Park badly organized and extremely expensive, small and confusing, chaotic signs, pizzeria and restaurant closed, unattractive and expensive dining options, if it is not convenient to open the services during the week, do not open the park, the park must have all the services working, pool area with only one dressing room, deck chairs and umbrella with prices from Versilia, in addition to the price for access.

Beh..original, between park pools and above all with some animals of the savannah. The beauty is that you can run with your costume and then you can eat in some restaurants in the place.

Personally I found it a mix between the La Mandria Park and Gardaland, very expensive and with few animals. I find excessive who sees it as exceptional, I have not found people with smiles or who cried desperately for the emotion ........ Surely I will not set foot again to spend all that money.
There are no fountains to cool off on these hot days, but obviously better to send customers to buy a bottle to pour over their heads ....
The glass of the tigers is old opaque and scratched, do maintenance (it costs right?)
A kitschy touch is the beaches in a zoo, deciding what to do when you grow up: a water park or a zoo, currently it's a soup.
Dirty and maintenance-free bathrooms.

Not a zoo as the name implies ... but a naturalistic park, without cages or nets, but large enclosures, ditches, decorative walls and streams where adults and children can see close up animals of the Serengeti, Asia ... the only park where adults and children can dream of becoming falconers by holding a barn owl and an eagle on the glove. See them fly in flight demonstrations, which is not a circus show, but a demonstration of how kestrels, vultures, eagle-owls, buzzards and many others behave freely .... A park where you can swim with herbivorous piranhas and other fish tropical ... where in the pool on the glass side you can see penguins and hippos swimming! Where you can caress and feed giraffes and rhinos, wash and caress the huge tortoises, stroll among the curious lemurs ... a park where nature is really close at hand in the true sense of the word! And each additional payment activity donates a portion of the proceeds to the protection of an endangered species. For those who love animals and want a different day full of emotions.

Today Easter Monday with the family for the third year, always at zoom, family-friendly, suitable for children to learn and play, suitable for adults to learn and relax, and also to learn about new types of cuisine. Lunch at the Ombiasy ... spectacular Marco welcoming and qualified staff, a super applause to the chef, lunches also suitable for children who could choose between different dishes. Great advice on reception ... Sabina always with a smile. Continuous cleaning for the park, well-kept animals, Keeper, falconers, trained biologists and animals who are respectful. But what I want to recommend is the jhuman jungle show ... set design, choreography, and superlative music, as well as the moral and the highly trained actors ... to see

A beautiful way to discover many exotic animals in their habitat. An experience for adults and children with many side activities, always different. Very well equipped and designed for families!

Beautiful place to spend the day, lots of animals to see kept in excellent condition, a swimming pool to relax and lots of shows including the one of the birds that deserves to be seen. The prices are a bit high, but they are proportionate to the maintenance costs for such a structure. If you intend to go several times, the season ticket should be used

I don't do so many reviews, but I certainly did a lot of zoos ... and this really has 4 animals to see and 10,000 meters of land 76 euros 2 adults and 1 child ... I wouldn't go back even free

The park is beautiful, animals kept well or at least it seems to me. I am not a biologist but I have always seen cleanliness and order. People who care for them are very helpful in answering trivia and treat them well.

African-themed pools, adventurous, seating in the shade, not many people. Prices in line with other theme parks. Better to book early, save a lot.

However, in a theme park like this where there is a lot of emphasis on ecology and reuse, I find it bizarre that there are no fountains for drinking water.

In bars you don't even give straws to avoid polluting and then to get some water I have to buy plastic? It seems to me a contradiction, especially in the summer.

Of course there is water in the bathrooms, which also is fresh and good. But I believe that in a non-commercial theme park (or anyway that gives itself ecology licenses) it is extremely important to give the message in the round especially to children: water is precious and if possible the containers must be reused. And I do not say free.

It would be enough to put water filling points around like in the municipalities where you can have normal or sparkling water or even simple fountains.

Wonderful experience to visit the zoo and discover the natural habitat of some animals, beautiful that of rabbits, to review the swimming pools and the umbrella area, too expensive and with little attraction

Really a lovely place.

Really a lovely place.
I'll be back in the summer to try the pool too

It's always nice to come back to Zoom. An ideal place to spend wonderful family days, making children happy.
Kiosks scattered around the park, and smiling and friendly staff, further enhance the experience.

Every year we zoom in at least once. Also this year we made our usual stop. The place is beautiful and the animals kept with care. The rules on spacing are respected except in the amphitheater at the birds of prey show, where despite having marked the usable and non-usable places, the lack of common sense of the people who sit next to you, the staff members EVENTLY pretend not to see. The rules must be enforced.

