Nothing but a bunch of thieves read contract completely before signing they tell it's a 1 year contract but the fine print allows them to renew it without your permission
I am working here and it is a nice office with a lot of trees around. Not a lot of restaurants in walking distance

Worst customer service, always bully the customer to pay for equipment, By them automatically renew the contract, NEVER TRY THEM
I being their customer since 2015.Worst service I ever seen for the sales department. I have 2 trucks sitting since more than 2 months without the ELD and I being contacting the sales since then to get the Eld but not received yet. Sales person Brandon dont even bother to call me back or email me .Left many emails and voice messages .Dont recommend this company at all .
Installed exactly how directions explained(Its 3 wires all different plugs you cant screw it up) and tablet never worked from day one. Customer service walked me through install on the phone 3 different times, 3 different people. I'm still told its installed incorrectly yet customer support can see all my trucks information through their system.
BE WARY! They will over charge and "renew" to keep you hooked even if you are not using the equipment. I had leases expiring and had asked to take multiple unused units off the contract. Instead they used scare tactics to get a "RENEWAL" and now I am paying NEW monthly leases on unused equipment and they refuse to correct their billing saying we signed a contract. What a bunch of THIEVES! Next stop is hiring an attorney!
Lack of customer service and responsiveness is why they will lose our business as soon as we can drop the contract. No reply for two weeks after trying to order more units.
