A fav place for tasty Pizza. Looking forward to returning with my friends.

Family and I were in town and looking for a good pizza place. We searched online and found this place. The food was amazing! Some of the best pizza I've had anywhere! Days later and the kids are still talking about how great the food was. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed the ravioli appetizer. The calzones are great.

The wait was very long in a restaurant with hardly anybody in it. They gave us free cheesy bread to make up for the wait. The bread is lackluster.

Our server was fine. He was shy and empathetic. The kitchen got two orders wrong. At this point due to waiting we just ate the incorrect orders.

The first handmade pizza in Omaha. Used to skip study hall and come here. So good! (A word of caution: the pizza is craveable, but the salads are dry bagged...ugh). When Omahans who have moved out of town come to visit, they often want to come back to Zio's at least once during their time back home.

Pizza was not to thick or thin. Cut just right, but not to much tomato taste. The wsiter was real nice snd gave good service

Horrible service, kitchen is taken over an hour to get us 3 items. And there is a total of maybe 5 tables total in the restaurant.
We have only been visited 1 by our server since placing the order about 45 minutes ago.

Been coming here all my life and I will never be back after this horrible service and experience I had with my parents.

Zio's is the best pizza! The Mini Bronx calzone is the way to go if you are pizza'd out.
Dont forget to use the little garlic powder shaker at the table.

Fantastic pizza, great atmosphere and good beer. Instant 5 star.

Comfort food at it's very best. Do you want to make a single giant slice of delicious out of artichoke hearts, fresh garlic, mushrooms, and ricotta? You can! We all have different flavor profiles, but there's so much choice here, there should be no reason you should walk away disappointed, otherwise you need to come back with another combination idea.

The service was attentive, patient, and even subbed an order for us which was a big plus.

I will definitely be coming back here when I can.

Fantastic food and Wonderful staff. Since the food is made to order it is a good idea to plan for a 20- 30 minutes wait from when you order to when your food comes to your table

Visited Zio's yesterday. They opened at noon and my party was among those first in the door. Things seemed to be going ok until we made our food order. By 1:00, we still did not have food. When the food did arrive, my meal had been overlooked in the input process. Which would have been more forgivable had the server taken a moment to see that one person who had definitely ordered food did not receive food, and investigated it at that point. Instead, we had to flag her back down to alert her to the missing item, and then didn't see her again. We did see the hostess, who informed us a few minutes later that the food had been put into the oven and would be ready in 8-9 minutes. As it was nearing 1:30 by this point, we had to take the item to go. 10 minutes later, we saw a different server who delivered the item in a to go box. At no point did a manager approach the table to address the inordinately long wait time or the missing item. When the time came to pay the bill, Zio's really hit it out of the park by offering a whole 10% off. Easily the worst dining and customer experience I've had in a long while. 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option.

Wife and I tried it out and had some very good pizza. Will definitely return in the future.

I work near the location and get slices of pizza occasionally. It is okay, I think a good deal for $4 because the slices are like 2 slices.

I got an X large pizza last night and i was VERY disappointed. A Totinos party pizza wouldve been better 100x better. There was absolutely NO seasoning on any layer of the pizza...not on the meat (beef), the sauce or anything. I had to add seasoning to the pizza myself and it still did not help. Not sure if it's due to new management or not but unacceptable! A waste of $27 but hopefully this helps every one make the right decision. I heard Mangia Italiana is pretty good.

Excellent service. Disappointing food. Mediocre sauce. The driest, overcooked meatballs I've ever had. I'm from NYC. This food doesn't represent the Italian food I'm accustomed to.

Amazing place! First time tried it and we had nice customer service and good food. Can't ask for more.

Busy Saturday night and they were incredibly understaffed. Ordered online at 5:35 and waited until 7:00 to pick up. Ravioli and pizza tasted great. 4 star food, 1-2 star experience and wait.

Get the lunch special otherwise it's $$. The pasta is good and the employees are friendly.

Classic since the 80's. Always crowded but Awesome pizza. Worth the wait. Not always consistent dough is the only downfall. Does have beer & wine. Slow service but friendly staff. Could use a busser to keep tables clean. *Update* the last 2 times I ate here the tables and Restaurant were very clean. The pizzas were very good with perfect crust. As always the service was good. They did close an hour early though. The waiter said they were changing from winter to summer hours soon. (Not posted on door).

Much better that the other Zio's we have been to. I would recommend this location. And they have dairy free cheese.

Love their pizza and calzones for lunch or dinner. Generally I prefer deeper dish pizza but Zios does New york style pizza well. Numerous toppings available to create the pizza pie or calzone of your choice. They also offer pastas, salads and appetizers.

Horrible experience a few days ago while I was eating lunch with my wife, but not due to service. General manager was incredibly kind, we had accidentally sat in some kind of closed section and she was very kind, didn t force us to move or anything, then about halfway through our meal an older woman came into the restaurant with her family, sat right next to us even after the manager told her the section was closed. She refused to move and continued to make a fuss, she even came to our table and tried to include us. Made my wife very uncomfortable, we just want to leave a note that we thought the service was excellent and the food is great, wish there was a better way to mark that section as closed. There was a sign but it s hard to notice, some server came out and put up chairs around it which made it more noticeable, but still seems like something that can be improved on.

