We had a mishap and my arrangement didn't get sent Kimberly went above and beyond and got it right over.. It was breathtaking and she far exceeded the arrangement I paid for. I was traveling overseas and began searching on line to send flowers for a memorial service in California.
Based on the reviews and photos I found on line, I decided to use Couture flowers by Kimberly Perry.
I placed an international call and spoke directly to the owner Kimberly Perry. I immediately knew I made the right choice and when I hung up the phone I was confident that everything was going to be perfect. Well, she just sent me a picture of the flowers she delivered and she absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Her design was everything I asked for and then some: Contemporary, different, creative, elegant and beautiful.
I would absolutley use her again as she was pleasant, helpful and she nailed the design.

I am a personal assistant for a prominent Orange County family. We have been using Couture Flowers for several years and their service is beyond reproach. Their creations are unique, beautiful and always appropriate for whatever occasion it might be. The service is immediate and always professional and accommodating. They are the best.
I've known Kimberly for a long time and I've never met someone with such a good eye for design and such a hard-working ethic. From the day she made me scrub all the pots for the flowers (when everyone else just let them get moldy and gross) to teaching me how to make corsages...you learn to love what you suffer for and I'm very thankful for her wise teachings. I'm so happy to see her work being appreciated for what it really is. She is an amazing person to work for and with. I would recommend her floral arrangements to everyone!

Couture came through with a beautiful last minute arrangement for Mothers day and had it delivered within an hour and a half. I had called another florist early Saturday morning to set up early afternoon delivery. After many problems and only getting answering services all day, even with the actual florist number, I gave up and called Couture at 4PM. I figured it was too late, all the good flowers would be gone and the employees would be too rushed to help me. Not at all the case, very appreciative help was what I received. I live out of state but now have Couture in my contacts. Thank You Couture for everything. I highly recommend this caring florist
Perfection! I have never ordered flowers like this before. You choose the type of arrangement you want (I chose tall and dramatic) and how big you want it to be and Kimberly designs something especially for you. All the flowers were fresh and she even texted me a photo of my order before it was delivered. Great service! I couldn't be more thrilled :)
Kimberly has the most amazing taste! She takes the time to do every job beautifully. She designed my wedding and it was far beyond my expectations. I recommended her to a friend for her wedding and she was so impressed! Her designs are creative and look high end on any budget. She's also very kind and pleasant to work with.
I got in hot water with my wife and Kimberly was there to bail me out with a same day delivery. She even warned me about buying flowers for my significant other when they are upset with you, but I proceeded to purchase a really hip arrangement that spoke to my tastes and in the end made my wife very happy when it was delivered to her at work. Suffice to say, even if I'm not in hot water, I will be using Couture Flowers for all my floral needs, oh and did I tell you she sent me a picture of the flowers after they were delivered. Really neat idea to see what I am paying for. Anyway, you won't be disappointed, even if you have disappointed someone.
Kimberly and Nikki make the most beautiful arrangements. They truly know their art. The most important judge of that is my wife loves their work! So if you want to impress your partner, this is the place to go. On top of that, they have superior customer service. The owner even made a delivery herself to meet a deadline. How's that for customer service?! Am truly impressed.
High marks for Couture Flowers! They did flowers for a Christmas Party and they were the most beautiful, dramatic flowers arrangements I have ever seen. STUNNING! -and Kim and the other ladies I dealt with were professional and a delight!
I d say thrift store experience at Couture prices but I don t want to insult thrift stores like that. If the flowers or good customer service matter to you, don t do what I did and trust all the good reviews. Don t support this negligent business.
Btw, I don t typically write reviews but I am taking the time to inform YOU, because I want to protect you from making the same mistake I did supporting this business.
TL;DR: This business owner didn t respond to a series of texts/emails/calls over several days, completely forgot my mother s day order placed several days in advance (and ruined our socially distant mother s day plans in the process), then when I finally pinned her down on the phone (I got a halfhearted apology and zero explanation) she sent the wrong arrangement a day late, and has still not responded to my request to resolve this or offer a refund. (But she did manage to charge my card over $150!)
