Highly disappointed! My Zen Salad tonight is soggy...

Highly disappointed! My Zen Salad tonight is soggy and wonton burnt up black. Went through drive through,.one employee is eating at window,and one drops my dressing on the floor then continues to walk away. Your cook should be ashamed to serve this kind of unappealing salad to someone!! It wasn't even made correctly,.what about the asian slaw?Zaxby's you're in need of some serious help!! This is a shame because y'all used to be good!
