No really not, pfff .... long but overly long waiting times you will not get attention from the doctors until you will ask 3 times for help but then even the service it will be better they are going to be polite do not want to help you go SELF have to make proposals because the doctors don't have time. Really no way of doing it.

My wife went to emergency due to pressing headache.

11:00 am: we were helped by a doctor.

And then we wait 2-3 rent.
Still nothing ...

In the meantime I have asked 3 times for a doctor because my wife has a lot of problems with her head.

Then they said: that we still had to wait for the specialist.

So we wait 6 HOURS ...

17:00: still not helped.

Me and my wife get angry because they don't help us and my wife couldn't take it anymore, so we just went back home.

THICK LOSS OF LOSS AND POOR SERVICE !!!

I just could not imagine the real bad treatment i got in this hospital staff were rude and careless i was disrespected and very in humane treatment it is a shame such a hospital exisit in a civilised country like Belgium!

I've had several studies here in the past few weeks, right in the middle of the second corona spike. I have only positive experiences. The nursing staff are very friendly and helpful and the doctors are also friendly and give clear explanations. Sometimes you have to wait a bit before an examination, but I have never come across a hospital where it is not.

At the URGENCIES after midnight, more specifically, for babies and children (pediatric) they can't be bothered.
Just 2 people incl myself in the waiting room for hours...
The doctor casually chatting to her friends, and brushing me off that she is getting to me in a bit.
The other person waiting says that apparently it is very often like that...

Get a different job if you don't like it!

The department of orthopedics and in particular doctor Kris Buedts, the foot and ankle specialist of the Middelheim, have helped me very well with a complicated foot problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Buedts, he is a top doctor in his field.

The doctors are very competent, friendly and compassionate and the nursing is also very good. I have often undergone surgery in the neurosurgery department at this hospital and everyone always tries to make it as bearable as possible. The food is also quite tasty and you can choose from different menus. Visitors can eat in the cafeteria. This hospital really belongs to the top in Antwerp!

We have registered at desk 1 for admission. Were kindly received, clear explanation. Then we were escorted to the room, much more pleasant than having to search for your room on your own. In the ward itself they are somewhat under-staffed, the nurse said that immediately when we arrived. A pity and that was clearly felt. While as a patient you are somewhat nervous about a minor procedure, you feel the nervousness of the nurses at that service. This should not be necessary. Everything else was not too bad. Rooms tidy. Nothing to complain about. Parking for cars is more than sufficient, parking for cyclists is also sufficient.

Extremely bad service. Rude and inhumane doctor who didn't even bother to care for the patient who was suffering from a severe pain. What qualifies as an emergency service took 2 hours of wait only to realize that it wan't emergency anymore and in a nutshell "Kicked-out". No pharmacy during the night and which is a laughter and shame for such a big hospital in a developed city. If you are not in a life and death situation but still suffering from excruciating pain and need for care, don't even dream of any help being provided. Worst hospital experience ever had in my life.

I cannot understand that in a place where hygiene is very important, the toilets are so terribly dirty, washing hands should certainly be there, unfortunately they cannot be dried because there is no paper, not even in the toilets. not 1 day but certainly 2 consecutive days. The seats in the restaurant are broken, the inner lining explains, it shouldn't be possible in a hospital. Hygiene is hard to find there.

Very good doctors waiting list is sometimes a bit long but they do their best

Middleheim is the best hospital to me. My Doctor,,Dr ann steylemans was my hero and because of her I had my son after four miscarriages in different hospitals. Lovely staffers and friendly. God bless you all.

A disaster, nursing is zero, no follow-up of the patient's file.
The aftercare is not followed at all, you have to beg before they take care of the wound. Unfriendly. No, this clinic never again;

the emergency services were very quick and efficient. there seemed to be few activity at the time I arrived, but none of the less their service was really good, perfect communication in English, everyone was queen to help and answer, and the staff has a positive attitude.

Our baby born here yesterday. Service was excellent. Always very neat and clean. Architectural design of building and natural beauty surrounding areas also awesome. There is also playing ground for children.

Maybe hire an extra operator ?!

Invoicing service is going to be outrageous. After 5 times address every time again they continue to send invoices to old address and charge bailiff costs. Then they can suddenly do nothing more. Inadvisable. Telephone also rude staff. There was no problem with staff in the maternity ward.

