We would very much like to thank the ladies at the blood clinic, my youngest son had to "puncture" blood ... and that went completely wrong, he went out completely.
Thank you for your kind help! reassuring me and having all the time for my son, despite the fact that it was really busy, we were excellent helped by you! thank you!

I am 88 years old and have been admitted with a cerebral infarction. I was very lucky and worked out well. I want to give a big compliment to all the people who helped me, they were very sweet and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Parking to drop someone off is a disaster. How can you, in 5 minutes, be an elderly person who is also infirm and can not be left alone due to dementia for admission. What was annoying was that I was also approached by someone from the hospital when I left the car while taxi buses occupied the whole lot.

Unfortunately we do not have such good experiences with St. Jansdal. A few years ago, when my husband broke his leg, they clearly found himself in emergency room. Because it wouldn't be broken until they saw the scan. Then suddenly everything had to happen (because it was indeed broken). When my husband got two colic attacks this year through kidney stones, it was all easily done. First some pills, then a syringe. Well, go home. The next day he had a violent attack and had to go to the emergency department again. There he continued to faint, but we were told by the lady behind the glass "that they were doing their utmost, but yes .. it was busy". Eventually his kidney turned out to be completely swollen and he had to undergo emergency surgery. Which in the end just took hours. This was followed by a very bad communication whereby one department said this and the other said that. So often we have not known where we stand. And then again this morning try to make an appointment with the jaw chin. 20 minutes on the line because I had to have a direct appointment with the department. Then I just get the appointment department again and they want to put me through again. Well no thanks, I'll chew on my cheek. Man, man ... I am not easily someone who leaves a bad review online. But you just make a mess of it so often. Unfortunately I also hear it from many others around me, including sisters (from other hospitals) who say that St. Jansdal has a very bad name among the hospitals. Unfortunately.

I have been at st. jansdal and when I get there I am always very well helped and the time is taken, the staff is always friendly and think along with you for a solution. I would say: go on like this.

A sympathetic hospital where you don't walk around lost, partly because it is well-organized and where you quickly feel at ease, even in more difficult circumstances.

Great hospital helped me a lot thanks to Sister Ditta! For them alone 1000 stars! Now I have a new liver and I'm doing great! Thanks to the quick help and transport to Essen to the university clinic, I survived! Holland again and again! Ditta

Since my birth I have only come to the Sint Jansdal for treatments. I have been to Urology and Neurology, and have received good care here every time. Making appointments is sometimes difficult, but that is in every hospital in our cramped healthcare

Very bad hospital.
Wife twice on first aid but no more is sought than the referrer's suspicion.
Upon admission there is symptom treatment and again the cause is not really looked for.
While there may be a condition that has been acquired in the tropics, this is simply ignored.
Nursing slow, food terrible and 'room doctor' is not a doctor.
As sick covers as recorded.
Dismissal form contains medical inaccuracies and untruths.
Or after sickness history of more than a month back again at the end (the doctor).

With our 20-month-old son, we were able to go quite quickly. Accident on vacation. Friendly staff and fast flow and handling. Super satisfied !!

Fantastic help at that time with the pediatrician, for our daughter.

You will be helped well, but stupid mistakes will be made

Went to the emergency department when I broke my leg with a mud run. Good service and we could return with the group on time.

Best hospital in the region. Much better than Lelystad.

The ST Jansdal is a good hospital with excellent nursing. The food is not for diet patients to write home about, it is not what you should get following the list what you ordered it is dry and way too much seasoned. The doctors are doing well. We only recommend that it is unfortunate that they have not yet been set up for wheelchair patients, but that this is more than compensated for in healthcare

Very difficult to reach by telephone. With the (direct) telephone number of the relevant outpatient clinic in Harderwijk, mentioned on the appointment card, first 20 minutes on hold, before being answered in..Lelystad (!). There they connect again to Harderwijk, and then end up at the central station there, which you put on hold for another fifteen minutes, so connecting behind. Bad!

A dictatorial hospital with its own laws in the corona era .. I can only have 1 regular visitor, I agree, but I believe that a family member should always be appointed as a regular visitor, then someone else! As of July 1, the entire country will relax everywhere, except ...

My experience with the Sint Jansdal is positive. Is not about a visit to the sick or treatment, but about exhibiting paintings. The contact was great and very friendly. Because I was allowed to exhibit my paintings, some color was brought back into the hospital. Something I would like to see on lesser days. I definitely want to share this positive experience!

This review is about the Rheumatology department. Dr. Kuiper. Very compassionate and proactive. Fantastic and expertly assisted when needed. In short, top doctor! The reception rheumatology is also very friendly. I'm very satisfied.

My father died of prostate cancer a few years ago and was being treated by Dr van Berkel. Unfortunately, during this period he received one misdiagnosis after another from Dr van Berkel, starting with the fact that there was no cancer. To cut a long story short, after the operation Dr van Berkel relied too much on the PSA value that was 'good' and additional complaints were not taken seriously enough. My father died six months after the first appointment with Dr van Berkel, the cancer was from his shoulders to his hips and we only knew that a few days before he died. We would certainly not recommend this Urologist at this hospital. Furthermore, my father fell out of bed 2x (open back) because hospital staff did not realize that his catheter was blocked and because of morphine he could not ask for help. And he also got food that he was allergic to, this was giving up in advance.