Pizza was just ok. Cheese was kind of flavorless. Had a huge crust that no one at the table ate. Toppings were skimpy.

Worst service ever....I ordered one pizza and a salad to go and it took them almost 30 minutes to get my order....then at the last minute the managers want to hurry and give me my food after I was asking for my money back....the ignored that I wanted my money back and pushed me out the door. So I ate the hard crust pizza which they said they make everything to order but I couldn't eat it all because of the hard crust....I called the manager and he did nothing and told me to go on Yelp to make a complaint but I'm gonna put this on every review. Very bad service...don't eat there. They are very rude too

Awesome pasta! Plenty of food for two people in one order. Also fairly priced!

Seems like the slices were really small tonight. Lots of extra crust. Not what we typically get from zios. Not sure what happened tonight.

I feel sick to my stomach after dining here and seeing a dead roach in the middle stall of the women s bathroom. Reported it to the waitress and she said she d tell someone to do something about it. Doesn t do any good to tell someone about it after paying and feeding my family food from a roach infested restaurant. Disgusting. I also took a picture to report to management. For some reason the picture doesn t show up on my review.

Not as good as I remembered it but still not bad pizza

Come here often and usually a great overall experience. Approaching an hour sitting with drinks only and order taken. Busy, but 5 empty tables around us.

Pizza and calzones looked great. Salad with chicken was only so-so with very little meat.

Always get the chicken fettuccine alfredo. Lately the portion has gotten a lot smaller, but still delicious.

Service was lackluster at best. Salad was warm and drowning in dressing. Cheese bread was nearly burnt. Calzone was room temperature. Four hours later and what I could manage to eat is sitting like an impenetrable lump in my stomach. In my experience, this has become the standard for this location. Not planning on returning.

I haven't eaten here in a while. The employee at the from counter was very polite. It seems the pizza has changed since eating here about a year ago. I liked the sauce, but the pizza as a whole was average.

The pizza is tha bomb! I agree with others who say that at times they are slow, tho.

Not worth the price. The pizza, however not terrible, is not worth the ridiculous price they charge.

I like chicken pesto, and also zucchini /veggie pizzas. The staff is really friendly
and efficient, too ! !

Was just ok had to wait a long time for our food it was way over rated and place run by young kids

Our family has been eating at Zio's since they opened many, many years ago. Sometimes you get a great tasting pizza, sometimes not. If you mention it to the employees, they are more than happy to make you happy. The last 2 times we ate at Zio's our pizza was dry, not much sauce and also burnt on the edges. One time it was so dry that I asked my waitress for a bowl of extra sauce. She did bring some out to us but it was cold so that sure didn't help much. The other time, we just ate it without mentioning it to our waitress. We were tired and just in a hurry to go home for the evening.

I just wished they had a better way of cleaning off their tables. The table across from our booth was getting cleaned. The guy cleaning it was using a towel to push the crumbs and food onto the floor. Some of it was coming way to close to our table, as if it was being thrown our way. That was nasty. People walking by had to walk on it. They use the same towel for the seats and tables, it is just gross to watch as they then go on to the next table without any cleaning solution. I did make a comment on their Facebook site and they said management would contact me, instead, my comment was deleted. I then made a comment that my comment was deleted. They ignored me................................I would give it 3-1/2 stars......

Pizza yummy. Salad for take out subpar and crummy. Seemed like it had sat all day until cuz customer ordered take out. The pizza I ordered I asked for the onions to be smalled up for my liking as they just chunk the onions on always. Got the same chunk again. No ones listening to my order requests here. This has been several times now asking for the onions to be cut up smaller. I also asked for the pizza to be cut in party style for kids and it came out in wedges just like the common usual pizza does. Again some ones not listening to my order requests. The pizza is very yummy in slice mode or whole pizza mode. I always get the four topping pizza and have it preboxed to go most of the time as I orede a large one and eat two pieces there and take home the rest. I eat at all the zios places and the consistancy excellent pizza along with the good dollar to food value make it in my top ten places to eat.

Good pizza & service. Parking can be a little tough to find during lunch/dinner. I thought it was a bit expensive for only getting a single topping pizza and soda.

Calzone was tasty, the service was slow and there weren't many people eating and it didn't seem like a large pick up or carry out volume. The wait staff apologized for the delay to us and a table which came in after. All in all it was good, but not great.

I am a pizza snob. I travel and make a point to have pizza where i go. 2 stars when it comes to pizza is average to me. 3 stars you got my attention. 4 stars I'll go toe to toe with anyone who dares challenge good pizza. 5 stars is life changing...yes, LIFE CHANGING and I know of 2.

Always great pizza, service can be slow sometimes though.

Not the best service, but friendly.

Walked In at 359 on my clock and was rudely denied a 2 slice combo. Customer service needs some training. Been going there for decades. Other locations definitely are better trained in customer service.

I'm not a huge fan of thin crust pizza, but Zio's is probably the best in town. Their calzones are pretty good too.

Have always enjoyed great service and food here. One of my favorite places

The pizza is delicious! If you like New York style this is where you need to be. I especially recommend the Thai and the New York Deluxe.

Waited 25 minutes for a 3 topping medium pizza .$30. for a medium and not so good pizza and a ice tea. Over Priced!

My husband and I had late lunch today at Zio's. Our server was Stephan. Pizza was delicious. Stephan was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.
