Every time I deal with Kittanning Hosptial they are very inconsiderate. Had to have testing done told the staff I m deathly allergic to contrast dyes and they were insistent on giving. Never liked the staffs attitude.

We came in late on 7.9.21 for a face lacerations from glass. ACMH's ER team that was staffed that night went above and beyond. My girlfriend was losing lots of blood; the security immediately took her right in. In no time they cleaned the wounds, dressed, and stitched everything, no issues. Very clean work. Even with being short staffed, they had a well oiled machine going.

I want to thank everyone who was staffed that night for saving my love's life, and being so professional, and kept moral high even with the dark situation. Thank you

I was taken there a number of years ago after friends took me to the ER for bipolar/psychiatric issues. They did the best they could w/ an extremely volatile situation. I'm aware that a psychiatric hospital needs to be free from external stressors.

Sitting at the ER on a Sunday evening with a 12 year old with a possible broken wrist checked in at the desk and waited over an hour to have vitals and info taken, and still waiting to be taken back to see a dr. 2 hours and counting can this even be considered an emergency room? Nothing seems to constitute an emergency here, nobody seems to be overly concerned about anyone or anything

If I could give their pregnant technician a negative number I would. Me doing a gastric emptying with a torn mcl in my knee, horrible back and shoulder pain, can I get help getting up? Her, "I'm pregnant and I'm not supposed to lift!"! If you don't have help and you cannot do your job...go home!

Pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sarve...

Pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sarver, PA. I wanted to visit a patient and called on 3/29 and left a message requesting Clergy visitation policy. I left a voicemail and the person did NOT return my call. I called the next morning on the 30th, the day of my visit, and was transferrred to another person. I left another voicemail asking for a call to give me inormation and again, no response. I called on 4/15 and the person who answered the phone did not know the policy. Always rude to neglect a phone message and no excuse for not knowing BASIC information and relating to pastors who are assisting in the healing process. Rev. Robin Swinsburg, Westminster Presbyterian in Sarver. PA
