Out of chicken wings. How does a wing joint run out of wings? I tried boneless wings instead. Balls of dough around some chiicken. Cant believe anyone would try them twice.

Fast friendly service.(I think their chicken fingers are starting to shrink though)

The food is always prepared perfectly and the employees are super courteous!

Their food is good WHEN COOKED ALL THE WAY, SEASONED LIKE ADVERTISED AND FRESH. Every time I come to this location they give my family old fries or fries that aren't cooked all the way through without seasoning. We don't ask for no seasoning or old food obviously. If im going to go to a restaurant with prices like Zaxbys I better get what I'm paying for. Unfortunately the employees don't know how to cook. Theyre gonna plunder that business like the employees did with the last checkers we had in statesboro that went out of business.

This is the best Zaxby's around. The line may be long, but they do a good job of prioritizing orders and getting the food out to you. Worth the wait.

Great food but terrible location. Wish they would find a better drive thru system. It's dangerous over there.

The place is not clean floors looked really bad around the walls looked like they had not been sweep I or moped in a long time

The chicken is getting smaller and the customer service is going down the drain

Good food but way over priced I can buy steak dinner for the money they won't for chicken

Always good chicken here, my only complaint is the grilled chicken sandwich seems to be a smaller piece than it should, and aways get jipped on the small serving of fries. Mgmt needs to increase the serving sizes of the meals.

Great food but they need to do something about the drive line.

Great food and wonderful service and was great on helping and explaining the food and menu. Will definitely go back again

If you've never ate here you need to try it. Best chicken fingers around.

My Wings and things with nuclear sauce. Satisfied my spicy pallet.
My wife's Cajon chicken was tasty too.

They have good chicken and the people are friendly but there can sometimes be decent wait time.

Highly disappointed! My Zen Salad tonight is soggy and wonton burnt up black. Went through drive through,.one employee is eating at window,and one drops my dressing on the floor then continues to walk away. Your cook should be ashamed to serve this kind of unappealing salad to someone!! It wasn't even made correctly,.what about the asian slaw?Zaxby's you're in need of some serious help!! This is a shame because y'all used to be good!

OG Zaxby's was super fun! The staff was very nice even though we ordered 45 minutes before closing.

Welcome home! I love Zaxby's! I've always been impressed about the company's attention to detail and the research put in to every little thing in their food production. Highly recommended restaurant. And, the company's origin began in Statesboro, so welcome home!

Place is clean, staff is helpful. Did was right, and it was hot.

Slow, uncaring service, chicken is usually over cooked.

The staff were awesome and the food was delicious but my piece of chicken on my sandwich was so small it was mainly lettuce mayo and bread

7 finger chicken plate with coleslaw is my fav also love their grilled chicken zalads one of the few places you can get cherry sprite

I've always liked zaxby's but here the past couple of times I've went they Forgotten parts of my order. And tonight I went up there sat in the drive-through line for 15 minutes just to be told when I get to the speaker that they had literally just closed. Now I understand that they have to close at a certain time but I've been sitting there for 15 to 20 minutes.

I really like zaxbys but this one only gets 3 stars because every time I've gone there on the weekends after 5-6 at least half the tables are dirty. College kids are to lazy to clean up after themselves. They need to keep an eye on the cleanliness on the floor

I love the food and the atmosphere this place creates. Fills me up with no issues for a really reasonable price

We ordered 2 family meals and added extra sauces ! Spent over $50. My husband ask them if they put the sauces in the bag the lady that brought it out said yes! They didn t give us our fries or sauces. I called to let them know and the person I spoke with was rude and didn t offer to do anything to fix it.

Zaxby's is always a great place to stop for a bite. Their salads are to die for. The chicken was a little overcooked this time, so only 4 stars. Otherwise everything was fine.

Highly suggest the BLT secret menu item, I get one every time I go by.

Drive through took a little longer then normal but the food is always good

Great food. Prices are typical. Rolling highchair. Funny Nicnacks on the walls. Used to be slow but service has been quick for months now. :)

Food always great. Made fresh each visit I've had. Customer service is good, they get crazy when you ask for something not exactly as menu list it, most fast food restaurant employees this request boggles their mind and it is always wrong no matter how you order unless you get exactly like description

If y'all can make sure that everyone food is fresh and hot every time y'all will always get 5 starts, but it don't

A big Zac snack and order of fried pickles. That's a quick and good meal that's hard to beat.

Friendly staff and the hot honey mustard sauce is quite tasty.
