Pretty slow and messy place but you can't beat the food

Person that took my order was nice, but foid was cold...had to go back into the store to get my utensils. Greeted by a young lady who apparently did not want to be a work. Kitchen staff was loud and boisterous for some unknown reason.

Our fries were cold and our orders were messed up, but they fixed it with no complaint.

Usually they are very good, but tonight I ordered a Kickin Chicken Sandwich and when I got home found that it was missing a piece of bread. This means either the person making the sandwich forgot a piece when putting it in my box, or that someone took it off when checking the food. But I m displeased with this experience.

The food was perfect..Service was Excellent..The manager was Superb..!!!!!!!. This was the. Best Zaxby's. I have ever been to.... .10 Stars from me.......

Love the traditional wings with nuclear sauce, they are almost always busy if your trying to go through the drive through. but they try to serve your food as fast as possible.

They forgot my ranch dressing and I asked for chips and didn't get any, and my chicken was cold

Order a grilled chicken salad,the meat was very pink obviously not cooked All the way showed it to counter person they gave it back to the kitchen they had a bad attitude and said it was not raw but would redo it then gave me one of those you must be stupid looks. not happy

I have been working for Zaxby"s for three years now! I just love my job and my customers! The food is always fresh!

My daughter love zaxdys so we went to the place and my daughter loved it.

The only thing i dont like is when they serve wings they put ranch or zax sauce in same serving plate. Rest everything else is best. Best food

I used to hate zaxbys until I tried the chicken dipped in zax sauce. It tasted soooo good! The way for the chicken to taste good is if you dip it in zax sauce.

Ordered a five finger platter, paid for a five finger platter, but didn't get any Cole slaw. Also, the food looks over cooked! I was very appreciative of the discount that they give to uniformed personnel though. Xaxbys usually does well at the other location but this one is a location I will not visit often.

Fast, really good food, wish they didn't charge for sauces but they are good so ok

This place is ridiculous!! Been there 3 times, order wasn't right the first 2 times. Decided to give it another try today!! Wings were fried so hard, I couldn't even tell it was chicken!!

A fair warning to all those who choose to dine here, The ice machines do NOT get cleaned at any time and their interpretation of sanitation is very very loose and poor. Consume at your own risk.

By far the worst visit we've had in a Zaxby's. Food was overcooked and overpriced for the quantity you received. Service was less than desirable, no one seem to understand the principles around running a restaurant. I hope this was a training night for a bunch of new hires and we were the Unlucky ones to stop by.

Stay packed inside and out! But the food is good. I love their crinkly fries! Their chicken fingers are a little dry, tho.

Was dissatisfied. Asked for Zaxby Zalad, but got something else
. Because time didnt permit me to change it out.. I just ate it.. ppl, plz just listen to the customer, they will tell u what they want or need..JUST LISTEN!!

Awesome food. Super clean! Go here every time I visit my son at Georgia Southern University.

If I'm talking about the food, it was ok. But if I was rating the people, then I'd say ten stars...this young chipper lady was very helpful and courteous. Would def come back

I'd never even heard of this place until I got to GA and I tried the fries and they were pretty great!

ZAXBY'S IS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't eat here, you're crazy. It's so good. So there's that.

They didn't have any sauces so we couldn't eat here. The one on campus is better and nicer and easier to get to, and they have sauce.

Wings were not very good, seemed old or overcooked. Service, while not bad, was a little rude.

I just feel that the chicken fingers have gone done in quality over the years. This is over multiple visits to multiple locations.
Employees at this location didn't seem to care and the manager was a short with me as he took my order.

I swear every time I go the employees tell me something different. I try to get the grilled chicken fingers and sometimes they will do it but other times they rudely refuse saying they don't do it. I don't mind waiting for them but just don't be lazy and not want to make them.

Food to high priced for the quantity. Food prep time is way to slow.

Always perfect always exactly what you order, what else do you need? If you like chicken this is the place to go!

We always get the 5peice chicken fingers plate with coleslaw deliciousness all the way around large variety of flavored drinks my fav is cherry sprite

Good is good. But the customer service is always VERY poor. They actually held up the line so the lady in front of me could go get a penny. Of course I gave her a penny but that's just crazy u would hold up the line for this lady to go get a penny

We love to eat at Zaxby's. This location is clean with friendly workers. It's a busy location, but there is sufficient parking and a drive thru. The service is relatively quick and the food was tasty.

I visit this location regularly and I am noticing that the service and quality is dropping. It was a favorite but now not so much.

Food was ok, sauce could of been Spicer but this is the south, so they must allow for that I guess...

Other than someones rubber band from their hair in my salad, it would have been great.

Not bad for a fast food franchise. My son swears by it. Chicken fingers joint with with various sauces. Quick and easy.

Very good chicken. A little spicy, which I really like, but if you don't like just a slight kick, it might not be for you.

The service was fast and the young lady outside taking the orders was friendly and professional. The food was good except this is the third time I've not received my celery. I made sure to mention that they please put it in both boxes. It comes with what I ordered.
Three times now it's been left out...disappointing.

Love this place I've been coming to Zaxby's since they first opened on campus recommend if you've never tried Zaxby's come and get you some don't be scared of the long line it is a fast pace service store
