Very bad hospital. My experience is that they constantly hide behind paper, official applications. Situations are not looked at at all, or ideas are given to resolve a miscommunication between two doctors. Photos are sent to the wrong doctor, so there are all delays again and children just have to go through with pain. Agreements are not kept and even then it is said that there would be no official "application", which I am 100% sure that there is.
In short, a very rigid and non-customer-oriented attitude. I now understand very well why they are closing more and more departments of this hospital. I'm not going back here.
