It is a beautiful place suitable for everyone to spend a day between nature and animals

Friendly and helpful staff ... great fun for young and old ... maybe it was the day but the only flaw I found the restaurant service in little poor.

Nice park, however, some more animals. ..... !! ?? However they deserve the Lemurs in human contact.

We went on a cloudy day, he even made 2 drops, but really two, and maybe it was our luck.
The first day at the Zoom is not true, but this was perfect! Few people, they could see all the animals, try the pools, the picnic areas and the moments with the penguin biologists, the hippopotamus and the very good Serengeti!
The only flaw is the soft ice cream found in a refreshment point: 2.5 for a really poor but above all horrible cup, really inedible

It has become an excellent tourist place, very suitable for families with children.

The reserve is well marked, divided by type of fauna with easy routes to follow and very well-kept environments.
Careful services and welcoming staff.
You can stop and play in nature, have a picnic, cool off in the pool, walk and rest.
Ample parking at the entrance.

Zoom is not simply a place to see exotic animals, zoom is part of an international project in which animals are hosted in dwellings strictly designed for their well-being. The staff is made up of biologists and assistants who contribute to research aimed at better understanding and preserving species in the wild.
Then of course the big stars are them: the animals! PS the pool is spectacular ...

it's worth it

I liked the experience a lot. Given that I have only visited the biopark and I have not seen the pools. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind, you can see that they care about what they do. The animals, as far as I can tell, were all in excellent condition and lively. Very nice demonstration with birds of prey, always held in respect of animals. The ticket for the biopark only costs 20 euros and the experience can last up to 4 hours if you carefully observe and read the explanatory labels. If not for a complete tour 1 hour and a half is enough

I suggest you go there and experience with the keepers (ie a special visit to feed the animals)

Not even the rain can ruin a special day spent in nature

The zoo is very well looked after. It's not too big and maybe that's the reason it's really well kept. After visiting other zoos, this seemed like a place where animals live well too. Also the pool area is a plus. The presence of an entertainment such as the swimming pool is a good reason to spend the whole day in the park and is an excellent solution to rest after visiting the animals.

Fantastic place, full of initiatives aimed at the conservation of species, with prepared biologists and a rich program of information. Clean, very nice and in harmony with the life of the animals (which anyway come from captive environments and not from their natural habitat as many think) ... The pools are very evocative, very clean and perfect for adults and children. In short, a place to see and review!

Wonderful place that can satisfy adults and children

All beautiful and the animals are much better kept than in other zoos.
I sincerely thank the staff who helped my brother-in-law, a disabled boy, to face the experience of swimming among a multitude of fish; they had an uncommon patience and availability. Thanks!

Excellent day "out of town" especially for families with children. The combination of zoos and swimming pools is a nice one, a winning choice compared to other bio parks and the availability of refreshments and baths is also good. Price a bit high compared to the offer and attention to attractions or areas with separate pricing!

Great very large park with different animals to see in a day risks of not being able to shoot it well and calmly all, I liked the animal care from the staff which I thought was very motivated. Inside there are also restaurants in the day in which I participated I were completely disorganized but eventually to zoom it goes for animals and not for eating

Nothing could be more beautiful. the varieties of animals are not many but it is large, well organized, the staff is courteous and prepared. Animals are not in confined spaces such as at the Delle cornelle park. Possibility to also spend the day in the pool. The cost is commensurate with the state of the structures, therefore, being kept very well, of course it is Caruccio.

Nice park, there are negative points but in the beautiful shop assistant a photo could be included in the price ,, the square adjacent to the park entrance and for cars, in front there is a camper parking, free without utilities

Really very nice: well-kept, with well-reconstructed rooms. The animals seem healthy and not stressed, no cars that plague the air. Services of all kinds available.

The place is very nice but it is shameful x the prices inside the structure not to mention the parking at 500 meters from the entrance fee !!!!!

The park is on a human scale, that is, it turns very well on foot.
Another great flaw are the places to have lunch inside the park itself, long queues and when your turn comes you risk not finding what you were waiting for in the queue ...
However, the children have a lot of fun and many attractions are well accessible.
To conclude, you still have a pleasant day.

Very nice park for children and very interesting demonstrations in which biologists explain the characteristics and peculiarities of animals. Today there was also a show of six African boys acrobats ... Really very good. My kids loved it.

I went there as a child 30 years ago, now they have made a leap into the future. Nice animal park and swimming pool. I miss going fishing for trout and carp a little bit.

Nice place, well organized. The only thing that left us a little doubt is "the restaurant" which was closed .. Only we would have preferred to have the child eat a plate of pasta. And the steak house area that ... It was closed (we followed the directions of a sign perhaps not updated) and we had to go back to the starting point .. Where it probably moved. For the rest a good day. Maybe file some price.

Place suitable for adults and children, the best time is always after 5 pm. Well-kept place and beautiful animals which, as they are keen to point out, are not taken from nature but have already been born in similar structures. Nothing to bring besides yourself ... They sell everything at affordable prices .. The only flaw is the price a little above the average compared to other similar parks .. If the swimming pool was already included it would be perfect

Zoom, affordable price, habitats recreated with great care, every hour there is the biologist explaining the various species, their habits, for young and old.
fairly extensive structure, the afternoon will occupy it all, and more at the end of the day a dip in the pool to cool off and rest because to walk there either!
Some habitats have made me turn up their nose, perhaps animals in poor health and lack of water in some cases, for the rest no cases of neglect
