I am a real estate agent and my buyers recently closed a transaction here in The Pacific. Let me just tell you, that Daniel Carvo was extremely helpful and wonderful during their entire escrow. Daniel's professionalism, warmth and responsive manner helped both my buyers and myself with any questions/concerns related to the HOA. As you can imagine, purchasing a home for first time buyers can be filled with anxiety and tension. But Daniel Carvo's ability to put us at ease and accommodate the entire team from start to finish helped us get the job done much more smoothly!! Thank you Daniel!!!

Don t even waste your time , they re unprofessional when answering the phone and especially for wanting to work. I applied here for this specific position I was interested in and they just lead you on. Why hire people when you are just not going to contact them back & you reaching out to them asking if that position is still available & they coming at you with they are moving with other candidates?

Safety needs to be their priority.

Action really needs to place an emphasis on having their management and staff maintain a safe environment and follow association guidelines.

Our building has a policy to notify owners prior to entering a unit. The building engineer feels he does not need to let owners know he is entering a unit and enters and exits as he sees fit, without any notification. After an incident, management was very dismissive and did not acknowledge the safety issue or take corrective measures.

This is very violating and unsafe. I would recommend any person staying in a unit in an action managed building to install unit cameras ASAP.

I leave my experience with Daniel Carvo feeling like I just dealt with the ultimate professional. He is very passionate, sincere and first class in many respects. He listens intently and demonstrates that he cares about his interactions with others. Daniel is a great communicator and a pleasure to deal with.

This companies name is inaccurate. Inaction Property Management would be a far more accurate name.

They have an extremely high turn over rate for property managers. The property managers they do have are inexperienced, ineffectual and apathetic.

Promises are made across multiple property managers without any follow through. Most of the managers are not familiar with their properties CCR's.

The company also nickle and dimes their properties and residents for literally EVERYTHING!

Avoid this company they do not have an interest in the communities they manage best interest! You do not want them managing your property.

Daniel Carvo is such a pleasure to work with. Responded right away and was a major help during my move in and helping me with everything I needed.
