Very difficult to reach by telephone. With the (direct) telephone number of the relevant outpatient clinic in Harderwijk, mentioned on the appointment card, first 20 minutes on hold, before being answered in..Lelystad (!). There they connect again to Harderwijk, and then end up at the central station there, which you put on hold for another fifteen minutes, so connecting behind. Bad!
