Great park a nice experience for children and adults, well organized excellent explanation that can be had for the various animals, a bird show not to be missed
I have seen the staff treat animals with respect and I have felt the love shining through the words of a girl who cared for them. Zoom is an exciting and interesting journey just a few kilometers from home if you have the patience to read and observe. It is not an amusement park, you will not see organized shows. When you enter, remember to go back to being children, let yourself be amazed and excited by even the most banal gesture, be greedy for knowledge, and if you have children, learn with them to know these animals. I only regret having discovered afterwards that you could see the turtles up close by reservation only .
Really nice park. Worth a visit. Children delighted, however, for what it offers I would say too expensive. In the end there is the swimming pool open only from June but to be able to use it you still have to pay a surcharge. So 78 x a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 4 is very little, hoping that there is not even an attraction. As a beautiful, well maintained and well structured zoological park
A nice park, clean, well-kept animals, friendly staff, children are thrilled. We prefer to attend it in the autumn, sunny days are warm, it's like God! The entrance fee is a bit expensive, but it's understandable when you think about how much work, time and money it costs to maintain such a park!
A zoo that cares for its animals and details including the temple of the Tiger. The animals are very close to the public which is nice for children. Varied dining options at reasonable prices but the possibility of pic niquer also in the shade and air of shaded play very appreciable so that the children let off steam! Total change in family we do not want to leave! Moreover for a supplement we can have the option "swim in a lagoon" where you can swim by approaching animals safely. Very nice discovery!
It is a very nice place .. a nice very large park offers the opportunity to do many activities the problem is that many have paid the entrance fee and already has its cost then if you have to pay for everything at the end of the day you do not spend less than 100/150 euros (taking food from home and this is the budget for two adults and a child of two and a half years) far too much, surely all these animals must somehow keep them but it becomes difficult to go back and I'm sorry ! Also a very negative side is the space dedicated to animals, I hope it is so small, especially for some species, just to prevent them from being lost too much and for people to fail to see them, the tigers are too many for such a limited space! I really hope they have a way to have more space!
He reminded me of Gardaland in his early years. A lovely place with enormous growth potential! The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Everything is done in a matter of hours (with few people).
Beautiful day immersed in nature and among exotic animals. The first impression was the consideration that for a family of three people the cost is too high ... 63 euros including car parking. Then, however, when entering, one appreciates the care of the place, the professional preparation of the companions who manage the visits to the various sectors according to timetable. At the end of the day the balance is positive, happy and tired and with many images and videos to be reviewed. We have only purchased a visit to the park. Then there are various formulas to take advantage of the beach and to do further interactive activities with the animals.
Very nice place, a little expensive. You also pay 3.00 for parking. A little exaggerated. And who takes care of parking is very rude with epithets that cannot be repeated ...
Definitely not the largest bio park in the world, but animals kept well in decidedly larger and more welcoming spaces than the most popular zoosafari. Excellent for children especially if you follow the program with explanations from biologists. Do not miss the island of lemurs. It has been continuously improving since it opened and I hope it continues like this. Bring drinks from home because they peel you.
A spectacular park !!!!! Absolutely not to be missed, unique experience in nature with animals and excellent biologists and ethologists who transport you to the fascinating animal world ...
A wonderful biopark to visit, a lot of animals to see and, if you wish, you can also swim in the two swimming pools. A great way to spend a fun and informative day.
Nice park, especially if supplemented by an additional fee (extra experience) for a small fee they live experiences in close contact with animals. Recommended for children.
Really nice and cozy place with every kind of animal, every day events are organized where they talk and feed the animals, the place is quite crowded in general. The only flaw is the somewhat expensive tickets
As a zoo and really pitiful few animals the windows x see the dirty animals it is difficult to see x what concerns the pool instead very beautiful large and well organized PS in 3 people Milan Turin between travel tickets and lunch it takes 200 nn worth anything x
Bad service, I now call by phone the phone and the park answers CLOSED. I open the website and open the park What to do? If one lives in Novara, it goes around empty? We do not know good luck ...
Very well maintained park, clean and very beautiful animals. Ideal for spending a day with the family! The only flaw is the swimming pool ... the old one still still the new one a little dangerous due to a step not visible in the middle of the pool.
Special for the little ones and relaxing for the older ones, a really well done park, with 2 swimming pools where you can take a nice cool bath or just sunbathe ... the prices of the various services are a bit high but overall super positive
The volunteers and the biologists are very well prepared and very kind. Unwillingly ex-collaborative, a couple of ticket workers, although amke is written on the Internet and in the event of rain the ticket is refunded, on Sunday 8 September they refused to refund our tickets even though we were stuck 2 hours in a shelter at inside the center waiting for the end of a mega storm. The animals (the ones we could see) are kept very well and the staff make sure that they are not harassed or given food. It is a very beautiful place and worth the expensive ticket price!
