Great bowling alley/arcade/bar/food. Very kid friendly

The food isn't fancy, but it's good. Anna, the bartender was EXCELLENT. A fun facility with something for everyone.

We have always enjoyed this location, from FunFest to Zone 28! A few arcade machines were broken and DDR is no longer a part of the arcade experience, but definitely a great place! Love the concept of Suite 28 and would definitely rent it out in the future. Can't wait to come back and try the escape rooms!

Took forever to get a drink with very few people in the bar and the bartenders are the rudest bartenders I have ever seen. The rest of the staff was nice. Definitely will not return

Not good at food area, over and hour to receive our pizza and 15 minutes to get our drinks after order taken. Bowling lane 20 wouldn't reset our pins 1/2 way through the 2nd game.Told desk associate and said we should have came back after 10 minutes.I will not ever return to this establishment,No rating deserved;-(

I met up with some friends here yesterday. It was my first time at the location and we thought the atmosphere was great. However, the service at the bar is severely lacking. There were 2 or 3 bartenders and very few people at the bar, yet people had to wait 15 to 30 minutes to be served. Even then, you had to ask them to wait on you. The bartenders acted as if you were bothering them by asking to be waited on and were short with you when they did. They seemed very busy doing nothing! I've worked bars with a lot more people alone! Theres no excuse for that. Bad service kills even the best business over time.

We tried to do an hour of bowling but the pins took five minutes every time to reset. Then it get resetting the pins no matter how many were knocked down. In the end it took the 20 plus minutes to fix and they only gave 7 minutes back. Would not recommend.

Nice place with a lot of activities. Bowling is pricey

The bowling isn't bad it's actually pretty cheap $25 an hour for 5 people they have laser tag which my friends and I treat it as if it was a Call of Duty game they got a few arcade games it's not bad if you got kids or did you want to go on a cheap double date but still fun

if you love bowling, don't go there. if want family fun activities, be prepared to spend alittle. it can be too much if you want a nice, simple, get together with friends (if your a single adult like myself). but parents and kids will love it (lots of bells and whistles to keep you busy)..all 'n' all, it's not a bad place..as long as you got money to spend.

For the most part this place is really awesome just didn't like how we didn't even start the game (didn't press start) and our timer started ticking after we paid. Some of us used the restroom and we didn't notice they started the timer until after we actually started bowling. At least give us a warning. That was kind of stingy. As for everything else it's a very nice setup and awesome options. Very up to date!!!

First time back since the remodel. Food service at the lanes was fast and the food was very good.

Super clean very fun lots to do great bowling alleys fun arcade games and pretty good food. In the evening to have a great bar and if you want to drop the older kids off while you go next door to the beer garden, you can do that too

Laser tag was was fun but the place was short staffed, bowling was cool but the hour time limit needs to disappear on non busy days

We hosted a birthday party in Suite28. Will definitely be booking in the future. Everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves and were impressed with the atmosphere. The staff is phenomenal.

Went during a very busy holiday weekend. Had to wait 45 min for two side-by-side lanes, but the staff texted us when they were open. Price points were reasonable and there is something for everyone even if they don t bowl. Only gripe was the music video selection was dated (2009-2014), but as a musician I understand that I m going to be hyper critical lol great renovations!

The waitress dropped my burger on the bench :/ no sorry or anything ! Then it took another 10 mins for a new one after taken 25 mins for the first one smh. Food did taste good though.

Was super busy and under staffed. It's been a while since I bowled but $40 per hour per lane seems excessive.

My daughter and future son in law had their engagement party here today. If I were reviewing Shannon and Ciara, the bartender and room attendant assigned to us, I would be giving a 10 star rating .They were fantastic!!! The party area was nice also. That's about where it ends. Deneen, the manager, enters the picture .She was completely unorganized .She did not convey to the girls serving us what we were to be given so there was alot of confusion to start with .We were to have unlimited bowling from 1 to 5 .She tried to tell us we were only getting an hour and 15 minutes . And that was only one of many being told one thing on the phone and completely different when we get there .She was very rude to her staff. Had one of the girls in tears saying we were "screaming" for her while she was out of the room getting more pizza . That was another issue .My daughter was told food for the entire time.we were.there when she booked but then was told only for an hour once we got there. When ready to leave she tried to over charge my daughter by $80 .When my daughter offered to show her the email confirming everything, she told my daughter she could care less about the email, she was going with what was on the paper .Then when my daughter told her what a wonderful job Ciara had done taking care of us, Deneen would not even acknowledge it .As far as I am concerned, if you want repeat customers and a happy staff, you do not act like that .Nothing was being asked for that wasnt already agreed upon. I know alot of money went into the Zone28 remodel. If Deneen continues to treat their customers like that, it is going to take alot longer to recoup that money .

