Olsons Auto Body Review

Great experience. Had some major scratches that needed repainting. Nice people.

Fairly easy to deal with as my truck needed a minor repair to the rear passenger side door. The truck had a strong chemical/paint smell which I didn t think much of since it had just been touched up. Upon getting home and looking closer there was paint overspray on the interior door trim and a major drip from excess paint right out in the open on the door. Not great attention to detail and they should have never let it leave like this. Disappointing since they were recommended to me.

Friendly, good work too. Paint looks better then the factory.

Got a quote from them they are a thousand dollars more then other shops and give no explanation of why they think they are better then the other shops

Multiple mistakes/defects in the paint work. (The in-house detailer scratched up the new paint anyway) poor panel alignments, and front bumper fitment issues. after multiple attempts still didn t get it right. So I gave up on them. Customer service is great though (hence 2 stars).

Just got my vw gti back from Olson s, they did an amazing job! Car looks brand new. Insane attention to detail, new parts line up perfectly next to oem parts and they defogged one of my headlights so the new one didn t stick out at all. Would definitely take my car back there and I recommend them for anyone in the Traverse area!

The team was very professional, timely and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Not only does my car look brand new, it was finished early and they made the process extremely easy. Highly recommend!

I will go back to Olson's if I ever need any auto body work again. They did a great job and their nice loaner cars make it very convenient.
