Totally unprofessional and unprofessional. My laptop was in repair for a month. After my calls and hurrying up, I got my laptop back empty with no information in it. plus they paid me 250 kuna for the work of a technician and the laptop is under warranty. I would not recommend anyone to Zel-Cos.

Best service experience so far. Whether I m just that lucky or not, I don t know. I exchanged a total of about 16-17 emails before and during laptop service (screen replacement under insurance (super warranty)). Mr. Marko answered every question and question of mine very professionally and kindly within 24 hours. Really a pleasant experience, although I thought it was almost impossible to find.
Screen replaced within 1 hour.
The laptop was returned totally cleaned on the outside, I guess the inside was also cleaned which was incidental. All in all, I am very pleased.
All praise to the team and Mr. Mark on professionalism and kindness.

Two weeks of diagnostics to determine that the keyboard and fan are not working, and because of the same laptop and adopted!
After 3 weeks they send an email that they still can t get a keyboard because the manufacturer no longer produces the model.
They do not respond to inquiries and complaints and of course charge for the "service", but emphasize that they will return the amount paid. What luck!

They have paid reviews of these 5 stars, the ones left by LOCAL GUIDE users so don't fall for fives, the service is slow, unprofessional and lazy, and the price of repairing devices is higher than just devices, as if they have work to do, so they don't like ... a very bad experience.

Sent them notebook via local retailer. It is under warranty. After 3 weeks, they sent it back and I was expecting they repaired everything. But they didn`t, although the problem was clearly written on a work order. I needed to immediately send it back for another repair. Very unprofessional.

I did not go to Zel-Cos with my choice, but because Lenova's warranty was valid only at Zel-Cos as an authorized service. The repair lasted for too long (a few weeks), and the laptop began to break up very quickly after repair. I do not know whether Zel-Cos is installing old hard drives or simply using very cheap and low-quality parts, but after this experience, I'm no longer planning to buy Lenovo equipment. Also, if you do not depend on the warranty, I strongly recommend that you use the services of a service that are multiple quicker and more reliable.

These guys have helped me with a broken keyboard, 2 screens, a motherboard, 2 hard drives, virus (not covid-19), and the time I thought my laptop was broken but the brightness was just turned all the way down. Zel-Cos is really good with computers because I really suck at taking care of them.

The screen went off on the HP laptop and the image was flickering and the colors were wrong. I was skeptical about going to the service because of the reviews that everything was waiting too long and back in the wrong state. For a note - my warranty has expired.
The laptop was submitted on Monday 9.12.2019. at 8am and the diagnostics were done and a repair offer was posted in a week. The laptop was serviced the same day I was contacted and accepted the offer by mail. The second day, the laptop was already ready for download.
It would give 4 stars because the diagnostics were (if ordered) judged immediately one and a half hours after receipt, but the mail did not arrive with this information until next week. And for the reason that the prices are a little greasy. But despite that, they said they had met and the service was properly done immediately on the same day we contacted. (And I don't want to disturb the average) My recommendations! GG WP!

I had to have my business laptop checked for battery health and was constrained by time, seeing how I use it for work. They were kind enough to schedule a time for me to have the test done and returned the laptop so I can use it until the replacement battery arrives.

Unfortunately, not a greatest experience. Poor diagnostics, they first said that nothing was wrong with my laptop, then suddenly found out that the display needed to be replaced - a difference of 150 . And there is more - the final sum I had to pay was roughly 30 percent more than I had been told by them just one day before. So, make sure that you get everything on paper before agreeing to have anything done by those people. Hopefully the laptop will be functional after the repairs since I haven't checked it yet.

The enter, space and delete keys stopped working on the laptop. The space button was already being repaired by them a couple of months ago, it was repaired in one day under warranty. After we took it for repair, we were told that we would be contacted by the service in a few days after the laptop passed the diagnostics. No one answered for 3 weeks, and the description of the work order on the page indicated that new parts for the laptop were waiting. They contacted us after 20 days and told us that the warranty for the laptop was denied due to finding liquid under the keyboard (no one watered , there was no word about that liquid when it was last repaired) and asked for 900 kuna for the repair after their laptop had been standing for three weeks, and the bill states that the price of the keyboard is 430 kuna. The staff is extremely rude, I would not recommend this service.

I was more then happy they solve the problem on two of my Acer tablets. Will use them again in a future.

Arrogant service technicians who shift the responsibility to the manufacturer and coldly answer that they did the right thing. They send disks for destruction despite instructions to keep them. I am disappointed with your behavior. You cost me all my memories and the right to save them !!!

My laptop is 2.5 months old with them and they are not able to send it to the repair provider or whether the warranty is recognized or not. when you call them they just say be patient we don't even know ourselves. And in the end, we had to get at least information with threats via emails, let alone repairs. Mostly a disaster from the service

I got a rocker from a key on a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop and the same day contacted the service and they answered my phone as soon as it was a miracle service and they agreed to send pictures to the mail to see what it was about since we were a long distance away so I wouldn't just come on laptop review in Zagreb. The other day he received a response and received a proposal for a solution. They sent me another rocker and a button by mail to my address. All settled in 3-4 days including delivery service. Very satisfied!