Day at the zoo ... or a day at the pool !? Both things !! In my opinion, it deserves a very positive rating across the board! Sure ... a little expensive ... but I found it very well looked after and organized !! Not to mention the amount of animals present (some very rare and in danger of extinction!) All apparently in good health! Impressive hippos, tigers and especially the 4 giraffes! Never seen so close! The Seychelles turtles are also beautiful! The youngest is 75 years old ... the oldest 125!
After so much publicity it was a decision. Considering the cost of the admission ticket does not offer enough animals to be called a zoo. It is more an amusement park where the main attraction is the beautiful swimming pools (1 meter high), but managed with strange rules. For example there is written not to enter with the shoes in the pool area but everyone does it and nobody says anything. The lifeguards continue to use the whistle to resume people who dive, even if by diving for them means a simple throw of the child in the water. The purpose of the complex is to sell as many additional services as possible (photo umbrellas) and to denigrate the already paying.
It is a well structured and clean zoo with special attention to the preservation of species. The animals appeared to me fit and however well-groomed is always a zoo (which is a place where animals are forced into spaces and habitat for them unnatural).
It is beautiful the park and very interesting in the studies have put a novelty that you swim with the hippos and interesting in the studies and kind staff
Beautiful, the animals are seen very closely, some are free and you walk between your feet. Added value the pleasures that border only divided by a glass from the penguins and hippopotami pools. Explanations and visits to the animals done well, pesonale cordial.
Zoom is really well organized, worth a visit. The habitat for each animal is well reproduced. I recommend it for a nice trip. A flaw ... the restaurant service, not much. Bring your sandwiches.
A beautiful place to live in contact with animals and nature. For those who want to cool off there is also the possibility of taking a nice dip in the pool. To visit.
Nice nice, even if the prices are a little high, but we spent a wonderful day with our family. Even the picnic areas are beautiful, our son had a great time
Beautiful park to spend a wonderful day with the animals. Well-maintained order and cleanliness. Spectacular flight of birds of prey. You can picnic or eat in the dining options there are in the park. Also clean the toilet. Congratulations to Mr Casetta for his kindness and availability.
Well ... what about ... pretty, but you pay too much to get in, 2 adults and 2 children 90 euro ... but we're crazy? For sure I'll never go more, there are so many other zoo animals with many more to less than half ...
Nice, however, some things I did not like at all. The "guided" tours are unmissable. We went to almost all the events, which enriched us a lot and opened our hearts. The two little things that I did not like at all are: the lack of fountains and consequently the exaggeratedly high prices of the drinks; the lack of separate waste collection that in a place like this, which teaches us to love the world and nature, must not be missing.
I went there by chance, I didn't know him. I had no expectations and it was a pleasant surprise, in particular the extremely relaxed and friendly staff, from the ticket office, the animal keepers, cleaners, kitchen ... Good at managing the customer. Beautiful surprise the lemurs area where the animals are free and let themselves be approached. The restaurant exceeds expectations, excellent hamburger and excellent mixed fried food. Bring your swimwear because the swimming pool deserves. There are larger zoos, but surely the relaxed environment and the wide spaces lend themselves better than others to a relaxing day at 360 degrees. Last but not least there is a good attention to the environmental theme with cutlery, glasses and containers made of recyclable materials and the tendency to limit the use of plastic, excellent the differentiated throughout the park.
Simply wonderful ... beautiful pools and wonderful animals ... ultra qualified staff very polite and friendly ... wonderful place for all people of all ages ... YOU WILL BE A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE ...
Park well maintained and cared for. Animals are kept in fairly large and clean spaces. The two pools are also really beautiful. We will certainly be back.
I expected more. However, it is possible to see particular animal species, such as lemurs which, however, confined in that microzone are also a little bit of a pain ... however a nice place for children
Spent a day with the family, a child-friendly place recommended for children aged 6 and up. Better to buy tickets on the internet to avoid double queuing. Unfortunately, I decided at the last moment to go and then I queued both to make the ticket and to enter later. The insights of the various animals are interesting, so more or less every half hour there is an explanation for each type of animal. Where while feeding the animal its habits and the type of animal in question are explained. The interventions were made by biologists and were interesting and above all involving. Maybe it's the part I liked the most. We walked all day long nibbling what I had brought, however there are many places or kiosks where you can eat or refresh yourself with an ice cream.
They say they don't call it a zoo but a biopark, even if that's not how they sell it. The animals are sedated and separated by a glass (I know it is for the safety of the visitors, but then let's leave them in their habitat). In short, the conditions of the animals should be improved a little.
