Worst online company to buy from! I buy from so many companies online and have never experienced such bad customer service! They made a mistake with my order but than I couldn t return the item because they gave me wrong barcode . And that delayed me from returning it but at the end they blamed it on me! I will never order from them again & do not recommend.

I use to love buying from Zalora before. But not anymore. The return process is taking more than 5 working days (sometimes 7-9 working days). It means once I return, I will have to wait like ~2weeks to get back my wallet credit. So this is very long.. Please improve the return process.

This looks like some scam. I paid cash on delivery. I returned the dress but I don't know when I will get my money, when and where exactly I will get my money back? There is no way to reach zalora team and no idea how to know where the item is.

I loved Zalora at the beginning. However, this year they have not lived up to my expectations. I had multiple refund problems with Zalora. I thought i'd give Zalora many chances. Unfortunately, it failed to keep up to my standards. Refund was not proceeded until was further asked. Refund took more than a week or so. Quality of product was not there for the cufflinks that had been ordered. There were fingerprints etc. Similar cufflinks were purchased at Qooo10 and the quality was so much better. Delivery is good. They managed to deliver the next day. Zalora still needs a lot of room for improvement.

Bought the item but didn't know when it will arrive... When it arrive today i was at sch and my bro was at home with no cash... Very unpleasant thing to know as previously when i bought stuff from zalora they would take the effort to message me to tell me whether im free that day or no. Very bad service

Suggestion to potential customers: *avoid* Not worth the hassle, wasted time and money.

1) Delivery: claimed they attempted delivery but failed. Impossible as I was staying at a reputable hotel with a 24hr reception. Nor did Zalora call (I showed Zalora my phone logs.) Once I showed this to Zalora, they stopped arguing that I'd caused the missed delivery and said "we will feedback" - whatever that means.

2) Customer service: Their focus is on closing down the conversation rather than listening to you to understand the issue and offering a solution. I presume customer service are over-worked, handling a lot of complaints.

Suggestion to Zalora: look at amazon or any other platform. Get it right from the start and you won't have to field an army of customer service agents to quell the angry one-off customers.

I would give a zero star if there's such option. I bought from Zalora few weeks ago and they sent me the wrong item. Promised to come and collect on a specific date but did not show up. Customer service is horrendous and all they told me was they were "checking". I have bought from many eCommerce websites before and this is by far, the worst. This will be the first and last time I deal with Zalora - a cheap website driven by discounts with the worst service!

I am a Zalora customer for last 5 years and gradua...

I am a Zalora customer for last 5 years and gradually the quality of products and their customer service has gone down.It has become so poor that the home delivery guy talks rudely, leaves parcel unattended /with someone else other than the assigned contact and this time they have delivered to the wrong floor in my address.When I raised this concern, Zalora replied back saying 'it was delivered at the correct floor, we just checked with the delivery guy' They decided to believe suppliers/ delivery guy instead of the customer who is spending 100+ dollars in almost every purchase.Will definitely consider other options and stop shopping with Zalora.

Preorder for Hari Raya item from February 2016 cancelled on Raya eve. Was checking leading up to Hari Raya and each time something different is communicated. To add insult to injury, was offered a 15% discount code for use within three months. Informed refund will be done to original mode of payment but refund done for Zalora store credits instead?! Worst service ever, no effort put in for service recovery at all. Get your act together and take ownership instead of blaming supplier. Cant even communicate internally properly!

Very irresponsible and rude delivery. Asked customer to go down to the main entrance to collect! Isn't it breaking CB order by asking people to go out to do non-essential things like this? And what's the point of delivery? And the driver said it was not convenient to drive in. So my hubby waited outside condo for long time. It turned out they actually drove in and passed the security guard and simply too lazy to drive another maybe 100m to delivery to customer house! So two parties didnt meet up and called in again. Delivery guy became very rude and just cut off the line while explaining to him. Worst experience ever!

I am the biggest fan of Zalora :) Their customer service is spectacular, fast delivery, amazing choices for clothing :) Thank you Zalora! There are times when I ordered the wrong size, a new size will be delivered. Zalora also makes sure I am satisfied with my product. Otherwise, they'll do a refund. I really can't find any fault with Zalora :) Thanks crew!

Friday, 30 March 2018 was a Public Holiday. My fam...

Friday, 30 March 2018 was a Public Holiday. My family & I was away from 30 March to 31 March 2018.

On March 31 (Sat), upon reaching home at 11pm I was HORRIFIED to see 2 Zalora parcels slotted in between my gate and door.

Both parcels are worth $200+ totaled!

On March 31 (Sat), I received a missed call & text from the delivery man at 2.40pm.
Saw them one hour later and knew it was a failed delivery attempt. Which means I should be receiving on Monday, April 2 instead. Not just stuffed between my gate & door!

1. As stated on Zalora's website, delivery would be on Mondays - Fridays, 12pm - 6pm.
So Saturday delivery is they ownself do.

2. As stated on Zalora's website, "We'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts." This was only the FIRST attempt!

