I ordered sanitizer and a dispenser in early March...

I ordered sanitizer and a dispenser in early March and was excited to find sanitizer during a pandemic. It was too good to be true! The sanitizer was in stock at the time of my purchase. I received my delivery and the box was light as a feather and I immediately knew I didn t receive sanitize. I checked my shipment notification and there wasn t any information on my sanitizer, so I contacted Zogics. I understand we re in an pandemic, but I don t understand why I wasn t advised why the sanitizer that was supposedly in stock per their website wasn t shipped. Customer service should still be a priority. If I didn t reach out to them to make an inquiry, I d still be in limbo. I was never given an ETA or a valid reason why I wasn t informed. To add insult to injury, they said they couldn t refund me, I had to go through PayPal (btw, please use if using this company). Finally, 1 1/2 months later I received my refund! I ll never use them again & I encourage everyone to be cautious unless you enjoy poor customer service and have money to waste or be held!
