I brought my laptop, which is under warranty, and Zel-cos is a T-com repairer.
I came across very kind guys who eliminated the malfunction within 5 minutes, which was not a malfunction. All compliments to the employees !! And they work until 5pm which is ideal for me working until 3pm.

Dana 23.09.2019. I handed over my computer for repair. After the diagnostic has been performed (the fan must be replaced), on 12/10/2019 the full amount of that repair has been paid. How to date me, 03.11.2019. NO ONE from the service has contacted me yet, I called and found out that NOTHING was done, and that NOW would just order a fan. And watch this now - as of today, we are starting to count the 25 business days they say they need to repair.

I needed to replace only one key on my laptop keyboard. They got the job done within an hour and it was free of charge!!

They do not answer the phone, when you receive them, they do not give the exact information when the computer will be repaired.
After the repair , my laptop broke down the same day and they took it back saying they would fix it at the first opportunity.
I've been waiting for this for a week.

Worst service ever. They have been diagnosing for two weeks. I call on Wednesday they say it could be done during the day to say on Friday that it is still not done. I understand I'm not the only one, but car breakdown diagnostics takes less than a day and the installation of the same engine in the car is done in one afternoon and you are not able to make the diagnostics in 14 days. Bypass the service in broad harbor, don't trust good reviews because they have paid reviews

Friendly staff, the prices are a bit high and the wait time is quite long, I personally waited 4 weeks for my laptop to have it serviced!

Awful, just awful. On my warranty, there is Zel Cos name. My laptop is still with them, for a week now. I called and they didn't touch it yet. I told them I think it is the charger, because when I connect it, first it is normal, and then connection is lost. To check this, it would take like 2 minutes. So, I'm not talking about fixing the laptop, I'm talking about diagnostics. Last week, 7 days ago, they said they will do diagnostics in maximum 24 h and then give me a call. 7 days have passed after they took my laptop and put it on the shelf behind their desks. For 7 days, my laptop wasn't touched, no one started doing anything. And they told me this through the phone, dead straight, like that is a most normal thing, not to touch someone's laptop for 7 days. And the worst thing is that I can't take it anywhere else because I will lose my 3+2 years warranty. The laptop is Lenovo C340. And Lenovo company will also get detailed description of this experience. Hopefully they will help me with choosing another service provider without losing warranty. Zel Cos is really a huge disappointment. And so unprofessional. When I brought my laptop, I first phoned them. And that guy was great to talk to. But then when I came, there were like three guys behind the desk. And they were so rude, giving my contact information was a challenge, like they didn't want to hear it. I ignored it then, thought maybe they have bad days, maybe they aren't paid fairly. But now, if they couldn't touch my laptop for 7 days, I will not ignore it anymore. Next Monday I am supposed to start work, and I don't have my laptop. Just awful.

Probably the best IT equipment service not only in Croatia but in the whole region. They're not perfect though, we're a bit of a market so you can wait longer for some part but the job is great. The landlord could invest some kunas in expanding and renovating the space, as well as an additional range of services, perhaps even a worker.

Slow service, high price, wrong diagnosis. Not for recommendation.

I see that I am not the only one who had bad experiences with them.
I took the tablet for repair-which was under warranty-a 2 month old device but the battery was consuming abnormally fast..to tell me that it goes under the battery specification and that's right..when I asked if it was normal for the battery to wear out too fast, through the night when not in use and that my home battery on the older tablet lasts longer, the employee just shrugged and said "I didn't say it was normal" ... nor P of your professionalism and explanation ,. I had to extract words from you to get an explanation ... not to mention that the tablet lay there for a month, and as soon as the battery was tested (5 hours) ...
