Friday, 30 March 2018 was a Public Holiday. My family & I was away from 30 March to 31 March 2018.
On March 31 (Sat), upon reaching home at 11pm I was HORRIFIED to see 2 Zalora parcels slotted in between my gate and door.
Both parcels are worth $200+ totaled!
On March 31 (Sat), I received a missed call & text from the delivery man at 2.40pm.
Saw them one hour later and knew it was a failed delivery attempt. Which means I should be receiving on Monday, April 2 instead. Not just stuffed between my gate & door!
1. As stated on Zalora's website, delivery would be on Mondays - Fridays, 12pm - 6pm.
So Saturday delivery is they ownself do.
2. As stated on Zalora's website, "We'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts." This was only the FIRST attempt!
3. Friday, March 30 was a Public Holiday. Since it's a long weekend, most people would be on a short getaway.
If I were to reach home on Sunday or Monday night, that parcel would have sat there for 32-56 hours or STOLEN.
4. In the case of theft, they said I would be compensated.
I sent a feedback through Zalora's website & received an email 5 hours later.
Reply was straightforward & clear but too short & generic for my liking.
All THREE of my questions were not answered including point 1. & 4. Had to ask again the second time *facepalm*
