Somehow a person by the name of JD Bondurant signed up for book borrowing using my email address. When the book was borrowed, I contacted this company to have this issue corrected and nothing happened. Now, the book as been returned months later and still NOTHING has happened. At the very least they could contact me to confirm I am not the person they're dealing with. I don't live in Portland and I have never borrowed the book "China in Ten Words" from them.
The absolute worst company to order text books from. They do not ship on time, the books are not as described and they low ball schools and book companies to purchase their overstock. A truly evil, unethical corporation. I would never support them.
I am rating Follet as per product ASPEN made for CPS by this company. Obviously Foley folks missed whole concept of user experience. All parents and teachers thank you for providing useless web application specially on mobile devices (21 century reminder)

It's hard to overstate how disloyal this company has been to its employees. If getting laid off is your thing, this is definitely the workplace for you.
Being an employee for this company from 1995 to 1997 was horrible, especially when the college professors did not like the bookstore being leased out to a separate company. All I wanted was a job; not an "us vs. them" feud.
Management at the Momence warehouse is terrible! Very unprofessional and uncaring individuals!! All they seem to care about are "numbers-numbers-numbers" They have no clue what is actually going on out on the floor!
