Suggestion to potential customers: *avoid* Not worth the hassle, wasted time and money.

1) Delivery: claimed they attempted delivery but failed. Impossible as I was staying at a reputable hotel with a 24hr reception. Nor did Zalora call (I showed Zalora my phone logs.) Once I showed this to Zalora, they stopped arguing that I'd caused the missed delivery and said "we will feedback" - whatever that means.

2) Customer service: Their focus is on closing down the conversation rather than listening to you to understand the issue and offering a solution. I presume customer service are over-worked, handling a lot of complaints.

Suggestion to Zalora: look at amazon or any other platform. Get it right from the start and you won't have to field an army of customer service agents to quell the angry one-off customers.