The details:
I placed an online order on a Wednesday for a premium (aka extra $$) low & lush arrangement of Mother s day flowers to be delivered 3 days later on Saturday.
After placing the order, I emailed this business multiple times to make sure our order was confirmed, with no response whatsoever. I tried to call but their voicemail was full and not receiving messages. I even (out of desperation by this point) messaged them on Instagram with no response.
On Saturday, we wait, and wait. No flowers.
I call the business and finally get through and manage to speak with who I assume was the owner on the phone. I ask if the flowers are coming. She says I am out on a delivery and can t look this up right now. Can you please text me at this number, and I ll look it up as soon as I get back.
So I text her.
No response whatsoever.
The following day, I call her (again) and say I ve reached out multiple times with no response, finally spoke to you yesterday, and (per your request) I texted you to confirm our flower delivery and also received no response. We were expecting flowers yesterday, what happened? She said I can t answer this right now and gave what I felt was a half hearted apology (in a super Karen tone of voice, if you can imagine). Instead of looking up my order at this point, she asked me to re-share all the delivery information and the message so she didn t have to look it up (ok, Karen), putting the responsibility back on me and forcing me to spend even more time to fix her mistake.
The flowers finally arrived late. And they were not what I ordered. As in, I ordered a low & lush arrangement on their website and got something that was pretty much the opposite.
The late arrival negatively impacted our Mother s Day plans, which is disappointing given the added expense for an upgraded arrangement, and also that we can t be in person with our Mom due to social distancing.
I sent a follow up email 2 days later asking for an explanation of why our order was so messed up and asking for compensation to make up for all the egregious mistakes.
I haven t received a response (6 days later).
I wanted to support a local business because I know small businesses are suffering during COVID. I understand this is a very busy time for a flower shop and that mistakes happen, but the lack of a sincere apology, hurriedly speaking to me on the phone and making me feel like I was an inconvenience, sending the wrong arrangement, and still no response or explanation from this business is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. The fact that I have not received any follow up from them nearly a week later demonstrates just how little they care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and order your flowers from anywhere else if you care about the person actually receiving them.
To the business owner if you ever reads this: You have my email if you want to respond and resolve this. Better yet, you have my credit card to issue a refund. Do the right thing.
I live in Seattle and ordered flowers for a friend in Orange County. Amazing. I got a text message with the arrangement that were sent!! The flowers were SO incredible, it looked like I paid way more than I did. I was not expecting it to be that good, my friend was blown away. I know the flowers look incredible on the site, but just as beautiful as those sent!
Today is my Anniversary and I'm stuck in the hospital. I called over to Couture Flowers, spoke with Kimberly and even though they close at noon, she was able to bend things a bit to have her driver drop them off after lunch when my wife will be here. Additionally, since I don't have any form of payment here, she is goingto invoice me and I will be able to make payment next week. How much more accommodating could she be? All of this for a very reasonable price (> $50). Wonderful person who cares about your experience. Thank you.
How often in life are you blown away? How often is customer service superb? How often do you feel you got more than your monies worth? How often are your expectations exceeded? After a recent experience with Kimberly, all of the above happened. I ordered a simple "low and lush" arrangement from the website. The online ordering process was simple and efficient. Because this was a "just because" arrangement, I was more than fine with not knowing what it would look like (though there is an option for a photo to be texted to you).
The arrangement was delivered without issue to my friend within 2 hours of ordering. And...They were stunning! When my friend sent me the picture, I was blown away! I am a self described flower snob and have decent knowledge of flowers. I couldn't believe the choice of blooms Kimberly used! Peonies, Dahlias, Garden Roses...oh my flower loving heart was singing! The quality of the flowers was fantastic and the arrangement was just perfect!
I cannot say enough good things! Kimberly is an artist and not only knows what she's doing regarding flowers, but is running a streamlined business! Look no further! This is the florist for you! I only wish I was located in Southern Cali so I could use her more often! Thanks for not only making my friends day, but mine as well!