Great fun laser tag and bowling and games for kids. Wife and I came with group for escape room and had a great time.

I love this place. We always have such a great time. The food is Excellent.

Ripoff! $35 an hour for a lane. So it was basically $8 a game for me and my family. Then they started the time from when we left the desk. So it cost me about $2 to get my kids shoes on and set up the names. I wont be back.

Very expensive and the bowling lanes are too crowded for several people to bowl. 1 hour is not enough time for 4 people to bowl 2 complete games and they shut the lane off with 2 of us in the 10th frame. I have had better frozen pizza! We drove a long way and left very disappointed!

It was a lot of fun, but the bowling machines act up and mess your game up. The staff is busy, so it takes too long for them to help you.

Totally surprised by the quality of the place including the pricing ($40 for family, hour per lane) and the fantastic service of Jenna at the rezrestaur. We had fun family experience. We will do it again. Kids wanted to return next day and I am not surprised...

So much fun! They give you a $5 gift card for games when you eat at their restaurant, which is enough for 5 games of skeeball!

Really a great place for dates or families

Perfect place to meet new friends, relax, and enjoy , music, drinks and their foods is excellent. Just wished the wings were fried with a breading mixture or flour

Great place for children and adults as well fast food, bowling, games clean, and good people. Party rooms also.

They treated my Granddaughter well for birthday party. The staff was very helpful and cool with the food and clean up. Very enjoyable, we will be back.

Okay the staff here were very rude when we told Them that the game wasn t working they just made it seem like we were lying and didn t know what we were talking about and I don t appreciate that thats very disrespectful and that s why I gave them this low rating I do not suggest coming here at all so if you want to save some money go to scene 75 because the place is a lot better and has better service The workers here especially perry were very rude and not welcoming I will never return and the food service sucks. Such a terrible experience

Great place for some family time. Nicer than your typical bowling alley.

I have been here at least twice. Here's the pros and cons of this place. It's not a bad facility, but I totally prefer Scene 75 over this place.

Pros - they recently renovated the place and now it has a new and sharp look to the facility. There's two restaurants (one of them with an ourdoor bar and mini bowling). There's a legit arcade area now, a private bowling area if you want to reserve for your own party, laser tag and escape room. They offer a $20 deal - where you get an hour bowling, $20 in arcade credit, and one session of laser tag.

Cons - due to the renovations and adding more attractions to the facility, there are less bowling lanes and space, and felt pretty cramped. My group of friends reserved two lanes and I felt pretty claustrophobic with other people so close to us bowling. Also, we definitely didn't get an hour of bowling, more like 45 minutes. They started the countdown immediately when we purchased the lane and it took 15 minutes for everone to get shoes and set up the lane for bowling. Lastly, the food was just ok, not the best, I expected better. For instance, the pretzel stick that I ordered was bland and the beer cheese that came with it was too hard, couldn't really dip the pretzel sticks in. The burger was alright, the fries were a bit cold but just alright.

I have been,here for a child's birthday party and have eaten here in the rail house several times. Their loaded fries are great! My feeling is this is more of an adult or older teen,place, than younger children. I think I'd still pick chukecheese for younger kids. But the food is much better here!

We stopped at the rail house, stood there for 5+ minutes, not a sign of anyone working there. The other patrons were even looking that were eating for the workers. We walked out and moved on to another place to eat.

Drinks were good. Music was a bit too loud and stuck on hip hop only. Animation on the score keeper kept us laughing.

