back
Let's start with the positive thing; excellent variety of animals. It is clear that they are treated well. But really too overpriced. 23 euros per person (plus the parking that at least once you did not pay) are too many considering that 1) early March is not high season 2) the park inside was not at all treated as it is in the months more " hot "3) all the bars and kiosks inside still closed because obviously in March do not do too much business 4) some shows like that of birds of prey 16.20 was not done.
And the biggest problem is that they spend the 23 euro as a bargain since in high season the price will come to 28 ... really too considered that in other parks (see safari park of Pombia) costs almost 10 euros less and cmq there are more animals, more shows and anyway a lot of activities to do
A magical place where you can lose yourself and find yourself immersed in the 'normality' of an amazing nature.
Familiarity and competence of the staff make Zoom indispensable!
Very livable, not too many people, refreshments by the pool
Zoo + pools solution really very interesting. I highly recommend it because the path of the zoo is very beautiful especially the interventions of the guides that are made according to a specific program: one among all the flight of birds of prey, direct contact with lemurs and piranhas. Many catering areas, deck chairs on lawn or "beach" with umbrellas. The only flaw is the influx of very tall, and sometimes very stupid people who instead of admiring animals silently complain that they do not do what they want. Apart from this fact I really liked everything so much to arrive only an hour after the opening and leave to close. Amused like a child. I will definitely be back.
Lots of animals and large green areas with a very pretty pool attached
Fantastic animal park where it is possible to observe many animals, even exotic ones: tigers, snakes, rhinos etc .. You can see the very nice lemurs up close! Suitable for adults and children, the swimming pool (accessible with a supplement) is very interesting for swimming and sunbathing. Recommended place, a visit is a must! Vast parking available!
Amazing place. Animals treated really well. Large park with the possibility of staying close to many animals.
Perfect for those who love animals.
Very nice and pleasant to spend a day with or without children
Year after year they improve this zoo by adding special attractions. From improving eateries
Truly a beautiful park to spend a day with children, sufficiently varied animal species with environments designed to faithfully represent their natural habitat. Very interesting and numerous events (mainly but not only educational) organized by the "zoo keeper". Equipped playgrounds for children and various refreshment points. The only flaw (I consider it an inelegance) is 3 for parking
Nice place but it's all a bit 'too mercenary optics
Great place to spend a family day in the middle of nature.
Very beautifull! We imagined it bigger .. It makes us think of the message it leaves .. We are destroying the planet !! W progress!
Always beautiful animals kept well and all very nice ... to be reviewed
Very well maintained, well cared for animals.
Great idea for a day with children.
They certainly have fun.
I have been with my family a very nice place full of animal welfare settings! A single flaw a little pricey ...
Beautiful Bioparco with animals from different areas of the world.
It will not be the largest among those visited in northern Italy but it is certainly well done.
Recommended for young and old
A wonderful place!
Kids have so much fun!
Very nice clean and interesting, animals in good condition, very clear explanations. Not 5 stars for refreshment points, you can do better, unless fruit popsicles ... Nectar!
I have not seen this place, but I would like to know why my 4 kg dog cannot enter even on a stroller closed by a net in front and without getting out. They replied that the reasons are sanitary. BUT IF A DOG IS CLOSED IN A STROLLER AND REMAINS THEM, WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES COMPARED TO A CHILD ON A STROLLER ??? I have been to many museums and castles with dogs forbidden, but on the closed stroller they accepted me everywhere
interesting experience with many particular animals .... clean and quite quiet
Unfortunately I go there at least once a year for my son. Dear it was not Gardaland, the scarce and uncared for food, among the attendants who wiped the sweat with their napkins and the many flies on the food before being delivered ... I have !!! Every time I get screwed. Sin
Really worth a visit. WONDERFUL for both children and adults!
Beautiful park, not huge but with many animal species clearly visible. I was struck by the care and attention paid to the environments where the animals live. Funny the walk among the lemurs.
The animals are visible a few cm away. The rooms have been magnificently recreated. Numerous varieties of animals to observe and know thanks to the suggestive explanations of the experts. Unique and well organized shows.
You can eat at all times with a wide choice for all tastes.
The themed pools are beautiful with the possibility of relaxing in the shade of a nice umbrella and deck chairs.
The park is beautiful, the animals can be seen very well
Highly recommended
Very nice place, in contact with nature and animals.
Beautiful experience, many people but in the end livable environment. The extra activities (snorkeling and lemurs) were very interesting and fun. Even the events included in the ticket like the feeding of penguins, hippos and giraffes, the flying Cei birds of prey and all the other moments with the other animals were appreciated! We will definitely be back!
