Thank you very much for creating a website that exceeded my expectation. As a designer and a jeweler I had very specific ideas of how I wanted my website to look and to function. I was not sure if all of those ideas were possible based on my previous experience working with web designers. From the start I was impressed how each person from Zeeblu handled my business needs. Jamie came over my shop to offer great input (priceless!). In the following weeks I was happy to hear that Tori ( who I had helped me with creative writing on the previous website) had joined Zeeblu. Tori was fantastic with her skills and promptness, keeping me inform of the progress and any questions and adjustment that I needed. Melanie was Great! She took the time to understand my business model, communicate those ideas to Zeeblu and made them possible. Along with all of Zeeblu staff ( designers ) Thank you again! for an excellent website!!

ZeeBlu is a huge supporter of non-profits in our community! They approached me at the Foodbank with a great fundraising opportunity - a 5K on Thanksgiving Day! We were super excited to participate. ZeeBlu had almost 300 participants sign up and raised over $3,000 at the event! This provided 24,400 meals for those in need in Santa Barbara County. We cannot wait to partner again with them next year. They even offered to help us with our marketing needs on a volunteer basis! We couldn't ask for a better partnership.

BEWARE! My experience with ZeeBlu started off great until I encountered a problem, then they were nowhere to be found. Chad Ratliffe and team helped me create my business website. I started having problems with it and later found out that my website had been hacked. I am in the service industry and response time to something like this is critical to my business. Chad and his team transitioned from slow to respond to no response at all! Over the past 2 months, I have sent emails, called, and even drove out to their office located at 81 David Love Place suite J only to find that they had vacated that location and the new location on their website is a UPS Store. I have emailed Chad to terminate services and cancel the automatic monthly debits. I will update my review if the debit occurs or if there is any development. In the meantime I have signed up with a new marketing firm and have to start all over with my website as I do not have access to my current content. Chad Ratliffe and ZeeBlu are unprofessional, unreliable, and should not be in business. I hope this review saves someone a lot of time and grief.