For making appointment with a doctor it is TERRIBLE FOR CALLING I TRIED WITH MY MOBILE 2 TIMES 15min. It cost for me also with the site i am 60 years old it is difficult for me.

Amounts have been invoiced several times for which the ZNA billing service was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation, e.g. calculating medicines that my girlfriend never received.
In addition, I am also charged for a consultation when I simply accompany my girlfriend during her visit to the doctor.

Excellent service and very friendly team all over the hospital. A point of reference is the team of specialists and also the fact of everyone speak 's english and don't have any problem with that, specially when you are a farner and don't speak Dutch.

Now appointments are being postponed. I was still on time.
I pass lung specialist. Was delayed last corona. But now I could see my doctor.

Nobody advises this hospital, I am waiting for 2 hours to be admitted and have recently started asking a few times when I will be hired, but that is still nothing. I was admitted for a photo to be taken the woman is not the most polite and pleasant but bon photos are finally taken and we are already 2:30 hours later ma bon they say go sit in the waiting room we will pass on the results soon. There I am still waiting for 1:30 hours and again I have to go to the counter myself to get my results HAHAHA really true first and last time I came here.

I have been hospitalized for 4 months in this hospital. The food service was excellent and the quality was not so bad. My visitors complained about the parking, it is to expensive, certainly when you come everyday for a long period. The elevators aren't working so well and there is a lack for sitting places outdoor.

A large hospital complex, but here you can get advice from any specialist. If you have a referral from a family doctor, then the wait will be very short. Go without a direction - wait longer.

I had to go to day care yesterday and had an appointment at half past 10 and it was under between a quarter to 12 I thought of ale how is that possible then I went to that reception and say I am here from a quarter to 9 and it is now 11.45 am and she went to see and she said you are the next one but when I was inside I understood why they had to thoroughly disinfect and clean each but have no complaints about they treated me really super hospital

Old and large hospital. Despite the large parking lot, it is difficult to park. Poorly maintained and not equally clean everywhere. Agreements made cannot always be fulfilled on time, sometimes an additional appointment is required.

I take a Urologist there at the ZNA Middelheim, namely Chris D 'dogs, but I will go to his private practice. I already come in there, I can already see that it doesn't seem to be a friendly man. Appointment canceled and an appointment made for a new ultrasound in a hospital outside Antwerp, namely Klina. Was a lot more sophisticated and a friendly Doctor radiologist. I felt nothing and the rash was, just an enlarged prostate and some limestone. Photos and protocol I could view when I got home with a code on the internet. So I had stayed with that crooked arrogant DR Chris D 'Hondt, I had now ended up in their system with first a painful useless biopsy with numerous side effects and possible complications, then wss an MRI to finally be operated on something that is not there . I have a strong suspicion that this is a pure form of scam. So if you see the name, Urologist appear on the board with Dr Chris D'Hondt, I would strongly advise you to grab your bags or at least go into cover

The staff at the surgical day hospital was very friendly, I felt well cared for.

Waiting for more than 1,5 hours for your appointment is simply a no go for me.

If you want to feel what it was like to be included in the Soviet Union you've come to the right place! Care 0, kindness 0, professionalism 0!

If I could, I would not even go for any star! I myself am back patient with 3 hernias and a lumbago, on arrival my condition was not that bad but as time went by it went from bad to ERGER.

I had to wait more than 3 hours for the emergency, I can not stand up and sit down! They must take this into account. Their only explanation; it is full! I am Mrs. Barbier-Ogiers Jeannine, I was able to make an appointment yesterday in the hospital Middelheim in the MKA department, I was allowed to come unexpectedly today, I was very well received by Tysha and very well helped by dental surgeon Doctor Moerenhout and his dear assistant, they removed root debris that was sores in my tooth bone, thank you for relieving me from the pain !!!!

Staff was very very friendly and helpful from the check in until we were allowed to go home.

I went to the emergency room with a very severe shoulder pain. after analyzing me they only prescribed horse dose medication. I waited for the next day to try to get expert medical consultation. That same right was denied me and my ignored pain derived from no room for me Do you still talk about third world countries? You are miserable, Unfortunately the only thing that matters is money and not our health. Thank you for your professionalism. Another hospital will take care of me.

Very bizarre approach to the emergency room, suspected of an ankle fracture, nurse asked me to walk to the bone scan ?? ultimately no fracture, but ligaments torn, I begged for a cast, received none, and I am immobile at home for six months after the 2 additional trauma in the same place
