At the dealership today regarding a recall on my 2018 Cruze and was heading home in about 25 minutes after arriving.

Very happy with the work done, but very disappointed to see your staff not complying with the same orders posted on your door. Of your two people at the front terminals, one wasn't wearing a mask at all and the other only put one on when I came in the door. Of the three women in the enclosed cashier area, two were wearing their masks incorrectly (not covering their nose) and the third wasn't wearing one at all. Again, a real disappointment and will definitely impact my future considerations for using your dealership.
Jack Evans Chevrolet was our first experience with a hassle-free car dealership. As meticulous car buyers, we were not easy customers, but the staff and service proved very patient and, as advertised, hassle-free. Our first test drive was met with the worst monsoon. Sean happily played in the down pour to pull the car under the carport so we could check the vehicle out while we waited out the rain storm. Manager Justin was amazing at answering all of our questions and giving us all the information on the vehicle. He maintained email contact to answer all the painstaking questions we asked and even let us take the vehicle overnight to be sure it would fit in our garage. Sales associate Susan was extremely knowledgeable when we finally made the decision to purchase after two weeks of deliberation. In between, we were never pressured and she assured us multiple times that buying a car was a big decision and to take time to pick the right car. Finance officer Sydney was patient as we worked out many service contract scenarios before arriving at the right one for us and our new to us 2014 Chevy Volt.
