I've never seen a restaurant as well kept as this place . The higher up management was there on my visit , they took the time to talk to me and listen . Can't wait to get back there .

First time trying Zaxbys... it was delicious! Loved the honey mustard, and the chicken fingers are amazing.

It was clean and my food was served quickly but the food itself was mediocre

4 stars because it's technically the oldest running Zaxbys though not technically the first. Also fast service and good food

Decent fast food chicken fingers, but way over priced

They are slow uncaring and chaotic. My order was made work 3 times after having to return and reorder because they ran out of boneless. Workers were impatient and sarcastic. Never going there again.

Great food but the parking lot and trying to get out of there is horrendous

Foods good but portions are shrinking and staff is lacking conversation skills. I'll eat here if nothing else is available or busy

Cashier could not get my order right. On a to go order got what I didn't want.

Some great items no longer are on the menu. Prices have raised on some foods too, but still yummy food!

Great place to eat ,but for older peoples there food is too salty

Doesn't supply artificial sugar for diabetics this is sad with all the people especially in a college town you'd think they'd have some type of artificial sweetener. Long wait time and not very friendly customer service. This place is going downhill fast. I'll drive the extra 30 minutes to metter tod better food quality and better service and will notify everyone of how awful this place has come and how great metter is.

It was too crowded because of a lack of space to stand and wait for your order. However, the Zalad was Superb!

It's okay chicken, overpriced for what you get. Meh.

Love their chicken sandwiches. Onw of the what places for lunch or dinner.