Been today again. At the MDL doctor. Get an extensive investigation now. Thought it was a nice doctor I had. He explained everything well and calmly.

28 januari geopereerd aan een liesbreuk. Voor deze behandeling en verzorging wil ik het hele team van Harderwijk, maar ook zeker Lelystad waar de operatie heeft plaats gevonden door chirurg De heer Postma (intake, onderzoek enz, enz) mijn dank en enorme waardering uitspreken.

Geen moeite of service verlenen in welke vorm dan ook was teveel!

Always correctly helped and clear explanations and that at different departments.
At K&O, pain clinic, outpatient surgery, dermatology, neurology and pulmonologist.
So it can be said that it is no exception but policy.

Na mijn operatie werd ik erg goed behandeld, ik het aan probleem waarbij de wond begon te bloeden, waarbij ik onwel werd. Hier hebben zij mij goed mee geholpen, ik kreeg goede hulp en ze kwamen snel tot actie om een rolstoel voor mij te pakken. Daarna hebben zij mij geholpen om weer in mijn bed te komen. Ook voor de operatie werd er goed gehandeld, waarbij ze meerdere keren aan mij vroegen wie ik was, hoe oud ik was en wat voor soort operatie ik kreeg, om zeker te weten of ik de juiste persoon was. De chirurg en de assistenten waren erg aardig en vriendelijk, en hielpen mij met kalmeren wanneer ik last kreeg van paniek. Zij hebben in mijn optiek erg goed gehandeld met ieder probleem dat ik had. Zeker een aanrader in mijn optiek!
Zeer sympathieke dokters en dokters assistenten!

Good hospital with an excellent pain relief department!

Been a long time with oral surgeon (Mr. Kruizinga). Prima and expertly helped.

You can always go to a good hospital and there are good parking places

1 je maakt een afspraak je komt een kwartier te vroeg kan je vervolgens alsnog een half uur wachten
2 kom je op de eerste hulp bloedend en gewond gaan ze aan je vragen wat je nou precies gedaan wilt hebben like is jouw werk maat niet de mijne
3 dan denk je dat je zolang moet wachten op een arts krijg je een ... stagiare
4 owja ik moests medicijnen hebben onder andere paracethamol na anderhalf uur wachten vragen ze gewoon 10 eu voor een doosje ik ben zo weggelopen nog wazig van de verdoving van de operatie en ben naar huis gegaan in de toekomst kom ik hier alleen nog als het levensbedreigend is en dan nog zal ik vragen om een ander ziekenhuis owja doe geen moeite om erachter te komen wie dit getypt heeft want ik ben niet maar een persoon ik ben die ontevreden klant van jullie zakelijke bedrijf die alleen uit is op winst

Dr. die geen oor heeft voor serieuze klachten, die kennelijk niet binnen 't vakgebied vallen...
Wil dr. niet mee lastiggevallen worden.
Ziekenhuis is ziek.

Today I received 2 bags of blood after 3x already. The process went smoothly throughout the entire chain. Including the communication between different hospitals that were involved.

Tribute to the nursing staff and MDL doctors who commit themselves to 120% and stand next to the patient; but such a shame that the behavior and communication of the surgery doctors (who think they are above the patient) become 2 stars.

Thank you very much for the care of the child, speed and efficiency of all the medical staff at the hospital, excellent service !!! Well done!!!

I had broken my hip on Friday, June 5, I was in the hospital at 19.00 and 22.18 I had surgery by mister postma everyone was super sweet what a top hospital

Horrible!!! This is about turnover and not the health of the patient !!

Geweldig snel geholpen, waren op doorreis en werden binnen 10 minuten gehaald en prima geholpen. Goede uitleg en gelijk medicijnen mee.

No fine thing when you laughed at by assistant in pain and wrong!

Pediatrician makes my daughter with pneumonia wait, wait and wait again. It appears too long because it has damaged her lungs.

Bad experience, my daughter in emergency care because of a very painful fat finger after a fall. no pictures made .... "it's just bruised"
Day later to our own hospital where finger was broken and at least 3 weeks in plaster!

Onze zoon is er al enkele weken, goede verzorgers de meeste in ieder geval maar veel te druk wat een nadeel voor de behandeling van mijn zoon zelf zo erg dat hij hierdoor niet naar een revalidatie centrum kan. verder staan er grote borden buiten rookvrije zone maar er word aan alle kanten gerookt en dan heb ik het nog niet over de 5min parkeerzone.

Ik ben dan ook niet erg onder de indruk over dit ziekenhuis maar we hebben maar weinig keus.

my mother (visiting family) from zaandam was suddenly admitted to you.we (three sisters from zaandam) were very well taken care of and could even spend the night in the hospital with a delicious breakfast. very sweet nursing (in the cardiology department) .thank you .