Terrible experience that would never have happened if it was still Funfest. For starters, hire some bartenders that actually know how to bartend. We waited far too long for drinks, refills, and food, but she was sure to take care of every new person that walked up to the bar. Poured me my 3rd draught only 3/4's full
and then huffed when I asked her to fill it all the way up. When it came time to pay we stood there waiting, holding up debit cards and still no one would tend to us.

Also, nothing but garbage rap music videos on which are highly inappropriate for children. There's an app that let's you control the music, somewhat like an electronic jukebox. My friend had played a lot of other, and better chosen, music. We soon found out that through the computers in the lanes that you can message other lanes. We were harassed about our choice of music by other people in there.

The only redeeming thing about last night is we all got game cards from the manager, who seemed legitimately concerned about our terrible experience, but we are still skeptical about going again. Never had a worse experience in a bowling alley.

Terrible service. All the employees had an attitude with us. I usually NEVER complain about things like this but this establishment is horribly run.

Friendly staff. Just added a new outside area that is fun and relaxing, depending your mood. Half off arcade games on Wednesday always makes for a good night. Drinks and food always tasty.

Nice place, a little expensive on bowling it's by the hour during prime rate,and the arcades are very expensive for little kids gave my daughter a 40$card and she was back in like 15mins saying it didn't work so I checked it she just spent it all...other than that the staff are ok,foods pretty good if u dnt mind spending $100.00 Everytime You Go then go during early mornings...

Wow! Great place for small parties. Private lanes and private dining make a company party easy and fun.

Construction going on, but the facility has been upgraded a lot. Once construction is finished it will be incredibly nice.

The bowling alley has a very cool atmosphere at night. The music and dark lighting make for a great experience.

I found this restaurant to have a nice selection of American fare. I had the fish and chips. The portion was huge. I had to take a doggy bag home. Reasonable prices, helpful staff, and nice atmosphere. I didn't utilize the game room, but I will on my next trip.

The new owners have done a lot to make this place better. It's got a lot of options.

It's overpriced bowling and arcade place for families and kids

Fun atmosphere, however I got food poisoning from the nachos with the pulled pork. Not to mention its $22 for a one topping family pizza. They charge $1 for soda refills and the bar tender didn't even fill the glass completely.

This place is expensive for bowling and about the same price as Dave and Buster's for the arcade. They have all the latest arcade games you see YouTube people reviewing which Drew my kids and I in but there machines payout is really bad.

The bowling Lanes are in good shape and seemed well maintained however be prepared to pay a lot to bowl. It's also almost always cosmic bowling style so if you have black tights, poor lighting and flashing lights while your trying to bowl look somewhere else

Overall the remodel is very nice if your willing to pay the high costs

Had a really good time, lots to keep everyone happy,including the girl watchers, heard a guy in South Carolinasay, Pgh., Has the ugliest women in the world , well he should have been there with me. Everyone one really had fun especially my 7 year old Granddaughter, one I'll never forget, never !!!

great place but service sucks...employees spend more time on their phones then they do on their actual jobs.. they spend most of their time talking and socializing...great place but staff sucks...

This was a fun place for the whole family! Arcade style games, laser tag, and bowling. They have a huge beer selection as well. Dinner was a 3.5 at best but I don't expect much from a bowling alley. I would recommend this for a kids party all day long.

Really fun place! We went bowling, my 15 month old had the time of her life. And the buffalo chicken pizza was great!

Customer service was terrible we had a problem and had to talk to a manager... Won't be going back plus the games wasn't very good and they shouldn't have taken out the bumper cars

I'm sad that they got rid of the bumper cars and replaced the area with an escape room. However, it's still a decent place for games and bowling.

Had a great birthday party for my 8 year old grandson and his friends here.

My family had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent in every way. Food was brought right to our bowling lane and was prepared very well. We went there on a Wednesday in the early afternoon so it was not very busy. Very good experience.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean environment. Bowling, video games, food & drinks available. Low foot traffic. Great place yo unwind.

Zone 28 was a blast for our 20/30 Somethings group from church. I was skeptical that it would be 'too young' for us but it was great. The bowling was fun, pizza was great and our highlight was laser tag, we definitely could of played another game or two. Thanks so much!
