You are treated very unfriendly. There is no need to worry about the patient and his emotions. This has more to do with production work than with providing care

I have been an oncology patient since August. I have excellent care from doctors and nurses. Both the hospital in Hengelo where I receive regular chemotherapy and today in the hospital in Almelo. ZGT Hengelo is a beautiful hospital with friendly staff. Just a pity that it has gradually been stripped down. Several departments have disappeared, making it incomplete

Very bad hospital. My experience is that they constantly hide behind paper, official applications. Situations are not looked at at all, or ideas are given to resolve a miscommunication between two doctors. Photos are sent to the wrong doctor, so there are all delays again and children just have to go through with pain. Agreements are not kept and even then it is said that there would be no official "application", which I am 100% sure that there is. In short, a very rigid and non-customer-oriented attitude. I now understand very well why they are closing more and more departments of this hospital. I'm not going back here.
You cannot get a better employer than ZGT. Have been working there for over 21 years with great pleasure and go whistling every day a positive feeling and come home cheerfully.
Sad emergency doctor. Apparently registration in a computer is already higher math. When, after an hour of waiting, you kindly ask how long it should take you get the comment: "You should have said that earlier." This while you know that when you do that you get the standard answer "It's busy". I do understand why the hospital is being stripped more and more.
I personally think it is very bad, as they would send an appointment to me by post, this would be done a month in advance. It never arrived, and now they still have the guts to send a letter stating that I should be allowed to cancel if something prevents me from coming. They are just trying to take the blame! I now walk around with plaster for 1 whole week longer while that is not necessary at all. They also suddenly send me to another hospital without any communication about it. In short, I think all this is very badly arranged and really scandalous that they cannot admit their mistakes. In fact, shifting their blame to someone else.
Well helped. Is listened to you and your complaints. Be on the safe side. Just wait and see how they treat my little boy.
Friendly staff. My son is here to spend a few days in 2015. Hospital is easily accessible by car and public transport.

I was there around midnight, I had an accident at work. I asked for sutures and tetanus injection. After registering in the window, the doctor accepted me after 35 minutes of waiting. Nice, the doctor greeted me with a hand. He understood my problem and went into action. Anesthesia and literally a while and I had stitches on. Finally, I received a card to report to the nurse in the window to receive an injection. I am very happy to visit this place. Fast, efficient and of course nice. I will add that the visit time was quite late. I recommend

our experiences with the hospital are downright bad especially the mamma poli, no follow-up care after a breast operation (cancer) no points of contact nobody is available if complications arise sloppy work plastic surgery also never received no invitation after an operation, 2 appointments not fulfilled before the operation blood sampling forgotten
In December 2018, operated by Dr. Schmidbauer. Now, April 2019, amazing result, so beautiful. I dare to wear tops again, and look forward to swimming in the sea. The care was wonderful, loving. I would have it done again, dr schmidbauer .... THANKS
