Great hotel, great service, close to transport and parking

the room a little small and with little autonomy on the regulation of the temperature. optimal location. clean environment.

Excellent hotel suitable quality, services, and the location near the Bologna Station and the airport by airbus service favors the liking.

Comfortable rooms and large bathroom, excellent location near the central station

Excellent breakfast, we appreciate choices for vegans - yogurts and milk replacements.. We didn't like pillows as the were too firm and high. We felt like having broken neck every morning. Also our room didn't have standard window, but just some kind of ventilation window.

Arriving .... from outside it looks like a poor hotel but I changed my mind upon entering ... nice clean good breakfast

Good for hosting training courses (it has large rooms and close to the train station), but it seems a bit sad for tourists.

The slightly dated decor, the walls between the adjoining rooms are extremely thin and the noise is frequent. As for cleaning, it is excellent. The reception staff could be a little more smiling.

The air conditioning of the Vienna room, where I was for a conference, leaves enough to be desired.

I attended a training course at the Hotel Europa, as an operator. The rooms are quite large but without windows and therefore for long events they become a bit cramped. The facility is composed of everything needed for conferences and the staff is very friendly. I also stayed one night. The room was furnished a little old fashioned but still clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and wide. The thing I liked the most was the bathroom. Modern, well lit and warm. The shower is very large and everything you need for the bathroom is provided.

Classic style hotel .. room layout, according to my taste, a bit heavy and dated ... the bathrooms are comfortable and more modern in style .. courteous and helpful staff

Typical hotel with a classic and elegant style, maybe a little in decline or with many years.
Our room had two bathrooms, one of them for the disabled.

The hotel is often the venue for important conferences / seminars due to its strategic location just a short walk from the station, in a quiet area of Bologna. The rooms are equipped with a good audio and video system. Lighting could be improved. The staff is super. The furnishings are not to my taste, too classic. The restaurant is good. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds.

Grand hotel which is the only hotel I've been to so far that truly understands the needs of a disabled guests. The disabled rooms have 2 bathrooms, one completely kitted out for a disabled use (save for the mirror which is at normal height!). Located close to the train station.

Hotel located near the central station, so great location for a stay in Bologna. Staff friendliness, good room cleanliness. Not very large rooms equipped with TV, safe, wi-fi, mini bar and large bathroom with a rich set of please!

Everything is ok except for the chairs (and relative armrests) of the conference rooms. A torture that distracts attention

Antique style but quite nice, overall pleasant. Unfortunately the air conditioning was too high and therefore quite annoying. Wi-Fi coverage not up to par. Courteous and helpful staff.

Great central hotel: a stone's throw from the Chalet stop, a stone's throw from Sliema.

Hotel is good with good breakfast, however the lunch menu is not very good very limited choices, but just outside the hotel there are couple of Italian restaurant who serve delicious food, there is one Pakistani restaurant also by the name Punjabi Food which has some veg menu also.

Hotel in a strategic position, close to the station and very close to the city center. It has large rooms where it is possible to hold meetings, meetings or seminars. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is the rather pricey bar prices.