The first our visit .... and will not be the last! The place is beautiful ... lots of space for the animals who seem at ease ... and beautiful that can be seen almost face to face .......
Majestic tigers ......
Clean bathrooms and the good dining options ....
Biologists always present and received good information ....
Negative points: should pay more attention to children ... too noisy and downright rude to disturb the animals ..... parents / teachers virtually absent .....
For everything else I highly recommend it ...

I would say that the part of the animals is beautiful even if a little distant from each other ... but what disappointed me a little (especially in value for money) is the swimming pool area ... we went to the Malawi beach area family pretty as it was private but it was a bit dirty ... near our umbrella there was even a buried fabric as well as pieces of plastic ... in addition the sand is not sand but gravel ... near the pool there is rock. .. understand the pain in the feet when you enter and leave ... and then in that area there are no merry-go-rounds (slides etc ...) to let the children play after eating or in any case when they come out of the pool ...
In my opinion it can be improved! However, the idea is very nice! Come on you can do better!

very easy to reach place and ample parking, but for a fee ... in my opinion the ticket price could be slightly more contained, between the whole and the reduced very little difference equating children, grandparents and disabled people.
anyway very enjoyable park with ample space for children. in the summer with the pools open it must be even more interesting.

A pleasant day for everyone, adults and children, sun, beautiful pools, choice, clean, well organized
The piranha (vegetable) bath was a nice change. And then penguins, lemurs, tigers, hippos etc. have completed the day, not least the meal of birds of prey. To recommend to everyone

Assuming that I do not like zoos, I believe that animals should live in their habitats, I will try to be the most objective objective. The park itself is well maintained and clean. You can eat on the lawns or on the tables made available free of charge by the structure. There are various food outlets and well-organized toilets.
On a couple of occasions it was difficult to see animals, such as snakes. The glass of the case, I think because of the condensation, made it impossible to see inside.

All in all it was a pleasant experiment.

If you order online and for any reason you are unable to visit the park you can re-use the tickets for an additional 10 each, this seemed to me to be incorrect. They could have made them pay a little less.

I booked online for mid-August with admission to the pools. It is true that the entrance has a higher price than other water parks and there are no slides or whirlpools here but for the whole day I walked around observing and learning new things about the exotic animals that are guests of this theme park. A nice experience!

Nice place and beautiful animals but inside you practically have to pay for anything, despite the price of admission is quite high. You pay 60 euros for 2 people and then have to pay for an umbrella. 60 euros eh

Great

Interesting only the part illustrated by the guides (biologists etc.) for the various types of animals, otherwise only a tourist cabin with high prices, there is also a swimming pool with fake beach very crowded, in short, just above the sufficiency.

Fantastic is an understatement. Beautiful park where animals live in reconstructions of their biomes and not in sad cages, a factor that makes them more lively and active; beautiful environment of the lemurs where they are a few centimeters from you.
In addition, the food offered for lunch is very abundant and equally good.
Recommended for anyone, not just families!

Beautiful summer biopark then opens inside a very impressive mega pool and suitable for everyone, even for the little ones. Reproduced a Caribbean beach of white sand. Many animals to see and very well kept with plenty of space available to them in perfectly recreated habitats. Good restaurants inside.

Very beautiful, well kept and rich in vegetation. There are many animals but it's still quite an experience enriched by the pools that give significant added value. Instead, the snorkeling with the fish in a relatively small space is disappointing. From the photos it looked much better. Perhaps for those who have never swum with fish, it may be true but different is those who are not in their first experience. Recommended

Nice experience I would pay a Po less food and gadgets but cmq .... large spaces x animals kept well and nn seems like a zoo but almost natural reserve would give more space to tigers xro experience giraffe top thanks

Very nice for young and old.
Various habitats with different animals to admire. Possibility to use the swimming pools (with a separate ticket), or other extra activities.
Several dining options to eat or drink.
Very clean and well maintained.
Prices vary according to the days, the season and the extra activities you intend to carry out.

Very nice as a park.

Interesting the idea of talk and swimming pools near penguins and hippos

To those who negatively comment and give 1 star to Zoom Torino I would like to remind you that a Biopark is not a structure suitable for the enjoyment of tourists (I read of people who really thought they could bathe in the midst of penguins to touch them, or even worse, with the hippos!) but to interest, involve and sensitize the public in order to understand the many realities very different from ours and above all to protect the species that are EXTINCT in nature!
It is thanks to the bio parks if today it is possible to observe some of them.
It is therefore not acceptable that in 2018 there are still people who think of taking animals in Bioparcs to insert them (and not reintroduce them) in nature. In two days more than half would die.
Finally, bio parks are a place to learn or increase your culture. I do not recommend to all those who are ignorant of the matter of avoiding inadequately reviewing, not knowing in any way, or only partially, the context behind a biopark such as Zoom, not being aware of a real network that expands up to international level with the IUCN for the protection of endangered species.