3. Friday, March 30 was a Public Holiday. Since it's a long weekend, most people would be on a short getaway.
If I were to reach home on Sunday or Monday night, that parcel would have sat there for 32-56 hours or STOLEN.

4. In the case of theft, they said I would be compensated.

I sent a feedback through Zalora's website & received an email 5 hours later.

Reply was straightforward & clear but too short & generic for my liking.
All THREE of my questions were not answered including point 1. & 4. Had to ask again the second time *facepalm*

Do not order from this Company if you actually do need clothing or shoes. Worst online retailer ever, in my experience. I ve tried ordering twice, both times they just cancelled my order without explanation - after I waited forever for them to ship it. Such a waste of money and time. I would give a zero star rating if it existed...

bad service. customer service personnel over email does not help but only give generic responses. ordered 2 shipments worth 400 plus dollars but it never came. they claimed it is an issue with SingPost's SMS notification system and that the parcels have been sent back to HQ and cannot be sent back to the same POPstation. When I called in, customer service staff over the phone could not resolve the issue at all.

Ordered a package, on Wednesday, 12 June 2019, got the message that my package will be arriving soon on 14 June 2019... Thought, wow! so fast good! then see the app it says "delivered" @ 4:54PM and contacted Zalora to say I haven't received it, they said my mom collected it... but my mom wasn't even home to collect it. ??? Still waiting and no response from Zalora through email or phone! Paid via Credit and really worried if it's a scam right now.

Worst online shopping experience so far.
Not only did they just send me the wrong size on my very first order but they sent the same size again on the return!
Then they had no stock for the item I originally ordered so after having to walk to the post office to return, I end up with absolutely nothing.
Do not use this stupid site. What a joke.

I have made several purchases in some cases shoes sizing in clothing is not true to size in another occasion the wrong size shoes was delivery asked for a shop voucher refund up to here there has been no problem. I will write another review when i use the vouchers.
The customer service staff was helpful and polite.

For the first time I ordered from Zalora Singapore...

For the first time I ordered from Zalora Singapore (more than a year ago), I should learn my lesson when they delivered the wrong item to me (actually I did because I stopped purchasing items from them since then). But I found my dream smartwatch on their website (and it was on sale). So I went ahead to buy it from them with the hope that they won't screw up this time. The delivery was super fast and I'm wowed by it. Unfortunately, far beyond my expectation, they sent me a void, unsealed item. Badly damaged watch box and everything was removed, including the watch screen protector sticker. I was expecting a brand new, untouched watch. When I called them up about this, they simply told me that they need to check the watch first before they send it to me (without my consent or present!!!???) and by removing everything??? (and I don't even want to talk about the CS staff that I've spoken with). They don't even have the right to do so especially with such item. Zalora Singapore is the worst!!! They don't even deserve any star.

Your customer service team is non existent. Your website says its operating hours are from 8am to 12am, but your chat team is offline and sometimes come online only at 9am. And even so, no one responds to the chat messages after multiple tries. There is also no number to call. What a lousy customer experience. I will give you 0 stars if I could.

Worst app functions ever encountered, can't even remove non-existent address. I did not notice the new address was not captured as the default address the last time when I keyed in and selected it as default. Had to check and manually select the new address each time before completing the payment at checkout. My parcel was simply dumped inside the old address wet riser by the courier service without giving me a call to check on whether if I agree. Zalora had the worst customer service and delivery service teams I ever encountered, very late or missing deliveries.

Disappointed. I use to be a huge fan of Zalora. Until came up with the adjustment of the delivery charges. You have to purchase from same seller and have to add up to $40 min, or you will be charged $4.9 for each seller you buy from. I patronize them previously for the huge range of brands that they carry and get free delivery if my total purchase adds to min of $40 from ANY seller. I think it makes more sense to go to the individual seller website from now on, which I will be able to see the full collection and some offers free delivery without any min amount. My two-cents.

I receive a call from your delivery provider but was on another call. Called him right back, probably no more than 2 minutes. He argued that I did not pick up his call and he needed my unit number. This is a period of WFH, I didn't call him back after 2 hours. It was 2 minutes and because he had hundred of deliveries, he had to deliver my package tomorrow. I understand that this is a busy period. I find that its a sorry excuse because it is not the first time I ordered from Zalora. It was after I challenged him that he toned down. Firstly, he could have verified my address (this is an internal issue) before he started his runs, secondly, I did not order for the first time. My delivery address and CC info is all with Zalora, thirdly, if you are already here, shouldn't you complete the delivery instead making an additional run tomorrow. Zalora, fix your comm issues with your partners and perhaps look for a substitute. These guys are totally unreliable

Worst service. First time buying things on line, delivery using third party delivery "Ninja Van". No wonder, probably item I bought disappeared like when a ninja throw smoke bomb and disappear.

Worst experience calling the hotline, key in the order number. Always say key in the wrong numbers. Hello, order numbers are given by you. "Agent" speaks like robot, standard answer, "someone will reply your email".

When email received, say the issue been resolved when obviously it has not. Not going shop with Zalora again.