Be careful when there are a lot of people! Nervous and rude parking for the parking lot! You have refused to let me bring my wife near the entrance!
Well-kept park. We went for Halloween and the organization was very disappointing. High price. For families it is really expensive.
Fantastic bio park recommended to spend a pleasant day
Nice experience, so much loved the children, there is the opportunity to enter where the lemurs are and see them walking next to you. Then, inside the park there are two swimming pools accessible, paying a separate ticket. Have a nice day.
The zoo is really beautiful and there are a remarkable variety of animals. I really liked the island of the lemurs, the time of the tigers and the habitat dedicated to the Serengeti. The two beaches are also very interesting (with a little extra for the entrance ticket), in one there is the possibility of seeing the penguins very close, in the other I only managed to see the hippopotamus (still impressive). Great spaces for relaxing with games for children next to the catering services. A wonderful experience
Very nice and nice environment. It is not a zoo but a research center for endangered animals. It has two pools ideal for underwater vision of some environments. I recommend bringing food
Park already seen, animals unfortunately sacrificed .. cold water in the pool .. entry price very high
Beautiful, but many attractions are not well usable by children due to the barriers on the paths
Zoom is a well-organized park, I like the idea that you don't see artifact shows with animals, but they recreate their ideal habitat making them do what they normally do in nature, animals come from other parks already in captivity, and they come respected as much as possible, taking them in nature is already a crime. We went to the halloween dinner, a warm welcome, ate well, great entertainment, a really nice experience, for us and our baby.
Great as a mix between park and beach .. park alone didn't impress me
Unwelcoming, unhealthy operators what activities if they do in the park and when asked if I answer to read the signs, could improve by announcing the activities on the speaker
In comparison to Pombia and better Pombia as a zoo
Like swimming pool and like others nothing exceptional
Too bad it could improve
I personally always disappoints, especially for the price you pay. Without coupon it is too expensive. However, children always like it. Very nice the new swimming pool next to the hippos. I've never seen cute tigers, we'll try again next time.
Excellent park for a day of leisure and relaxation, I recommend the combination of park and swimming pool with booking an umbrella in advance on the site. The animals are well kept and all born in captivity.
Great place for animals but few well-kept clean cured giraffes and magnificent tigers the pools are very nice even if you can not think of going for a swim but certainly to spend a pleasant moment on a day of sultry heat you can also eat safely is a suitable place where to bring children because there are huge open spaces and also green as a whole is a very very well maintained and cared park
The zoo is not very big but compensates for the size with the insights and meetings with the biologists of the park. Already included in the ticket you will find spaces dedicated to the time of food to the animals, demonstrations of flight of birds of prey and much more. For an even more "live" experience, extra-pagan activities are available. The most interesting part is undoubtedly the island of lemurs, where these fascinating animals can be admired very closely in their habitat, without nets and cages to divide
Nice park for the whole family, with a good number of animal species visible very closely. The only flaw in our visit, a long wait for lunch.
We stayed the week after mid-August and it wasn't particularly chaotic. The best time of the day was the late afternoon / evening hours when the temperature dropped, the park emptied and the animals became more active. I advise you to make the most of the ticket and stay open until the closing in the periods up to 10pm. Beautiful extra paid experiences that allow you to get closer to the animals (the proceeds are given to the associations that deal with the protection of the animals in question). Overall well cared for. I find it very expensive entry if not bought in the discount periods (we have taken advantage of a sponsored offer ONLY on the facebook page which has allowed us a considerable saving allowing us to buy the tickets for just over 17 each). Internally everything with obviously medium / high prices (ex: 1/2 liter bottled water 1.30). We did not find fountains to freshen up or fill the water bottle (perhaps we were not sufficiently careful ...). There were jets of steamed water but we found them at one point in the park. We found all the staff very courteous and helpful.
Beautiful pools but we couldn't use them. The tour of the park, following the various explanations of biologists and making extra experiences filled the day! They deserve an extra day of relaxation to be properly exploited!
Very well maintained and clean zoo. Beautiful organization. Well kept animals with plenty of space. Nice to be able to swim. Congratulations!
Nice and the indoor pool completes the beautiful day you spend. Free camper place outside (usable also for the night).
Beautiful experience. The island of lemurs is spectacular for the possibility of seeing them very closely without barriers. Unique experience of being able to feed the giraffes. The two water areas are beautiful although it is difficult to see the penguins and hippos and the water is freezing. Unique in the price of extra experiences, for a family with two children it becomes really too expensive to make more than one.
Beautiful experience, the animals are treated very well and for children it is truly a lovely place.
Very nice and beautiful shows qualified and kind staff
